The sound proofing wasn’t very good, so I was repeatedly woken up with noise from other areas of the hotel.

Check-in is 3pm for a basic hotel.. very rigid and unflexible in nature compared to most hotels, but this could be more cultural rather than a direct reflection of customer service quality.

Kommunikation mit dem Empfang (telefonisch) was Parkmöglichkeit betraf sehr unzureichend, und der Hinweis, 20 € zu bezahlen, wenn wir 1 Std. früher einchecken (Zimmerbezug vor 15 Uhr war nicht gefragt) empfand ich als „Abzocke“ - habe ich nicht gemacht. Reviewed Sep 10, 2026unkompliziert, eine Nacht nähe Flughafen zu verbringen und dann erst nachhause zu fahren.
Der Fußboden war ein schmutziger Teppich, kein Laminat oder sonders gleichen. Mann muss Angst bekommen sich da was zu holen. Die Zimmertüre war nur mit einen Riegel zu verschließen. Sicher fühlte man sich da nicht. Das dritte Bett für unser Kind war ein ausgeklappter Wohnzimmersessel, total unbequem und sehr, sehr hart. Konnte leider nicht lange darin schlafen. Besser wäre es mit einen Matratzentopper gewesen! Im Bad die Ecken der Dusche schwarz, am Waschbecken der Abfluss vergilbt, die Wände schmutzig. Das schlimmste was noch ist, man muss 11€ für den Parkplatz am Hotel bezahlen!!!!! Finde das für eine bodenlose Frechheit.

Avrei preferito avere un armadio o una cassettiera in cui mettere lemie cose. Nella stanza è presente solo un piccolo appendiabiti (6 grucce) In bagno non c'è nulla, solo sapone a parete.

Geen kritiek,maar let bij dit hotel op dat je zelf aangeeft wanneer je nieuwe handdoeken wil en bv koffie en thee op je kamer. Dit is een zogenaamd milieu ding Mocht je dat vergeten,kun je schone handdoeken bij de receptie krijgen.

Its nothing like the Premier Inns in the UK (which can be dreadful) , despite it being owed by the same company- it is very well managed.

Lack of amenities. Room isn’t great value for money at all. No refrigerator in rooms, only in premium rooms. Difficult to get ice from reception. No phone in the rooms to ring reception either. Needing to walk down / take elevator down every time you have a question. Not ideal or praticable when you are travelling with children or a baby.

Etwas Unüblich: Zimmerreinigung muss nach Wunsch mitgeteilt werden. Der eigene Koffer muss als Kleiderschrank dienen (die scheinbar vor kurzem renovierten Zimmer leiden jetzt schon an Spuren von den Koffern). Der Einstieg zum Duschen in die schmale Badewanne dürfte nicht für alle geeignet sein, da Halterung zum Einsteigen fehlt.

Value for money was great-under 100 Euro including breakfast for 2 (though to that you need to add a roughly 10 euros parking fee if you wish to use their parking lot, which is conveniently adjacent).
Air conditioning was there but rather weak. Fortunately it was not too hot that night, but might have turned unpleasant had it been so.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Már nem először szálltam meg itt. Számomra a legmegfelelőbb helyen van, ha a Münchenbe utazok. A szoba nagyon kényelmes és megfelelően felszerelt. A reggeli kiváló. A személyzet nagyon kedves.
Én nagy testű vagyok. A fürdő bejárata most igen szűk volt. Más szobákban ugyanebben a hotelben nem volt gondom.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The location is walkable and close the main areas of the city and there are metro stops close by. The hotel is modern and clean. The room had comfortable beds, a nice bathroom, plenty of space and a fridge, we had a great stay there!
The A/C was not great, it shut down randomly and even when it was on, it was not efficient enough to cool down the room since we were there during a heatwave. Also, the windows didn't help much but after sightseeing we were so tired that we managed to get a good sleep nonetheless.

Klimaanlage hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Zimmer zum Innenhof war leider, aufgrund von einer Lüftung im Innenhof oder laufender Maschinen, etwas laut und man konnte das Fenster nachts zum Lüften nicht auflassen. Wenn die Klimaanlage funktioniert hätte wäre das kein Problem gewesen. So war es leider in den Augustnächten sehr warm mit geschlossenen Fenstern und nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage.

The staff was super friendly: we had immediate access to our rooms when we arrived and when we checked out, we were able to leave our bags there for the entire day up until our night train at 11PM
We didn’t have breakfast which we thought was a bit expensive although it looked very good.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Dieses Hotel besuche ich schon seit Jahren und bin immer wieder zufrieden mit dem Personal, den Zimmern und der Ruhe die man hier findet. Man kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Es ist erfreulich das eine Bar im Foyer befindet aber die Speisen und Getränke könnten etwas höherwertig sein. z.B. Frisch gezapftes Bier geht anders.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Das Hotel liegt direkt neben der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen München. Die Flugzeuge fliegen parallel zum Hotel in ca.150 Meter am Fenster vorbei und machen einen Höllenlärm bis ca. 24 Uhr. Von Schlafen kann keine Rede sein.
