Stylish Urban Home in Stockholm

Very well set up. Sofa bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent and the kitchen well equipped. Loved the chocolate and crackers that were left for us on arrival. Host was very good with her communication. A 10 minute walk to the nearest station with frequent trains to get you into the centre of town. A supermarket there as well which meant it was easy to pick up provisions on the way home. Apartment was triple glazed so nice and quiet. An excellent apartment.

Casa nuova, molto curata e ben accessoriata con tutto quello che può servire (sia in cucina che in bagno). A 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni rapidi che portano verso il centro.

Il divano letto non era comodo, quindi lo consiglierei per massimo due persone (noi eravamo in tre). Ritengo davvero eccessivo il supplemento richiesto a chi non riesce a fare il check in entro le 22 (da 20 a 100 euro a seconda di quando lo comunichi alla struttura).

Sehr unterstützende und schnelle Reaktion auf Fragen. Die Unterkunft liegt außerhalb des Zentrums also ruhiger. Gut erschlossen durch S-Bahn. Sie liegt an einer Hauptstrasse, da die Fenster sehr gut sind, stört das nicht. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Butą rezervavom 4asmenims , bet jis buvo paruoštas tik dviems . Reikėjo patiems ieškoti net sandėliuke patalynės ir rankluoščių. Vieta buto tolokai nuo centro . Trūksta bute veidrodžio visam ūgiui.

Nagyon jól felszerelt, a mosógép, mosogatógép, szárítógép nagyon hasznos volt. Gyorsan elérhető volt Stockholm központja, és a Tyresta nemzeti park is.

Az ágyak lehetnének kényelmesebbek, és az ablakredőnyök is jól jönnének a világos nyári éjszakákon.

Das Schlafsofa war nicht bequem

Ужасные хозяева, не клиентоориентированны, не заселили нас в оплаченные нами апартаменты , и предложили переночевать где-угодно за свой счет. Если хотите испортить свой отдых-то забронируйте эти аппаратаменты. Не советую, данная ситуация впервые за мои долгие путешествия.

The apartment was pleasant and comfortable. It seemed to have soundproofing as, although we were near a busy main road, we heard no traffic noise. The kitchen area was modern and well equipped. Useful utensils provided. Nice bathroom with plenty of cupboard space and a good washing machine and dryer. The apartment is 10-15 minutes walk away from the commuter rail from where it is only 2 or 3 stops to the centre. There is a bus stop near-by from where you can reach the metro stops. Internet access was good at first but then it dropped out altogether for a few days. We did communicate with the owners but until it got sorted out we had to buy extra data from our own provider which was an additional expense.

Towel provision was strange. We were each provided with one large towel. There was one small hand towel next to the sink. We found this odd as we are usually provided with two or three towels each - small, medium and large. In the information provided we were asked not to take any other towels. We contacted the owners as we wanted to have towels for when we washed our hair for example. They said they would make an exception and allow us one more towel each as the apartment was intended for 4 persons. This was especially strange as we had booked for 15 nights and, based on previous experience with self-catering, we would have expected to get a towel change half way through. In the event we washed the towels ourselves.

The place was super clean and the host was super thoughtful to provide laundry detergent, dishwasher pods and even cotton pads and make up remover wipes. There’s a grocery store within 10 mins walk. Stockholm central is 12-16 mins drive from the property.

Die Ruhe, der Wohnung war sehr modern.

Dass der Bettsofa nicht angezogen war als wir ankammen, und dass einzelne Sachen nicht wirklich sauber waren. (Matratze mit flecken, backofen auch).

I was so happy staying 7 nights here, feel like home. The location is very close to train where takes only 3 stops to central Stockholm. The room is big, very nice facing lots of tree across the street. It’s the corner room with balcony with a big tree view, so bright, clean and everything is so new. There is everything you need. I recommend this place and I would come back someday and stay longer. Sofia is so kind and helpful, responding very fast.

Siisti, erinomainen majoitus: tiskikone, pyykinpesu ja kuivaus, kokkausmahdollisuudet. Hyvät yhteydet junalla ja bussilla.

Nuorten mielestä sohva oli hieman epämukava nukkua.

Nice clean apartment with everything you need.

Terrible communication with the host. Most of the time - just non existing. The fact that we've got into the apartment is almost shear luck)

Spacious apartment with good facilities, a short walk to the local train and bus station with easy access into Stockholm. The bed was comfortable and the lounge was spacious, the property had a well equipped kitchen with tea and coffee in the cupboard. The owner was very responsive to messages and was helpful. We explained to her that we had been unable to use the TV and there weren't any instructions, she advised that she would look at rectifying this.

We arrived to find a dishwasher full of the previous occupants crockery pots and pans etc.. which had only recently finished its cycle. We had no idea where all of these items went and do not feel it is our job to be putting them away when we hadn't used them. We would assume that 6 hours was ample time to ensure everything is ready in the property before the next occupants arrive.

The lock to access the key was a little tricky, but not the worst.

Open and Lock key system was difficult for international customer. I think that this system may be common in this country or EU.
