Amazing view from the balcony. Manager Celeste was very helpful and her communication was great - very easy check in process even when we arrived late at night.

The views and space in this property will be a highlight of your stay in Kuching. This apartment creates a very pleasant vibe where one feels immediately relaxed and loves its holiday experience. Apartment is actually nicer and more spacious in reality than this is shown on photos. All rooms have access to balcony, location is superb and the host very attentive and takes care of you from the moment one makes a reservation. Anyone who stays there is a lucky guest

The location was excellent, very central and easy for us to walk to different places or take a Grab.

I think the apartment and building could do with a major refurbishment. The lobby looks rather sad with only one person who is a security person manning a small desk. There are not enough outlets for plugs and no amenities in the bathrooms.

The apartment was very spacious & cleaned especially the bathrooms were very cleaned & well equipped & completed with the toiletries. Most of all we were got to experience the fantastic & stunning view from the apartment at night.

The staff was very nice, would approach and gives instructions very clearly, I especially like that they shared interesting places in Kuching to go to in a pdf file, very creative.

Spacious apartment with air con that worked well, comfy living spaces and TV that connected to Netflix.

The swimming pool was closed the whole time so we couldn’t use it. The signs saying no short stays, home stays etc. and in the lift having the actual law stating that we couldn’t stay was quite off putting. Has been in place since January so not sure why we were allowed to book. The crockery/ cutlery needed a bit of a clean & would have been great to have some more hand soap, shower gels etc.

Location was fantastic! Everything was well within walking distance. The washing machine and dryer were very much appreciated.

The view is indeed Marvelous! Loved seeing it at all different times of the day. Loved being able to walk along the waterfront path to the main area. The apartment was spotless and equipped with everything you could need. The host was wonderful- with excellent communication. I would definitely recommend this for your stay!

Spacious two-bed, two-bath apartment. We didn't use the second bedroom. Nice building (a little retro): clean premises, multiple lifts, convenience store at ground level, bang on the riverfront, and great views - especially at sunset. Very well located: walking distance from most places you'd want to visit. Small but functional kitchen. Effective ACs and water heaters. Self check in and out. Prompt and helpful host. Would stay here again.

Spacious apartment with a good view of the river and a pleasant walk along the promenade into Kuching. Very useful to have a washing machine and tumble drier, Nice pool on roof top which we were often the only ones using. Quirky bar in the building.

We were a little concerned when we arrived that there were posters in the lift and in the foyer saying homestay and airbnb rentals not allowed in the building but we weren't challenged during our 5 night stay. Decoration and furnishings quite old-fashioned but we felt the amount of space made up for it.

Central location right on the river and the boardwalk. Loads of space, which worked well for us as a family of 4.

This apartment is well located within walking distance to various heritage buildings and temples. The rooms have nice panoramic view of the Sarawak River n across the river. The apartment has spacious bedrooms, bathrooms n lounge n a small kitchen.

There are not enough power points in the apartment and they don't have universal jack point so make sure you bring your own. Not enough lights near the dresser mirrors and the power point is under the dresser, hard to get to n the hair dryer provided has very short lead, very challenging to use. There was no cleaning done during our 10 days stay, I would expect at least 1 cleaning in between.

The host was very accommodating, and location was centralised to everything within the CBD. Always try the local favourite kolomee for breakfast YUM.

The heat gets to you in the afternoon and sometimes there is a smell coming from the drains. Also, the place was situated next to a Muslim prayer centre and having loud praying noise at 0530 in the morning is not ideal.

The apartment was spacious, clean and contained everything you would need. Quiet and with an amazing view especially in the evening. Only a short walk to places to eat. Thanks for the help organising a Grab taxi when I had phone problems. Would 100% go back.

The view was great - location is the best. All amenities are well taken care off, but I usually use my own toiletries, so not sure about those provided.

From the moment we booked Celeste was helpful with any and all of our enquiries. From car hire to things to do and see around beautiful Kuching. Location was everything and the waterfront is stunning by night. Gorgeous sunsets are a bonus. The apartment is spacious and clean. we loved our stay.

Easy pick up of keys at the reception. The owner, Celeste is very quick to reply to messages. She is warm and friendly. Her apartment was very clean when we arrived, excellent views! Amazing to have washer and dryer too. Very comfortable stay.

It is located along the banks of Sarawak River. The ferry to cross the river stops at its doorstep. There are 2 large bedrooms with access to the balcony. Beautiful views of the river, Parliament House and sunrise/ sunset from the balcony. One bedroom is ensuite. There is a large shared toilet. Good kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle, induction cooker, water filter, etc. there are also basic utensils and cutlery for a small family. Air conditioner is new and works well. Master bedroom has a washer dryer with detergents. Appliances looked new although we did not use them. We slept quite comfortable and woke up to amazing views of sunrise and crowing of roosters. There is also a very large dining table. The river walk, river cruises and restaurants are just a 15 min walk away. The best part was the excellent communication by Celeste before, during and after our stay. She was checking if all was going well and promptly responded to our queries even after working hours. Thank you very much Celeste.

The views are simply amazing. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The washing machine worked really well. Lots of hot water in both showers. The apartment is also very large. It is on the 12th floor of a block that has a lovely faded grandeur. We simply loved the views.

The kitchen was not very well equipped e.g. a saucepan would have been useful and we purchased glasses and left them for the next guest. These are however minor points for what is simply a great apartment in a great location.

The suite is very spacious, clean, well equipped with amenities and has a beautiful view of the nearby river, and faraway hills. Large closet and dining table. 2 full bathtooms.

the suite is very clean. Almost all items are provided make my stay complete. The staff also very helpful. the wifi is fast. This suite got dry & washing machine so easy for us to wash our clothes. Don't have to bring to the nearby laundry. Overall, highly recommended👍🏻

Love the location and the view of the place. I happily spent my mornings drinking coffee and looking out to the river to see the activities of the day. In the evening, I would stroll down the riverfront and get food/drinks from the stalls, enjoy street performances, and buy souvenirs. The place itself is very quiet and very comfortable. I even get to continue watching my Netflix, Apple TV etc. series. My family members were happy with the facilities/appliances in the apartment.

The couch in the living room could be a bit more comfortable but nothing of major concern.

I really love the environment, very recommended for family or friends (travel in groups). The security is very good. Parking provided. The view is superbbss. You will love the view in the morning & night. The place itself is so cosy. There is a kitchen with an electric stove, microwave, fridge and all basic kitchen tools are provided. What I love so much there is also a washing machine with a dryer so I don't have to bring so much clothes. Walking distance to many attractions place and food stalls (the foods really delicious)Will surely definitely recommend to friends & relatives.

It's located at the heart of the city, restaurants and convenience stores are just a walking distance. Grab is also easy to get, and the small boat 'sampan' is also always on standby if you want to go to the other side of the river to enjoy the local food and 'kuih lapis' for a cheaper price. And the view at night is really nice. My family and I enjoyed our stay, everything is clean, the place itself is safe, it's comfy and very spacious, and the host is very clear with the information on how to check into the premise.

The location is very close to the city centre. Easy to go around by foot plus lots of food choices nearby and the view from the balcony is marvellous!

The closest 7E to us was not very well-stocked. That's all.
