WENT TO LOCATION , PHONE THE AGENT..HE THEN TOLD ME UNFORTUNATELY CURRENT CLIENT EXTENDED HER TIME..BUT HE HAS ANOTHER LOCATION..I WAS TOO EXHAUSTED TO DISPUTE. WENT TO NEXT LOCATION 8 BRAMPTON ROAD A7 TOP FLOOR..1000% UNKEPT..DIRTY, UNWASHED BATHROOM, HOT AS HELL APARTMENT, MISSING MESH, THEREFORE UNABLE TO LEAVE PATIO DOORS OR WINDOWS OPEN..OBVIOUSLY DIRTY BEDROOM. I THINK IT'S A FRONT OF THIS OPERATOR, FRONTIN A DESIRED LOCATION, THEN STEARING YOU TO HIS HOT, 3 RD FLOOR UNKEPT FILTH OF A PLACE. THESE OPERATOR ARE NOT GENUINE & WILL TARNISH YOUR COMPANY'S REPUTATION, THEY ARE ONLY IN IT TO GET RICH & HAS NO REGARDS FOR CLIENTS COMFORT & WELLBEING..HE OUGHT TO KNOW ILL GAINS NEVER LAST & IT WILL EVENTUALLY CATCH UP WITH HIM.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2024There was no breakfast! The booking app stated $65 per night. The host demanded $104 per night stated the website was wrong. The WiFi doesn’t work. The furniture id old and outdated and smells bad. The host was 2 hours late to give the key for check in. The living room curtain was broken and falling off the wall. The bathroom had to be personally cleaned by myself with bleach and disinfectant. All for a few hours rest.

- the cutlery was limited. - there was no hot water despite the landlord saying there was on arrival. - the landlord did not check in to see if everything was OK with the apartment. - no hand towels, floor towels for shower, no bin bags or kitchen roll.

The water didn't run well out of the shower, seemed new and clogged with debris. A $5 towel fee should mean more than just a bath towel. Please add a wash rag, face towel and foot mat for the bath. I was only allowed to stay one night as the host didn't block the date for a previous booking so that was inconvenient. The living room has a musty smell from the settee, it needs cleaning.
