체크인 객실 722호, 방은 성인3인 쾌적하개 머물수 있는 공간에 더블3Bed! 여기까진 좋음! 저녁애 샤워실을 이영하기 전 까진 모든게 완뱍하게 보였음 . 샤워실 유리문턱애 넓게 핀 검은 곰팡이와 수도꼭지는 불안정하게 달려진 채로 제대로 흔들거리더니 분리돼 바닥애 떨어잠! 이 모든 사태가 밤 10가 다돼 벌어짐! 오랜만의 여행이 첫날만애 다 무너짐, 이 땨부터 컨다션 바닥. 매나저애게 쫒아가 상황 설명하고 욕실 사진 보여주니 아개 정멀 그방 욕실이녀며 .. 잠시후 메이드 한명, 수라공 한명, 갹실 작원까지 총 세명이 들어오고 이 때부터 락스 같은 세재를 연신 뿌려댜며 청소허고 고차고.. 우리장 갹살문은 활짝 열어둔채로 ..지나가는 다른 방 사람들은 기웃대고!! 이게 뭔가, 난 어디?? 아개 4성급 새계 체인 호텔 명성인가?? 밤에 냠샤때문애 담도 설치고 아침에 멍하니 정신까지 혼미했음. 다음알 저녁 들어와보니 문앞에 사과레터와 함께 객실 이동해준다눈 내용..방은 버꿨자만 우이위 하루는 누구에게 보상울 받나!!

Einrichtung war etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wirkt an Stellen nicht Marriott like. Das Frühstück war im Preis enthalten, aber nicht wirklich überzeugend und sehr überlaufen. Die Excutive Lounge hatte schräge Öffnungszeiten und es wurde sehr schnell / pünktlich alles abgeräumt.

I appreciate the team meet my requests - e.g. non-smoking floor, corner room (away from the in & out of customers). The stay was very pleasant and well rested as needed. Didn't spend a lot of time within the property, I believe from the international clients I've noticed, it should be very popular.

I understand the property supports green environment initiative. I wasn't able to segregate the rubbish outside the room within the property. Would have been great to do my part to bring out the trash from the room.

Très bel hôtel très bien équipé, climatisé et insonorisé avec très grandes chambres à 3 minutes de la station de métro la plus proche (en 10 minute au centre). Excellent buffet petit déjeuner et personnel très réactif et attentionné.

トリプルルームに3人で泊まりましたが、お部屋が広くてスーツケース3個広げても広々としていました。 地下鉄にも近く、ショッピングモールや飲食店も近くにあり、立地も良いです。

The manager of this hotel should be expelled. Threathening to call the police after asking a few questions regarding the laundry price and before I could actually see and count my clothes, is not something that should be allowed at a Marriot.

Staff are excellent and extremely professional for tourists who don't speak Chinese. Location is also perfect a few stops by tube to the centre. Would definitely return when coming back to Shanghai.

Хорошее расположение. Персонал отлично помогал. Хорошая кровать и постель. Кухня и европейская и китайская. Завтраки хорошие.

Бассейн детский не глубокий. Маленький и там постоянно были дети занимались. Сауны нет. Плохой интернет. Нет умных туалетов и роботов доставщиков. Кондиционер работал в одном режиме и было либо холодно либо жарко.

The hotel itself is not bad, it’s part of a chain and we stayed in multiple locations of Marriott. However, this time we really got disappointed.

The housekeeping was terrible, for everything we needed to ask multiple times, they even didn’t take the rubbish or even changing the linen properly. The breakfast was a mess with so many people that they are taking over each other for a plate because of shortages. In general, I would not stay in this hotel at least in Shanghai.

Front officr staff is very helpful and efficient.

Selections of Breatfirst buffee is limited. Most are combining with Pork. Some are not lable properly.

Excellent service, great location if you travel by train. Super comfy bed and room is very clean. There are lots of choices for food around the hotel, I would definitely go again next time in Shanghai.

We had a lovely stay at the Courtyard Marriott Central Shanghai with our family. The hotel is in a fantastic central location, making it easy to reach all the main attractions and get around the city quickly. The staff were friendly, and everything was comfortable and well organized. We’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone visiting Shanghai!

This place is showing its age and the location might be the best thing that can be said about the hotel, within walking distance of Hanzhong Station Exit 1. During our week long stay we tired of running the gauntlet of smokers right at the front door every time we exited/entered. Staff here were indifferent from check in to check out. The place was clean but the room was tired and twice housekeeping forget to clean it. We had to remind them at 5pm but surprisingly on the day of 12 noon check out, they were banging on the door at 10.30am. Whilst the executive lounge had a view of the cityscape, the refreshments were average; particularly the afternoon tea offerings. Better value for money hotels in this city, look elsewhere.

L’hôtel est très bien placé à 3-4 mn à pieds d’une station de métro. Dans le quartier il y a plusieurs ndroits où prendre le petit déjeuner,manger.Il y a également un petit centre commercial avec un supermarché,ce qui est bien pratique. L’hôtel est très bien, la chambre était spacieuse et propre. Le personnel parle un peu anglais et est très disponible en cas de besoin. Hôtel parfait pour un séjour touristique

Some service stuff kept giving glances to my friends in an offending manner and also it would be helpful to have a hotel microwave where we could reheat our food. When I asked if reheating was possible the counter desk told me to head to the nearest lawsons to heat it up.

Dans le quartier des affaires avec bus au pied de l'hôtel pour le centre ville assez proche. Sinon métro Hanzhong Road à 270 m. Chambre très spacieuse en hauteur (ai spécifié), literie confortable, aucun bruit extérieur, programmes TV en chinois avec dramas impériaux reposants. Détail amusant : un rideau métallique peut être actionné pour rendre la douche discrète depuis la chambre. Le buffet petit déjeûner est très varié et de bonne qualité Le Strand est admirable ainsi que le Musée d'Histoire de Shanghaï

Réclame un dépôt très important (en Yuan seulement) équivalent à un tiers du prix total du séjour, ce qui n'est pas indiqué sur la page Booking.com de l'hôtel, lorsque paiement avec une VISA étrangère. Dans notre cas, au prix de 3500 Yuan (450 €/515 US$) pour les trois nuits, ont du être immobilisés 1500 Yuan (190 €/ 220 US$) supplémentaires à titre du dépôt (!!). Ce dépôt est restitué dans le mois après le checkout (attention, pas de remboursement en tant que tel, mais "somme modifiée" du prix total du séjour payé).

L’hôtel correspond parfaitement à la description présentée sur Booking. Il offre tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Son emplacement est pratique, avec un centre commercial et plusieurs restaurants juste en face. Il est également situé à une courte distance en voiture des principaux sites touristiques et attractions de la ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses et offrent une belle vue. La literie est confortable et très propre, tout comme l’ensemble de la chambre, qui est bien entretenue. Une mention particulière au service de conciergerie, qui a été très efficace, professionnel et toujours disponible pour répondre à nos demandes. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons cet hôtel pour son confort, son emplacement et la qualité de son service.

Le seul point à améliorer concerne le petit-déjeuner, qui pourrait être plus varié et davantage adapté à une clientèle internationale et occidentale. Par ailleurs, au moment de notre départ, la caution était toujours bloquée, ce qui mériterait d’être traité plus rapidement.

The location was very good and accessible to the all tourist attractions.

Nice hotel considering this is Mariott. Very strategic place. Maybe they should improve a little on the housekeeping as we stay there for 4 nights but not all amenities are replaced. Staffs are polite and room is spacious. And...good breakfast buffett.

I liked that the room was clean, aesthetically pleasing, I felt very at ease compared to the previous place I stayed at which had a smelly room. I liked the fact that the bathroom was spacious, the shower was big enough and could put my toiletries on the seat in the shower. I liked the fluffy towels, the crisp linen on the bed, and also the size & firmness of the pillows - it was perfect. I really liked the no fuss check in, and the fact I was there a little earlier than official check in time and they allowed me to check in. Location was perfect for what I came to Shanghai to do - to see Sleep No More which was only about 10 mins away.

The bar & lounge downstairs was a bit hit & miss - the Caesar salad was a bit soggy and lettuce a bit limp, but the deep fried chicken wings were delicious and hot (coincidentally the lettuce salad that came on the side with the chicken wings was also limp and the chips were a bit cold). Not a big deal and could have been a once off.

There was cigarette smoke smell entering into my room on the last night I can’t define if from corridor or other room but it was notices for 2 to 3 hours, unfortunately

[EN] Great breakfast, serving both chinese/asian and european food. Very good gym and a nice pool. [PL] Świetne śniadanie, z zarówno kuchnią chińską/azjatycką, jak i europejską. Bardzo dobrze wyposażona siłownia, dobry basen.

[EN] There were a lot of issues with the WiFi connection and VPN, but it's rather country specific, not neccessarily hotel related. [PL] Mieliśmy sporo problemów z hotelowym WiFi i VPN, ale to chyba bardziej specyfika kraju niż tego konkretnego hotelu.

I hate everything about this hotel the location the staff the very old outdated furniture the very old outdated policies the breakfast smells bad The chef asked me to go grab my own butter for my eggs a retaliation move he made after I requested “due two religious prohibition” a clean washed skillet not just the staff does not speak English but they will give you an attitude. With this being said and in all fairness, I would like to thank Mr Loki He for helping with my insurance payment issue which btw I haven’t got it yet

Отель ооочень уставший. В номере грязно. Много мебели поломанной. Халатов нет. Матрац на кровате отвратительный. Когда муж переворачивался я подлетала и наоборот (мы не по 100кг весим :) ), подушки тоже не удобные. Я во многих городах останавливалась в разных Мариоттах, и этот самый ужасный. Завтрак средний. Как в обычных китайских отелях. Короче не рекомендую

Ездить в лифте по карточкам, не самое удобное. И завтрак, все-таки хотелось большего разнообразия для европейцев, нет сыра, йогурт - один вид..

Ожидаемое качество сетевого отеля. Отсутствие запаха курева в номерах. Удобное расположение рядом с метро, магазином и кафе/ресторанами на любой вкус. Наличие автомата с пауэр-банками в лобби гостиницы. Персонал на ресепшн говорит на английском.

Персонал на завтраке мог бы понимать английский получше или честно признаваться, что плохо понимает, тогда общались бы через переводчик. Из-за языкового барьера были проблемы с заказом яичницы для семьи из трех человек, сотруднику трудно было понять, что один человек может заказать три блюда.

Удобное месторасположение, рядом станция метро. Персонал приветливый, круглосуточно готовы прийти на помощь. Разные виды подушек, хорошее постельное белье, хороший напор воды на высоком этаже. Доставляют воду, тапочки, полотенца. Уборка качественная

Завтрак мог бы быть лучше. Сложно найти что-то ребенку, много еды китайской. Но в целом хороший завтрак, есть фрукты, супы. Пожалуй, единственный минус в отеле в том, что взяли депозит. Проживание стоимюло 1500 юаней, взяли 2500. Хотя у нас могло не оказаться такой суммы, о депозите не предупреждали. При выезде отменило всю покупку на 2500, вернулось на карту в юанях и заново списали 1500. Получили двойную конвертацию и потерю на комиссии. Не добавляют дополнительную кровать ребенку (9лет), предлагали заменить номер. Еле-еле уговорила постелись на софе, которая есть в номере, по размеру ее хватило.

Its fine but just a heads up for everyone, if you prepay, no deposit will be needed. If you pay at the property, you'll have to pay a deposit. Its not a plate rate either, its whatever they decide they want it to be. Should be a fixed amount or percentage.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though we arrived very early in the morning, the staff did their best to check us in as soon as possible. We really appreciated that they didn't make us wait until the official check-in time. The room was perfectly clean, and everything was well-maintained. But what stood out the most was the service — everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Thank you for a great start to our trip. We would definitely stay here again.

The greatest service is in my experience ever. Kind service of reception, perfect cleaning service in room, comfortable delivery pick-up system in hotel, great location, three-bed-room for friend trip.

We'd delivered some food at once every day due to comfortable delivery system in China. In the three-bad-room, there is just one chair. So we cannot take a sit as comfortable. But room condition is extremely good. It's a little bit acceptable.

Отличный отель! Красивый, комфортный, чистый. Удобное расположение, до метро 5 мин ходьбы. В пешей доступности дом 1000 деревьев, храм нефритового Будды, вокзал,магазинчики, кафе. Большие номера с окнами от Пола до потолка, красивый вид из окон! Завтраки с большим выбором блюд европейской и китайской кухни. Персонал на ресепшен говорит по английски, всегда можно договориться по любому вопросу. Рекомендуем останавливаться в этом отеле))
