The room is big enough to feel comfortable. Clean and warm.i recommend strongly. The bed compartments comfortable and private. Staff very friendly and helpful.

La situation est exceptionnelle, au milieu des rochers au bord de la rivière, à 5mn à pied des départs des barques, à 10 mn d’un temple. De grands espaces extérieurs (piscine, jardin) salle de jeu, resto…. Très pratique et bien agencé.

Room was of a good size and had everything I needed. Great value, clean and excellent location. Would return. Happy with the hotel, location and facilities.

It feels like a resort, the outdoor area is really pretty decorated. The beds are very comfortable. We loved that it's just a 5 minute walk outside the busy center. So you have everything close by, but not the noise.

The staff was very uninterested. Focused on their phone, not in helping guests. This was at the front desk, in the breakfast space and the restaurant. The silence hour starts at 23:00 But at 22:00 we were silenced by the staff and they even turned of the lights outdoor to make us go. The shower head was totally broken, and the setting in the shower feels very bright. Not as cosy as the rest of the room.

Muy buena ubicación y muy cerca de todos los negocios de comida y restauración. También estaba muy cerca de las atracciones del río y visita a museos. El personal muy atento y eficaz también te dan la posibilidad del propio Hotel, alquilar bicicleta, moto o moto eléctrica. Los cocos que te ofrecen para beber son muy baratos y están en la nevera muy frescos. Recommend.

Le personnel n’est pas aimable du tout, quand vous demandez quelques choses vous avez l’impression des les déranger…. Les draps de la chambre étaient sales, l’évier bouché et nous n’avons pas eu le ménage de fait.

Ligging en de natuurlijke omgeving.

Er hing een muffe geur in de kamer en in de openbare toiletten. Onze kamer had ook enkel een overtrek als deken, die ook vuile plekken had. Daarnaast waren de beuren zeer luidruchtig, waardoor we niet konden slapen.

This place is unreal! The view is amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean.

It’s a little far from restaurants and things, but well worth it for the view.

Staff were just outstanding is all I can say. Very clean rooms and great service by all the staff. Excellent value for money. We always use this hotel when travelling to Tam Coc.

What a magnificent hostel! The best I stayed in during my two months in Vietnam. Lots of greenery, a super clean pool, very close to the city center, a great breakfast buffet, and the rooms are very clean. Go without hesitation. 100%!

Great location, just off the city centre, at a walkable distance. Very spacious, surrounded by nature and a nice relaxing area with a swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers and another area with table tennis, pool and restaurant. Good offer of drinks and food, too, very reasonably priced. Laundry option, rental of bikes, e-bikes and scooters at competitive prices.

Not as sociable a hostel as others, probably because it caters more to families or groups, having many bungalows.

Good for people looking to be social. Pool table and common areas open for use. We got moved to a second room that had a very comfortable bed and bathroom. There was a very helpful person at reception that helped us book a taxi to Cuc phuong for cheaper than grab. Air con worked well.

The towels were thin. Bugs and mosquitos due to proximity to lake. Expensive. We booked for one night but had to move room.(though the second room was much nicer) Both rooms had clogged sinks, annoying but useable. When we got there the toilets had signs to not flush toilet paper and put in bins which was not previously disclosed.

Loved the look and vibe of the place - really cute spot with lovely views and super quiet, away from the main street. The dorm was really comfortable and clean, very spacious and the beds are private. Lovely pool and plenty of loungers around it. Nice place to meet and chat to people without being a party hostel.

Mainly, the flies/mosquitoes around (that said, this isn't the property's fault at all, it's due to so much lake/standing water in the surrounding area), so I would warn you to wear lots of bug spray whenever you are out of the dorm and on the premises. I got bitten to shreds myself!!

It's convenient to where I was visiting. The staff was very nice. Specific room location was awesome. The beds were comfortable. I would stay there again for the price I paid.

Lovely position hotel for the purpose of our visit to Tam Coc. The room was a good size for a single. The bathroom was very clean and the shower unit worked great Good accommodation and location.

I’d say this place had insane value. I did the private room for about $20 USD/night. It’s located just outside the tam coc center, 5-10 minutes walking with a stunning view of the river especially at sunset. Right next to rice fields and a pool to swim in. Breakfast was probably the 2nd best I’ve had in Vietnam. Full buffet with western and Asian offerings. WiFi was pretty reliable throughout especially since I had to get on zoom calls. Room was very comfortable. Two beds, a nice shower, strong AC. And a beautiful balcony to sit at. Was also nice they have a cafe/bar/restaurant and small market on site too, if you don’t want to walk to town Laundry on site was nice too. Pretty reasonable at 40K/kilo vs town for 30K.

I found the staff to be rude or unhappy at times. I never really got warm friendly vibes from them. Didn’t seem like they wanted to be there or wanting us to feel welcome. The bicycles were my biggest issue. I’ve never been to a place that charges to use bicycles. $50K/day plus you have to leave a 100K deposit which is insane to me. Even more insane is you have to return the bike by 10pm. So if you want to go out at night you have to walk or something else. Lastly, many of the bikes need major tuning. Multiple people reported bikes being broken, chains falling off, pedals not working. Major safety issues. I got coffee a few times and a smoothie they were good but the rest of the food on the menu didn’t look very appetizing and it seemed overpriced compared to most other restaurants. It seems like the place might have low room fees but they make their money on everything else. Lastly, it’s a hostel so it would be nice if there were some organized activities, music playing more than a few hours at night, overall like I said more of a warm welcoming vibe. However again it’s hard to complain with the price per night and things like breakfast.

Ce serait bien de mettre plus de parasol au bord de la piscine car elle est au soleil toute la journée et nous ne pouvons pas nous mettre au bord avec la chaleur. Gros point négatif sur les vélos qui étaient en très mauvais état, nous avons dû changer plusieurs fois (roues crevées, béquilles qui ne tient pas, vélo qui rouille et fait du bruit)

Great location with beautiful views. Super clean, friendly helpful staff, great free breakfast and chill vibe. Pool with plenty of sun beds - a great base to relax and explore Tam Coc. Easy walk or cycle into town as well. I loved it and if I’d had the time would have stayed longer !

3rd time staying at this apartment, the rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Everything you need for an overnight stay and is a 5 min walk to the centre.

Friendly staff and great location

Onze kamer was nog erg nieuw met een schone badkamer en goede bedden. Ligt 5-10 min lopen van het centrum, maar de weg ernaartoe is prachtig.

De laundry service viel ons tegen, want de was is niet schoon geworden. Verder kun je beter niet je haar nat maken in het zwembad, want volgens het personeel kan je haar daarvan verkleuren.

The location was great and the room oveooked a small pond, the downside of that was mosquito's and humidity.

The staff were not so helpful. Breakfast was ot so good. DON'T EAT there except for breakfast. The room. was nice but smelt badly of damp.

Comfortable beds and room. Plus nice swimming pool and the breakfast is amazing too.

I wish they could improve the water quality in the shower. The smell wasn’t good. Maybe because of the heavy rain I’m not sure though.

El alojamiento es bonito y cómodo. Nos dejaron duchar después de hacer el check-out, ya que teníamos el bus tarde.

Se escucha mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones. Las toallas no secan.

It was in a great location, exceptional value for money. Was very relaxing.

There were loud noises outside rooms from very early morning and it also sounded like there was something climbing on the roof/in the walls. It was a little off putting.

Le rapport qualité/prix est très bon comme dans beaucoup d’hôtels au Vietnam. Les dortoirs sont récents et fonctionnels. Bon petit déjeuner.

Il faudrait déboucher les éviers dans le dortoir 5. Concernant les scooters qu’ils louent, ils sont en très mauvais états, certains ne démarrent même pas. Le casque fourni ne sert pas à grand chose et peut même être petit, mais je n’en tiens pas compte dans ma notation. Néanmoins attention, la piscine est traitée au sel et vos maillots sortiront jaune. De plus, ils ont une fontaine à eau mais qui ne peut être utilisée que par le personnel pour vous obliger à acheter, un peu dommage.

La possibilité pour les voyageurs de rester toute la journée après la nuit passée (douche, piscine à disposition) Restaurant dans l'hôtel.
