Ich hatte unterkunft Bella Stil des Expressionismus 70m2 gebucht und nur Cosima 35m2 bekommen wegen dauervermietung aber wurde nicht informier MFG Bruno Weber

Reviewed Jan 8, 2025Location was great and the apartment had all the amenities needed. The washer and dryer were also very convenient.
Unfortunately, the property claims to be pet friendly but I the hosts seem to have some issues with my cat staying there. Just beware when booking with pets.

Reviewed Oct 21, 2024Having a dedicated parking space was great! The balcony was nice. Being pet friendly was very important. 10-15 minutes walk to shopping and restaurants was good.
The laundry facilities in the basement was a bit of an annoyance. But that’s being very picky. I think having one vice none at all is good.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2024De locatie was helemaal goed. En gratis parkeren op een vaste plek. Het appartement zelf was ook fijn. Fijne keuken, goede badkamer. Fijn dat we buiten konden zitten. De prijs vind ik heel billijk. De host reageerde snel op een bericht.
Ik vind het vrij summier qua spullen, van de meeste keuken spullen maar 4 stuks, geen dessert schaaltjes, maar 1 Handdoek per persoon voor 4 dagen. Verder waren de buiten meubelen echt kapot, terwijl het zo'n fijne plek was. Ik vind ook dat het bed zijn beste tijd heeft gehad. En incidenteel best wel rumoerige buren. ...

Reviewed Aug 7, 2024The furniture was full of stains and the floor in the bathroom, too. The host stole my laundry. Just took it out of their dryer, put it in my laundry bag and took it. I had to text them and request they give it back asap. They claimed that they only set it aside but I was never notified nor did they inquire if it was our laundry. It was in a dryer that was clearly labeled as "stay in style use only" so we did exactly as they asked. They never even apologized. Just put it back in the laundry room and told us it's in there. After this, they unplugged the washer & dryer and LOCKED the outlet. So no more laundry for us. On top of that, the dishwasher was full of sewer smelling, standing water. It leaked all over the floor multiple times without us ever even using it and no one came to fix it despite me telling them. It was a whole mess and I do not recommend staying here.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2024Size, decoration, patio, location, and parking were very nice. Invoicing was very timely and precise.
Key for the building is a certain way to handle if you need to open the door for the first time. (Press it downwards and then turn) Unfortunately I had to figure it out myself upon arrival and this was very frustrating. Communication was Always in German and each time I had to use AI to translate.. if I can do this as a customer why can’t the host do it instead (??) Same difficulty with washing machines.. Door bell does not ring (or wrong one rings)

Reviewed Dec 11, 2023Wir besuchten ein Fußballspiel auf dem Betzenberg. Wir konnten alle Aktivitäten fußläufig erreichen. Ein Besuch im Weinhandel und auf dem Weihnachtsmarkt rundeten unseren Städtetrip ab.

Reviewed Oct 26, 2023Location was great, easy check-in, cute place with a minimalist feel which we enjoyed as it made it feel roomier and clean. I also accidentally read check out time wrong but host was very understanding.
The toilet was falling off the wall. We had to hover over the toilet as we thought any second it would come right off and water would be everywhere. With a 3 and 5 year old it was hard to get them to use the bathroom in fear of it coming off.

Reviewed Jul 30, 2023First i will like to thank the host for always being available. We are a family of four, two kids, 7 & 10, we loved the location it has everything from historic to shopping. Breakfast is 5-10 min walk. Everything is close, the train and bus. Very clean, its a one bedroom apartment but it is very comfortable. It has a very nice terrace for talking under the stars or just chilling outside. Hot water was great, coffee was available on property there is an expresso machine with pods.
