The kids bedroom is nice

I don't like that the room windows don't have safety lock. It's pretty dangerous where the kids can climb up to the upper deck and swing open the window..

The location is very near to Legoland! The apartment was passable!

The entire block's electricity failed throughout the night, leading to food spoilage, an absence of hot water for preparing children's milk, and no air conditioning for the entire duration of the night! But luckily, it was the last night of our stay!

The place got washing machine facilities with items and microwave, some play stuff for kids. Overall it is ok for one nite stay but not long term.

The toilet bowl cover in common room gt stain and living room size is nt actual size both need to change house is too small for big family even there is sufficient bed to sleep but commonroom and bathroom in top squeezy with toys since double bed below with small toddler difficult to sleep.

2nd time visiting this apartment, and it was well maintained and clean. Host added some kitchen toys and a ball pit. My children had a great time and asked to go back again. Location is walking distance to Lego land and Medini mall. Host is nice, and clear instructions were given. Check-in and out is very easy. Will definitely visit again.

I did not see some of the kitchen items in the photos shown. Maybe it was kept in the cupboard. As I do not need to use them, so it's ok for me. Some of the toys also can not be found but good enough as my children enjoyed those that are available.

Thank you Regine for being such a wonderful host. The place is as per what you see in the pictures. And for someone who is very particular about cleanliness, Regine’s place is very clean and tidy. Towels, cutleries. Pillows, etc is more than enough for the 4 of us and we felt very comfortable in the house. The entrance / hallway / parking to the house may not seem very nice at first, but once you are in the house, you will feel immediately at home. Location is perfect too. Really close to Medini Mall and Legoland. Communication was also very smooth and very detailed information was shared the day before we check in. Everything was very smooth and easy.

Only thing i dont like is the car park, which has to go by very narrow ramp to lvl 5.

apartment has everything you need and the convenience of traveling to and fro legoland is easy. kids are well entertained in apartment with toys available. host is very hospitable and friendly too!

bed wasn’t comfortable, toilets are a little slippery for kids to shower in them despite being with a parent, no place to place shower items can hinder accessibility during shower.

This apartment is very complete in terms of what we need to have when stay in hotel. The host is friendly and promptly attentive. Plan to revisit soon but found out the date is sold out. So wait next time to go again.

There is no kids pool. But this is part of the apartment facilities. Not this property owner can control.

Amazing! Feels like home, dedicated room for kids is awesome my kids loved it, wifi was great, and all the amenities that you could imagine were available, best thing it's just 3-5 minutes walk from legoland.

Very kids friendly apartment. From provided baby bathtub to corner protection of the bed in the kids' room. Everything you need is in for the whole family. Near to legoland. Host is nice. Apartment is cozy and feel like home.

There's small ants at the stove and sink area. Location is not very accessible for pram when we walk from legoland. The pavement is not even so we need to walk on the grass and road to get in, need to be very careful with kids.

Clean, everything was labelled nicely. Superb! Lifts were working, ample parking space and a nice clean pool too!

The place is located in the opposite site of Mall of Medini, only one shopping mall near Legoland. The accommodation itself is very clean and well-maintained, and the host is very friendly and contactable whenever I need to ask something. If you don’t like to stay at Legoland hotel but looking for something similar, this gonna be an option to choose. Kid-friendly place.

The unit we rented is good and well upkeep. Security guards are polite and does their job.

Just that the whole building looks deserted and run down. Management need to do something about it.

The place was as descfibed. It was a quick grab ride to Legoland, can walk if not traveling with kids. Also near grocery and can cook in the place. Very clean and host was very generous and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended.

we check in with 4 adult and one child and was given one access card, when the access card was passed to someone while i was away to park the car, i got problem to go up unless the person come down and pick me. this is so much of inconveniences and the owner still claimed unless we check in as two cars or two families, then will able to provide another access card, i think this is a bit of inconsiderate. one car with 4 different individual is only with one card with the kind of money that we are paying this is not acceptable.

the exterior of the place look awful though the place consider new, and the place does not provide any coffee or tea which i think for the money we pay to stay for a night without breakfast should at least provide some instant coffee or tea. Strongly Not recommended

It is really just a 5min walk to Legoland. The place is very clean and Cosy. There were 6 of us. 2 adult and 4 kids. So 2 bedrooms were just nice for us. But if you have more ppl, the owner has foldable beds for use too. Really value for money if your intend to spend a few days at Legoland

The facilities were well maintained and good supplies of toiletries, utensils and toilets. The children love the deco theme. The location is superb for a visit to Legoland. The property felt safe too.

Location cannot be any better for Legoland, right at the door step. Very family-friendly. Host is very helpful and responsive.

The parking is a bit of a hassle going 5 floors up and down although outdoor parking is possible. The pull-out bed could not be locked so the bed slides easily, might be tricky for younger children.

The apartment was very clean and very nicely decorated and furnished. Ideal for family with young kids. My 3yr old and 1 yr old got so excited and happy the moment we stepped in. SHE PREPARED EVERYTHING FROM CUTLERIES, TO AMENITIES IN THE HOUSE. EXCELLENT!!!

The decoration/ layout at ground floor around the lobby looks a bit rusty and too quiet. Walking to Legoland is indeed convenient but may worry if walking back to unit at night.

Easily accessible to Legoland. 5-10 minutes walking distance to Medini mall. House is well maintained with complete amenities. There were 10 of us: 2 kids, 8 adults but we were comfortable in this 2 bedroom unit. The host provided basic amenities as well, even including a small tub for my toddler. You can see the small details that make this property a good option for families. Regine was very hospitable as well. One of the dining chairs gave way when my husband was seating on it. Regine ensured that we were all safe and was very concerned about my husband’s well being. Truly one of the best hosts and one of the best properties we have ever stayed in.

Could improve by increasing the number of pillows. But a very minute point. Everything was good!

The unit is spacious enough for 6 adults and 2 kids. It is very clean and everything we need was also provided. This is just a few meters away from Legoland so it is bery comvenient. Malls are 5-15 minutes away.

- Super convenient location - just a short walk across to the Legoland and Medini Mall which has BiG supermarket; - Very friendly, helpful and understanding host; - Very family friendly clean home nicely decorated with complete kitchen - a great place for comfortable homestay. My children love the pair of big llama toys in the house 😉 - Great facilities - swimming pool, gym, and badminton courts too . - Highly recommended for families homestay 👍👍

Very beautiful home, amazing kid friendly deco. House is kept sparkling clean by the owner. All guest needs are thought for and provided: towels, toilet paper, dining ware, soap shampoo, dish and clothes detergent. All you have to pack is toothbrush/paste, and entire stay is taken care of. Has excellent wifi strength and internet TV. Great location to stay for visiting legoland, can easily walk there and back everyday.

Supposed to be a mixed development, but the mall part still seems to be under construction. However, the residential area is unaffected
