Nous avons aimé la proximité avec la plage et les commerces aux alentours et proche du centre-ville d’Agadir.

L’endroit est très bien situé proche de tous les endroits touristiques plage à 10mn à pied commerce à proximité et surtout l’hôte Hassan très accueillant,gentil et nous a même conseillé des endroits touristiques et des restaurants merci à Hassan

Un appartement très pratique, proche de tout, vraiment rien à dire ! Le propriétaire est accueillant et très gentil, et joignable en cas de besoin. ​L'emplacement est super : à 5 minutes de la plage, proche d'Agadir, avec un Carrefour à 15 minutes, et également proche de Taghazout et d'autres plages. Franchement, super appartement propre avec des chambres propres séparées (dont un petit balcon dans la chambre des parents), situé dans une résidence calme, avec plusieurs hanouts en bas. ​Nous avons passé une semaine formidable en famille (moi, mon mari et mes deux ados). On pouvait cuisiner, il y avait tout l'essentiel à disposition, même des épices, et la machine à laver s'est avérée très pratique. Côté sécurité, la voiture était bien gardée grâce aux caméras de surveillance et aux gardiens 24h/24, ce qui nous a permis d'être totalement sereins de jour comme de nuit. ​Pour le prix et l'emplacement, cet appartement à Anza offre un rapport qualité-prix vraiment imbattable. Un grand merci au propriétaire ! Il va bientôt rajouter la climatisation, ce sera donc encore mieux. Je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

Near to Agadir city, nice beaches, and nice views

The smell was not good! I think it's closer to some chemical companies. The apartment could be better furnished than what is offered by the owner. In general, highly recommended for short stay in the area.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La struttura era pulita, accogliente e ben organizzata. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile fin dal primo momento, permettendoci anche di effettuare il check-in prima dell'orario previsto. Ha risposto rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e ci ha fatto sentire i benvenuti. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura e ci tornerei volentieri.

The area was quiet, it was walking distance to the beach. There were a few nice places to eat and a supermarket for essentials. The apartment is on the 5th floor with a lift, It was airy and clean. The owner greeted us on arrival and answered all our questions and was available if needed. It was easy to get transport into Agadir or further along the coast. Great area for surfers. I would say the apartment isn't luxury, but it provided excellent value for money.

We were perfectly happy with the accommodation and the service we received.

Very nice apartment, 5th floor, safe and quiet neighborhood. The Owner is a very nice person, offering various infos about the attractions of the area.

Bardzo zaangażowany i miły gospodarz. Mieszkanie w bloku zamieszkałym przez zwykłych Marokańczyków. Przy bloku parking. Dwie sypialnie. Duży salon z miejscami do spania. Mieszkanie na 5 piętrze, jest winda. Do przykrycia koce i luźne prześcieradła. Na dole sklepy. Świetny bar rybny przy meczecie. Plaża w Anzie słaba, koło tablicy faktycznie można znaleźć ślady dinozaurów. Tani targ. Dobra restauracja Dinosaures. W mieszkaniu pralka, czego nie wiedzieliśmy wcześniej. Reszta wyposażenia lekko zużyta. Widok na morze raczej symboliczny. Blisko do bankomatu, sklepu Carrefour. Dla nas najważniejszy był fakt, że standard może nie był najwyższy, ale akceptowalny dla Europejczyka i adekwatny do ceny. Dobry punkt wypadowy dla budżetowych wyjazdów turystycznych. Do Agadiru ok. 15-20 minut samochodem.

Appartement très propre et possède une vue sur mer. Le propriétaire est très serviable et à l'écoute. Elle est proche de tout (Mer, Snacks,..). Je recommande vivement. Merci Mr Hassan.

Excellent rapport qualité prix, bon emplacement à quelques metres de la mer et à 10 minutes du centre de Agadir.

l’appartement était impeccable, bien rangé et grand, l’ascenseur était propre et très utile. il y a des places devant la résidence, nous sommes proximité de la place et la vue de la chambre est très jolie l’hôte nous a merveilleusement bien accueilli et nous a conseillé plusieurs restaurants. il était très chaleureux et avait l’air très heureux de nous rencontrer. c’était très agréable. Il était aussi très facilement joignable et très réactif.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille à Agadir ! Un grand merci à Hassan pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et ses recommandations. L'appartement sécurisé avec ascenseur était parfait pour nous, et sa proximité avec les commodités était un vrai plus. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine Danialand et la plage de Taghazout a été un super endroit, un moment fort de notre voyage. À refaire sans hésitation !

Résidence Miftah Sahel Anza Agadir, 80000 Agadir, Morocco is an amazing place to stay managed by Mr Hasan. The location is wonderful. The host Mr Hasan is an amazing person who knows how to provide the best service for his customers. He is very friendly, kind, cooperative and extremely helpful. In his apartment, you will get everything you need. If you need any help Mr Hasan will respond to you immediately. He never lost his patience with my endless queries. His gentle word, a kind look, a good-natured smile has really impressed us all. Cleanliness becomes his habit and it is the key to our happiness. Hygiene and safety in the apartment and the lift/elevator is well maintained. The surrounding areas are very clean and the apparment has increased safety. Stairs are very clean too. The local people are extremely generous who give more than is expected of them. Unbelievable! We encourage tourists to taste Mr Hasan's hospitality. Surely, we shall come back again to this apartment to stay in.

Very very very good and friendly host! Before taking the place he asked us if there is anything we need or missing. Nice spacy apartment and for the price a unbeatable offer! Tho we delayed a bit for Check-out he didn't charge more.
