We had a very pleasant stay at Campanile Shanghai Natural History Museum. The room was surprisingly huge and very comfortable, and everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. While English communication could sometimes be a little challenging, they were very kind and did their best to assist us. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options to start the day. One small downside is that our room did not have much of a view, but this was not a major issue for us. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and welcoming hotel with spacious rooms and good breakfast.

Once we found the property which took some time and wasn’t clearly marked being down an alley it was good.

Would have been great if there was a staff member who could speak English Fridge would not keep things cold

Sehr freundliches Personal, die Zimmer sind sauber und das Frühstück ein Traum (sehr vielfältig und geschmacklich gut). Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb aber trotzdem ganz gut, da nur 8 min bis zur Metro-Station. Regenschirme konnten kostenlos ausgeliehen werden.

Der roomservice guy auf unserer Etage (8OG) war ein sehr fleissiger guter Typ der einzige der auch immer mit einem Lächeln Hallo sagte.

Der Geruch beim Eingang und im Lift war nicht so Angenehm. War aushaltbar aber nicht Angenehm.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It’s a cool Chinese hotel with a great vibe and a really nice atmosphere. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The location was excellent as well, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The free laundry facilities with washers and dryers were a huge plus, especially during our long trip. Breakfast was also great, with a nice mix of European and Chinese food. Everyone was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Definitely recommend this place!

The Wi-Fi didn’t work very well for us. It was quite slow and often didn’t respond at all. Having a private connection or an option to upgrade to higher-speed internet would be a great improvement. That said, we’re still giving the hotel a 10/10 overall!

El personal és molt atent, ens van ajudar molt en el moment del check-in. L'habitació és prou gran, comode i tranquila per gaudir d'un bon descans. Esmorzar molt complet, amb opcions orientals i occidentals. L'hotel està situat davant d'un agradable passeig davant el riu, i aprop de la parada de metro del Museu d'Història Natural. Allotjament totalment recomanable

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique pour visiter Shanghai. La literie est confortable et la possibilité de laver et sécher son linge gratuitement est un plus!

Pas assez de places assises pour le petit déjeuner selon l'horaire et le personnel du petit déjeuner est moins prévenant et accueillant que les reste du personnel de l'hôtel.

La localisation, le rapport qualité prix sans pareil.

Le bruit parfois du robot qui vient livrer les repas commandés.

The room is spacious, clean and newly refurbished

The hotel is not visible from the main road as it's located inside a dark courtyard. The common areas on the ground floor including the lobby, lifts, laundry room and the toilets are in need of refurbishment. These areas are dark, cluttered and outdated. If not for the clean and refurbished room that we had, we would have asked for a refund and find another place to stay. Upon checked in, we realised that our window could not be closed tightly. We called for help and when a staff came, we asked him nicely to remove his shoes before entering. He refused and claimed "it's okay". As a Chinese himself, we would expect he knew the culture and customs better. We had our room slippers on too at that time.

Molto apprezzato il cambio di asciugamani quotidiano e la gentilezza delle signore delle pulizie. La colazione a buffet molto varia e ricca. Doccia perfetta. Aria condizionata funzionante. Letti comodi, doppi cuscini. Bottigliette d' acqua gratuite alla reception a disposizione.

Comunicazione pessima. Orario della colazione (7.00-10.00) troppo limitato visto la quantità di persone presenti e pochissimo personale in sala insufficiente a gestirla. L'atmosfera è un po' fredda. La hall è molto caotica, tipo ostello.

Buon hotel con ottima colazione anche per occidentali. La nostra camera era comoda ma aveva una piccola finestra laterale... non era particolarmente luminosa. Ottima pulizia.

C'è il servizio lavanderia ma era sempre intasata di persone e alcune lavatrici e asciugatrici non funzionavano. Anche se eravamo abbastanza vicini alla fermata della metro, consiglio di prendere un hotel più vicino al Bund.

I had a comfortable stay at Chamomile Museum Hotel in Shanghai. The hotel is in a very convenient central location, close to Nanjing Road, yet the area still felt quite quiet and peaceful. I did not use the metro much during my stay, as DiDi was very convenient, easy to book, and reasonably priced from the hotel. It made travelling around Shanghai very comfortable and stress-free. The hotel also provided a good breakfast buffet with many options, which was a nice start to the day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, good value for money, and a convenient choice for anyone visiting Shanghai.

This is a clean, modern, and well-resourced hotel in a great location in Shanghai, whilst keeping nice and quiet. Staff are professional, check in was fast, everything you need for a short stay is available. Very good value for money compared with what is available in the area. Easy to hire a big umbrella during thunderstorms and deposit was returned with the umbrella. Everything is well-organised and no nonsense. This is my new go-to in Shanghai.

Wish they had an ala-carte coffee station for those who do not want to have the full breakfast spread but want to have their morning coffee. Or hotel could provide option for Nespresso/pod coffee machine, even at additional cost to the guest.

El espacio en la habitación era correcto

Está situado en una zona con poco ambiente de supermercados o de tiendas y restaurantes. El personal del hotel aunque amables, no tienen ningún tipo de conocimiento de inglés ni de turismo para ayudar.

La habitación está limpia y bastante grande, la ubicación está a 30 minutos en metro, por ejemplo, de The Bund y no desayunamos por lo que no puedo valorarlo.

Очень приятный отель! Отзывчивый персонал. Все чисто. Нам понравились очень завтраки: сытно и вкусно!!! Местоположение - супер! 30 минут пешком от набережной и Нанкин роуд. До набережной можно дойти вдоль реки по очень красивым местам. Сам отель в тишине, что прекрасно после многолюдных мест. Обязательно остановимся в нем ещё раз когда будем в Шанхае!

Nada especial. Desayuno bastante flojo, la opcion occidental muy limitada. El primer dia cuando bajamos a desayunar, la empleada vino como una flecha a decirnos “pay pay no breakfast”. Muy cómico todo.

Personeel zijn oplichters! Ze stelen geld van je. In eerste instantie waren we de eerste twee nachten enigszins tevreden over het hotel. De muren zijn dun, dus je kon heel goed de mensen op de gang horen en de buren. Onze douche en wasbak was verstopt, na doortrekken van de wc bleef de waterbak zichzelf vullen en na het uitzetten van de douche, ging deze uitzichten zichzelf weer aan en uit. Dit waren kleine dingen die te overzien waren. Op dag 3 toen we onze kamer uit gingen, kwam vrij snel de schoonmaakster langs. Eenmaal beneden bij de lobby wilde we een taxi boeken voor en werd er beweerd dat de lakens vies waren en dat we moesten betalen. (De lakens waren niet vies, alleen rommelig vanwege gebruik). We hebben gevraagd welke van de bedden vies was en waar, maar dat kon de receptie niet vertellen. Ze kon alleen vertellen dat de schoonmaakster zei dat de lakens vies waren. Wij vroegen naar het bedrag, maar daarvoor moest ze eerst met de schoonmaakster bellen. Dat kon wel, maar navragen over welk bed en waar, dat kon niet. Tijdens het gesprek werd er gezegd "ik ga gewoon 100 rmb proberen". Dit moest ook meteen cash betaald worden. Een bonnetje meegeven van betaling, daar deden ze moeilijk over. Pas op voor het personeel en laat geen waardevolle spullen achter.
