Central location. Facilities clean and compact. Host was accommodating.

Front and back door could do with being grilled for that extra level of safety. Extra thought is needed regarding the checking out process, when giving back the gate remote and exiting the property.

The accommodation is quiet and in a safe area. The owner is kind and helpful. The exchange rate for euros is good.

The owner was very kind, helpful and professional throughout the whole experience!! The place was very clean and comforting. I felt like I was right at home!! The location is perfect and it is within walking distance to a lot of places to enjoy a good meal and drink!! I am very elated that I found her listing!! Everything was perfect!!

It was nice. A great little balcony to get fresh breeze, the space was very nice and devoted lovely. It was clean. Instructions to get access and wifi was easy. The host was very easy to communicate with. We will be back again in a few weeks. I think this might be our to go place when in Kingston. It's very close to everything very central.

Nothing everything was great

Quality of the furnishings and appliances. Complimentary food and beverages. Cleanliness. The email about entry went to my spam folder. I didn't get the codes to gain entry. However, the hosts were really accommodating and luckily the door was key coded which they could open remotely. Toiletries were provided. Flow Evo in the bedroom and living room. AC in the bedroom and a floor fan. Floor fan in the living room. Flat screen tv's both rooms. The bedroom was amazingly light and airy, you could leave the door open thanks to the mosquito screen at the door and windows. Location is within walking distance to all amenities needed including the HWT bus terminal. I felt safe in the area walking everywhere I needed to go on my own.

The living room and kitchen are dark, you can't open the curtains for privacy reasons. The view from the balcony isn't great. Clubbing sounds are heard on late Friday to early Saturday morning. A neighbour had a radio on before 5am really loud on Sunday morning! It's on the 1st floor with no elevator, which wasn't ideal for a solo female with heavy luggage. It was difficult getting out of the place when leaving as I couldn't find the guard and I knocked on at different times on different days and there was never anybody there. I asked for a receipt for the cash I paid but I didn't get one. The TV in the living room is in a funny position, I could only face one way to watch it comfortably.

The ceiling fan should work with a faster velocity to have better comfortability in the living room.

Every thing, clean, spacious and comfortable. Fan and air conditioner all good. Shower, toilet also good. Snacks and drinks on arrival. Mini toiletries also.

Perfect location and service

The apartment was clean and the kitchen was stocked with the necessary tools and equipment. The host was also accessible via telephone and pleasant. The property is an ideal location restaurants and malls. I would return.

The layout, the thought through ideas of how the host transformed her place. Very functional and relaxing at the same time.

We had big suitcases that where heavy, negotiating the steps was a challenge.

The apartment was nice, smelled fresh and clean, and homey felt like home. I extend my stay. The hosts and her husband were very friendly and made sure to communicate very well with me.

They had a little construction 🚧 on the building at the time of my trip it was not on my unit but the noise was loud

The location was very central and very homely. Its right in the heart of it all yet exceptionally quite and peaceful. The sectional was beautiful and comfortable. Air condition was great and a bonus balcony was off the back of the room. I would defiantly stay here again an recommend it.

I loved the apt, it was clean, up to date and the location is great for easy access to various places.

Lakeda's response time. Lakeda was very clear in providing direction to the property and instruction on how to access said property. Lakeda gave me a tour of the apt, making sure I knew where everything was and how it worked. Lakeda kept in touch, to ensure everything was working fine and that I was comfortable. The property is in walking distance to everything (night life, shopping, eateries, etc).

Everything was on point I love it

The location is spot on. Facilities and amenities were great. The host amazing - very very accommodating, could not ask for a better host.

Maybe a dryer in the flat. We used the token dryer in the laundry room and someone took out my partner’s washing and didn’t leave a sign so I mistakenly took someone else’s laundry. It was returned afterwards as they left a sign. I didn’t tell the host- she would have sorted it but by the time we realised- we sorted it.
