Location

Lack of privacy, the glass front door has no screens. The balcony seemed nice but there was no keys to get out there. The bed is falling apart. Bath stall leaks. The WiFi was spotty, no tv in the room was a big inconvenience. A/C in the room only, the rest of the apartment was hot

I like the area. It was very quiet.

The pool wasn’t working

My experience at the resort was fantastic. The location was absolutely breathtaking, and the security was top-notch. The room was spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring.

My only disadvantage is the air conditioning in our room was inadequate, making it uncomfortable at times. Overall, I recommend the resort but hope the AC issue is resolved.

The esthetic on the outside was nice contemporary clean appearance

No running water and being told various stories as to why the water has stopped . Resolution took place once I had left for the day so I was disappointed. Was advised from property management I would be compensated which turned into an additional 1 day stay, because they must be paying to reschedule my flight. A day later the a/c unit stopped working after the experience with the water. I just moved the floor fan to the bedroom for relief from the heat. In doing so I had to move the tv so I could be somewhat comfortable while there. There was only a tv in the living room. The place is extremely hot. The dryer was temperamental so for the most part we had to hang clothes around the unit to dry. Then to be told I broke a swiffer mop which on god I never touched the whole time. I was advised of breaking tiles. No tiles were broken the grout underneath has deteriorated and I guess I caused them to shift when you walked on them. This was considered broken tiles and whatever other foolishness they could come up with. No walk around was ever done. Never meet the host and now there refusing to return my deposit. I ended up offering more money as she gave the impression she needed financial assistance. I wouldn’t recommend. As an older lady (70’s baby) the treatment and behavior received, appalling. I tried to converse my displeasure and was spoken over yelled out. Unprofessional. Deplorable operations. This was a big fail for me. I’m only mentioning a few incidents there were more. The common areas or not always clean either for days.

The amenities stated that it would be a sofa bed, didn't have one. It looked nothing like the pics as far as dimensional. It was so much unfinished work and trash around the building, it was ridiculous. We had one dry cloth each and only one face towel, no extra. I cleaned the entire apartment before I checked out and she wanted to charge me part of my deposit because the towel was "heavily soiled" as she stated. Do she mean the same towel that we had to use for two days....Wow! She said" if I had change, I would charge you, but since I don't, I will let you go!" I will not be going back with that type of attitude.

Things that need to be amended is within the living room space, it doesn't have an AC unit there and also there isn't any knife in the kitchen. I started cooking and had to turn off the stove to get a knife at mega mart..

Not too much to say

I enjoyed my stay everything was what I expected I asked for a favor from the host and she didn't hesitate to help out I appreciated that, overall my stay was great! I would recommend staying at this condo I would definitely go back.

Place quiet

The place was very spacious and It had a nice view of the Kingston hills. The internet worked. Theres a megamart close by within reasonable walking distance but if you plan on getting groceries I would reccomend some sort of transportation. Theres uber in the area. Bring your own bag to carry groceries. Theres a Starbucks and a Burger king reasonably close as well.

This was just a nice shelter that offered the bare minimum with the only amenity being Netflix. There is only AC in the room so everywhere else is warm. There is no toaster blender can or wine bottle opener or coffee maker/Keurig. It would have been nice to get instructions on how to operate the samsung fridge as we had no ice for the duration. Two body towels and 1 wash cloth was provided. Only 1 roll of toilet paper was provided. All of this for 2 people.. the trash can is too small to be for the whole house as it filled up quickly and no extra trash liners was provided. The pool is nice but not private as it is shared with 11 or so other units if they so choose to use it.

Privacy,

No access to the pool even though it was advertised. No 2nd roll of toilet, no paper towel. Kitchen outlets didn't work.

the property is beautiful. and what I’ve learnt in Jamaica, security is paramount. so having 24hr security makes you feel comfortable. plus the safety bars on all windows & doors. The location is great too. The property is amongst other very nice complexes so it fits in. The host was very polite & helpful throughout my stay. And replied within minutes to any queries. You have everything you need being self contained. You’re responsible for toilet tissue & detergent. But being able to do laundry is great. Megamart is at the end of the road which makes it very easy to get groceries.

The pool wasn’t ready as they were waiting on chemicals. which was disappointing as that was a main attraction as I didn’t want to stay inside the whole time.

I like everything.. The place was exactly what the website said it would be.. Didn't get to meet my host but her communication was on point.. Definitely will be coming back.. There was just one think and thats minor the pool was dirty so i didn't get to use it but separate and apart from that great stay.🥳😊💯🍾
