view was nice, good location

when people above are staying it sounds like a heard of elephants moving around !! The light ouitside flickers and is an annoince when trying to sleep, Smart Tvs are not helpfull, cant cast to them from phone, wifi kept cutting out, whats wrong with simple tvs with the basic channels - not everyone has sky or netflix, if its on the remote then it should play on the tv ?

No heating in any of the bedrooms. So we did not sleep at all and simply froze. We stayed with a 3yr old so he was all blocked up in the nose because it was freezing in the room.

Location, clean, tidy Great shower. Beds comfortable. Great reception staff!

Overall comfortable, enjoyed the mini golf and facilities.

The knife in the room was too dull so we couldn’t use it. Would be nice if there are tissue paper, shampoos, etc

Nice spacious studio with a couch and nice decor. Multiple USB C ports in the power points. Spa pool was good.

The water was off for a number of hours which was inconvenient on the first day. There were a number of ants in the kitchen area but I suspect this was a result of the native environment.

The room was clean spacious and drenched in the sunlight. The check in staff were friendly and it was in a good location.

There was no running water from the time we checked ked in till roughly 7pm, which wasn't ideal after having spent time at the beach and wineries, not being able to flush the toilet or shower was a bit disappointing.if there had been water available it would have made my rating perfect for expectations. We still had an enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location, utilized exceptionally utilized. Evening the off season the staff are attentive and well prepared to assist.

It took us a while to work out where all the light switches were so wr could go to sleep.

The location was fantastic. The views were amazing.

The restaurant, was expecting to have dinner but was only offered pizza and lasagne! We got pizza and was under cooked, was like supermarket pizza

The staff are ever so friendly they went the extra mile for me. Ellie even transported me to the ferrie.

Very good location. View from our room was fantastic! Excellent customer service from the Front Desk representative.

No dental kit like toothbrush and toothpaste, no hair dryer, no slippers (maybe available upon request?) and there’s stinky smell outside the villa. It could be the sewage system nearby.

Place was nice for the price however there was a lot of swollen and mouldy baseboards in the bathroom and the shower was leaking, also the room was not very soundproof you can hear people walking around and up and down wooden stairs.

The staff were wonderfully helpful and friendly. The location was beautiful, but a bit remote for those arriving without a car. Once we mastered the local bus service everything was good.

The facility was a bit dated, and seems due for some renovation or updating. We didn’t appreciate beforehand how far it was from the ferry (about a 40 minute bus or taxi ride).

There was no mention in the accommodation description of the extensive steps to the studios. We had elderly parents who were unable to have the larger apartment of the 3 booked on their diamond wedding anniversary due the inaccessibilty. It was stressful entering and leaving the facility due to this.

Comfortable beds, very clean, great view. Good to have a bathroom with toilet and separate toilet.

Quite expensive. Minor complaint was that the kitchen was only stocked for 3 persons. Had to go to reception to get a 4th setting and a serving bowl.

Nice and silent room that we stayed in

Location is brilliant, stunning view of the water across the other side, loved the service -all the staff we encountered were helpful and welcoming. Beds were comfy and bathroom was clean. We had breakfast -yum and decent, they have the best hot chocolates lol.

Le cadre était magnifique, nous étions une dizaine d'amis. Le Condo était géniale, l'emplacement aussi par rapport aux autres chambres, accessible et près de tout. Magnifique paysage.

Je ne savais pas que les chambres étaient situés en pente. Donc c'était pas facile pour certains de mes amis. Et les équipements en chambre pas d'instructions sur le fonctionnement, et le siphon de douche n'évacuer pas bien.

Great to have the kitchenette, beautiful view, comfortable bed, close to everything including best beach, pool and spa were lovely. Staff were amazing!

The people upstairs were really noisey, the steps to our room were a little challenging especially in the wet weather.

Staff are excellent.

Run down facilities. Broken bin lids, broken electrical fitting hanging over spa pool. Spa pool pump barely works, no bubbles or jets. Blown lightbulbs. No main/primary light over the dining table or in kitchenette. Lots of cheap mdf swollen with moisture. Tons of dust and feathers under bed and someone's old knickers under bed. Coat and towel hooks missing in pool changing rooms. Restaurant food, pasta was excellent, lamb was tough and heaps of fat. Beetroot humus was flavourless.

Our pillows were horrendous! Dacron falling apart and incredibly lumpy - all 3/4 of them. We rang reception, but no response. We had one bowl to share our breakfast out of and no price list available for the compendium. Terrible sleep. Pool not useable until 9am! Someone came to support at 9:55am just as we were departing- disappointing.

The whole atmosphere of the resort was geared towards relaxing. The facilities and food were excellent with friendly staff.

It didn't really bother us but the pool became crowded and the bar finished early.

L’emplacement est bien avec vue sympa sur la mer. Confort du lit. Bon équipement de l’appartement. Accueil très chaleureux.

La piscine était non chauffée donc trop froid pour y aller et l’eau du spa était sale. Que des escaliers partout, non signalés sur le site à la réservation.

déçue du complexe , on sent la chaîne à touriste, il faudrait y mettre plus d’âme pour faire vivre une belle expérience. Aucune déco dans le bungalow, les murs sont blancs. Le premier bungalow attribué sentait fort la fosse sceptique juste à côté !!! La vue mer était davantage une vue sur la route!! Pour accéder à notre bungalow il fallait descendre pas mal d escaliers, bon à savoir pour les valises… L’odeur nauséabonde a fait que nous avons demandé à changer de bungalow et par chance il en restait un ! L’expérience a alors été meilleure. L’infrastructure du golf était fermée et vieillissante aussi.

The view was amazing. We had a wonderful time at the deck and had the best sleep on those comfortable beds.

The showerdrain was blocked, so 3 of us couldn't take a shower :(

It has everything. Pool, mini golf, bar, restaurant and karaoke/DJ at night.

Our room is in the ground floor, we could hear the footsteps of the people checked in above us because the floor/ceiling is quite thin. We hear their footsteps all the time.

Parking was limited close to rooms for ferrying of luggage. Not a major when sunny…

View was amazing bed was comfy. Busstop was close. Beach was close.

The hill up to reception was unbelievable for my husband and wasn't expecting it. We went down for dinner as the poster said Thursday-Saturday 5 to late. We went down Friday and we were offered a left over sandwich and an apology. We don't drink so looked forward to a nice meal in the resort.

The staff were so helpful and accomodating so we could have an earlier check-in to get ready to go to a wedding.

The view and privacy of the rooms were amazing, the selection of beverages in the room was really nice too.

The private spa wasn’t very warm so we were cold by the end of it, the tv was a bit confusing as it has the same code connected to all the other tvs but we managed to sort it out after a little while and it was great!
