Hostal y Residencial El Mundial

Breakfast was good. The fresh fruit especially. Nice to have the privacy of your own room. Hosts were friendly and welcoming

No kitchen for personal use

The owner of this place is really nice and helpful! It’s a nice place to a good price!

The kitchen often did not have any soap and i think the other guest were stealing cutlery etc because there was only 2 forks and 3 plates so it needed some more supplies

See above Flexible departure time.

Tacky and ugly spaces. Not enough lighting in the room or bathroom. Loose metal outside my window making noise when wind was strong and no response to complaint

Good location near the main bars and shops. We were able to leave our bags while on the W trek. There is a big kitchen, but it could do with some more utensils and plates

One night we stayed in the room next to the front door so it was very noisy hearing people come in and leave.

Loved the location and homeliness of the place. Good to stay for a few nights

The bathrooms need more hooks to hang, and pager towel or towel to dry hands

Very good location, left bags here whilst doing the w trek

Great place, really nice kitchen with lots of space, our private room was really nice and the building is kept pretty warm, we had a heater in our room and were taught how to use it, shower had hot water, location was awesome, I would stay here again.

We almost never saw any staff, other than when we checked in that was it. I had to ask a housekeeper for help because I couldn’t find the reception staff. But that being said, the staff when we did find them were super kind and helpful

Nice Hostal in Puerto Natales with great cooking facilities, comfortable and clean rooms and in an excellent location. Good value for money and near shops, bars and the town centre. Easy to check in/out and a perfect base for day trips to Torres Del Paine

A lot of noise coming through at night as the exterior walls are thin

Fantastic location in heart of puerto natales! really good price for a private room!

Gute Lage. Gutes Bett. Gut geheizt.

Das Zimmer hatte das Fenster weit oben. Also wie kein Fenster.. Inventar sehr veraltet.

The owners were super nice and the location!!

My room had no window but it had a roof or ceiling window that was right over my bed and there was no way to cover up the natural light in the day if I wanted to take a nap or at night !

ubicación central

Tudo muito bom. Localização excelente, poucos metros da orla e da praça. Quarto e banheiro bem limpos, cozinha muito bem equipada e limpa.

Posizione ottima in pieno centro!

the room does not have a window, no fresh air, after a few hours its super stinky, really terrible super loud, you hear every step from the room neighbours no private bathroom and the room is not cheap

Excellent location and friendly owners

Town is walkable. Rooms were super cozy with comfortable beds. Everything was clean. Large kitchen with free filter water

30 minute walk to bus station. Taxis were rare in the morning. We didn’t ask the staff but maybe they could help call a taxi

Comfortable, clean and warm. Thin walls, but it was quiet during the night. They let us store our luggage when we went to TDP. Also, we could use the kitchen + common space all day, there were no restrictions as previous comments suggested. Great value for money.

Right in the heart of puerto natales, very friendly staff, good kitchen, good value for money. Late booking on christmas eve and all still went smooth

tranquilidad

demasiada calefaccion

It was very affordable and centrally located, with easy access to the best restaurants and shops! It is really worth the value you pay. It is very close to the best gelato shop in the city...for real you need to try.

The room was good, but I hope it could be cleaner. The shared bathrooms are in good condition. Hope they provide more snack and drink options. Lastly, I wish they would offer more amenities in the bathroom (and don't forget to bring your own toiletries and towel).
