Homey Staycation at MOA Complex

Kuya Norman is very helpful

Electric stove is not working

The place is homey

Several adjacent towers

Norman on numara bir insan. Çok ilgili ve söylediğini tam zamanında yapıyor. Olanaklar harikaydı. Çamaşır makinasından ütüye kadar. Herşey vardı.

very clean

It felt really nice and cozy, felt like we were staying in our own home. The amenities and proximity of the shops are quite convenient. The caretaker was really nice and helpful during our stay, would recommend staying again.

De locatie is goed. Loopafstand van MOA. En veel eetgelegenheden in de buurt

Location. Check in was smooth.

Bathroom smelled of urine. No parking, we had to go somewhere else.

Location and Cleanliness

Not about the property but the whole building in itself. There is no place where we can at least deposit our luggage while waiting for the check in time.

When I arrived at 2:30 pm the smell so bad like albatross. I thought it will pass I leave going to get something to eat when I got back the same and the worst thing is the Ari condition is not working dripping water on the on floor all the bed room is wet and the air blow hot air . I called the person in charge . I said I’m not going to stay airco is broked he said he just fix it . The smell bad he said the smell came from outside . I ask for a refund I can’t stay I said half of my money . He called the owner and talk to me she said the booking . Com will refund me. A month latter here I am not getting my money back .😡😡they are Scam we tried to contact the guy in chard he don’t answer . The room is horrible. Please don’t book in this room .

I can’t stand the room aircon broken . Dripping water blowing hot air and the smell bad if I stay there I’m probably going to have asthma attack .

Had the most relaxing staycation here! The ambiance was peaceful and the room was incredibly clean and spacious. I especially loved the comfy pillows and the quiet atmosphere, which was exactly what I needed to recharge. Definitely recommending this for anyone.

We generally enjoyed our stay, but we did encounter an issue with the air conditioning leaking,It created a bit of a puddle on the floor.Hopefully, this gets fixed permanently for the next guest!"

Complete equipment and clean facility! Sir Norman is very accomodating kind, and one call away. I like the fact that the washing machine is huge and working since we had to stay for few days. Also there is coffee, water extra towels, slippers and garbage bag that we can dispose wastes easily since the room is just few steps away in the garbage room and elevator. Very accessible. Also, there is Alfamart on ground floor where you can buy groceries and very near to watsons, MOA and banks. All the appliances were working and there is a complete kitchen utensils. Nothing to complain 10000/10. Till the next stay!

None!! 1000/10 like it!

The location excellent and the facilities

The agent assist us very excellent

We had a comfortable staycation. And the seaside view from the unit was exceptional.

None

The host and staff are very accommodating—I have nothing but good words for them. The place itself is clean and tidy. I will definitely book again if I need to spend a night in the area.

Just one minor issue, the air-conditioning unit makes some noise, but they are already fixing it as of this writing.

Swimming pool / good location /best host

I wish Netflix was available too :) And the use of the swimming pool included in the cost of the rental

Clean, homey feels staycation, value for money. Will definitely come back and highly recommended.

Good location with a relaxed walking distance of 15 minutes to MOA. Host provided sufficient towels of different sizes, simple coffee-making tools. I didn't stay long enough to use it, but there is a washing machine within the unit which is convenient.

the location is accessible and the caretaker of the unit was so kind.

Wonderful location, staff and room :) The owner was so friendly and was so proactive to our needs and guiding us through our stay. So many positive things to say!

Accomodating and helpful unit staff. Complementary water and coffee available @ unit.

Good location, had washing machine, clean, small kitchen, compact with everything necessary. The host NORMAN kindly helped me load data to my Phone

Nothing

Washer and dryer and kitchen supplies ready.

Was very easy for us that it was possible to leave the luggage earlier.

環境乾淨

Check in ,the room key trouble

We had a truly wonderful experience staying here! Despite arriving early than the standard check-in time, we were warmly welcomed without any hassle. The check-in process was fast and smooth. The unit itself is spotless—no insects or cockroaches at all, which we really appreciated! The room was cozy, very clean, and had everything we needed, from complimentary bottled water, coffee, and tea, to complete bathroom and kitchen essentials, including good quality cooking pans. The beddings and blankets were very comfortable, making our rest truly relaxing. The attending staff is very accommodating, friendly, and professional. They went the extra mile to make our stay enjoyable. We really felt at home throughout the entire time. Without a doubt, this is one of the best places we have stayed in. We highly recommend this unit and would definitely love to come back again soon! Thank you for the excellent service and for maintaining such a clean and welcoming environment!

Everything was exerlent

Clean, mabango,marami sabon, malamig.

Walang toothpaste and toothbrush and slippers.

The building and the lobby is ok. The room is ok.

- the bed has sagged on the middle due to usage - the room smells like a septic tank maybe because of the on going reclamation on the sea around the area. - the pinned location on the booking.com app is different from the actual property location. - parking with fee of 350php per day - cant book and come instantly its not ready.

I like the room it's cozy and clean

None in particular

Everything is perfect! Only the condo that I stayed that have proper cooking essentials especially the pans! Very usable! Friendly staff and very accomodating. The service was superb! Comfy beddings and blankets! Bathroom essentials are complete! SO CLEANNNN!

Nothing!

The unit is clean. My mother and I stayed comfortably. They provide basic necessities. The host also is very accommodating and flexible. Ginawan talaga nila ng paraan yung mga last and alanganin na na request specifically sa extra na pax. I will surely book this property again!

I love how cosy the unit is. Everything is perfect. We enjoy our stay there. Will definitely come back. Ps. Thank you, dun sa caretaker sobrang bait nya. 💖

So far so good, nice location.

The bed was a bit saggy. No netflix account.

Location

My stay here was very disappointing. The water heater was not working, leaving me cold and uncomfortable throughout my stay. I spent over 1.5 hours trying to collaborate with the host to fix the heater, all while being underdressed, but the issue remained unresolved. The host offered to send someone to fix it, but this was suggested at 11:30 PM, which was highly inconvenient—especially since I was staying alone. Additionally, the room had poor air quality with a strong chemical odor, the bed was extremely uncomfortable (it felt like there was plastic underneath), and the shower was inadequate. These issues significantly disrupted my stay and ruined my plans for the next day. The host did apologize and offered a partial refund, but this does not fully address the inconvenience I experienced. I would not recommend this property to others, especially to solo travelers seeking comfort and reliability.

I like the View

nothing

We were allowed to check in even though we were late. Check in time is 3-6 pm. We arrived at 7 pm. We just logged in at the desk and then went to the unit immediately without any hassle. There are also complimentary drinks like bottled water coffee and tea. The unit is nice and clean. There are no cockroaches or any insects inside the unit.
