The apartement stated it has seaview, well, it does but only if you lean faaar out the tiny balcony you can see the sea in the corner. There was only 1 chair on the balcony for 4 people (wouldnt have fittet more chairs anyways) There was a terrible smell of cat urine around the apartement and the balcony. Fridge was dirty and there was some red liquid frozen and stuck to the freezer.

The apartment was big and close to supermarket, restaurant and beach. The Landlord was very kind and helpful.

The area was stinky sometimes because of fish factory which dumped their waste in the water.

The apartment is big, 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, seperate toilet and big shower. Elevator new and a big plus as the apartment is on the 5th floor. Washing mashine is good and works well. Clean sheets and towels. Enough hyginic products. Extra toilet paper, soap. Near apartment a lot of small shops and ready to eat fresh food, fish, pizza, tacos, burger. Close to Anza beach. The owner and his family are always there for you on WA ehatever you need. They helprd us find a taxi to the airport at 3am, and were awake to ask if we arrived safely. You feel safe and taken care of. This is priceless.

Absolutely loved my stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as described. Everything was clean, fresh, and well-organized from the moment I arrived. Feel very homely and comfortable and it has a Moroccan feel which I loved. Had towels and bed sheets were washed and available and toilet roll and kitchen paper which is nice as some places here don’t accommodate this it just makes things easier for you when travelling. This property is in a really nice community area called Anza and there are stores all a few minutes walk away to buy whatever you need. You will literally find everything. The 6 dhs lavazza coffee vending machine was just my favourite thing I discovered in this community it’s at the store in the middle street with 2 coffee machines and the cappuccinos were amazing and try the fresh sandwiches from the butcher only 20 dhs.

J’ai passé un séjour absolument parfait dans ce logement ! L’emplacement est idéal, entre Agadir et taghazout, ce qui permet de naviguer facilement entre les différents lieux. Le logement est très bien équipé, hyper propre, et la vaisselle était impeccable. Le propriétaire est d’une grande gentillesse, et la communication avec lui a été vraiment facile. Je recommande vivement !

Mijn verblijf in het appartement van Mohamed was echt perfect. ☀️😊😍 Ik raad iedereen aan om hier te verblijven en te genieten van dit fijne appartement. Mohamed is een vriendelijke, betrouwbare en gastvrije eigenaar. Hij reageert snel op berichten en staat altijd klaar om te helpen. Dat geeft een prettig en vertrouwd gevoel tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement zelf is schoon, compleet en goed verzorgd. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. In de keuken vind je bijvoorbeeld pannen, borden, bestek en zelfs kruiden en afwasmiddel. Je merkt dat er echt aandacht is besteed aan het comfort van de gasten. De woonkamer is mooi ingericht en comfortabel. Er is internationale tv en het internet wifi is snel en stabiel, wat het verblijf nog prettiger maakt. De badkamer is prachtig en netjes. Er is warm water en alles wat je nodig hebt, zoals zeep. Ook het toilet is schoon en voorzien van wc-papier. De slaapkamers zijn comfortabel met mooie bedden, dekens en handdoeken. Je kunt hier echt goed uitrusten. Het appartement ligt in een modern gebouw met een lift, wat het verblijf extra comfortabel maakt. De locatie is ook ideaal. Het strand ligt op ongeveer 5 minuten afstand en beneden in de buurt vind je winkels, restaurants en cafés. Alles wat je nodig hebt is dichtbij. Een tip voor andere gasten, download de InDrive-app. De taxi’s via deze app zijn vaak goedkoper en betrouwbaar. Ik heb echt genoten van mijn verblijf en kom hier graag weer terug. Daarom raad ik dit appartement en deze geweldige eigenaar van harte aan aan iedereen die een fijne en ontspannen plek zoekt om te verblijven.

la proprete = odeur insurportable des egouts, internet wi-fi mediocre, fil de la television tous sorti, lampe plafonnier juste lampoule, toilette tres sales, salle de bain mossisure au plafond, pomme de douche sale a remplacer, eau chaude bon pour une personne autre doit attendre une demi heure, chambre a coucher aucun draps, lit dur comme un trottoir, oreiller sale, presence se bibites au lit le seul endroit pour récupérer ta fatigue. malheureusement. Fortement et avec énergie logement déconseiller, surtout pour le tarif (34,42 euro) augmenter d'une taxe + frais de 30 euro. et vue sur la mer mensonge

Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Lage ist gut und nah zu fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Aktivitäten. Sicher zur Familien. Der Besitzer Mohammad ist zuverlässig, höflich, großzügig und sehr hilfsbereit sowie sympathisch und flexibl, er hat uns von Ankunftszeit bis zur Ausreise immer unterstützt. Sehr gerne wieder.

- Anza liegt ein paar Kilometer außerhalb von Agadir. Man benötigt ein Auto oder den Bus um in die Stadt zu kommen

- perfect location right in between agadir and Taghazout - secure parking - building 11 5th floor is very secure - Staff gave me favor to handover keys one night before as i was living in building 25 (also another apartment in Anza on booking.com), thanks to Mohamed - Staff is very nice person always kept in touch whenever i needed anything

- minor things maybe AirCon is needed in summer, as we stayed in winter having 15 degree and no nee of it - no muslim shower in toilet but toilet papers were available - smell of gas leakage maybe because of old stove

The accommodation was great, lovely located in anza and a close walk to the beach. The host was super helpful and always ready on the phone to help out if needed. The WiFi was 10/10 which was great :) Can’t wait to be back

The host was absolutely amazing, very helpful and nice guy. Location was slightly out the way from agadir beach and marina but was fine for myself as I was in a car.

Very fishy smell which was slightly annoying. Think there’s a fish spot very close by and get get very pungent.

C’est bien situé si on veut bouger à agadir. On est à 20 min de souk el had et à 20min de la plage thagazout ( belle plage à voir). L hôte était très sympa et ponctuel. Ce qui était top c’est qu il y avait un petit marchand ( pain, beurre, etce) juste en bas de l immeuble c’était super pratique.

Un bon rapport qualité prix. L’appartement est propre et très bien équipé, nous nous y sommes sentis très bien. Mais c’est surtout le propriétaire, Mohamed, qui a été particulièrement sympathique avec nous. Il a pris le temps de nous tout montrer et nous a envoyé plein de suggestions de visites. Il y a une cuisine avec ce qu’il faut pour se faire la cuisine et une machine à laver. Une résidence sécurisée avec parking

J’ai adoré mon séjour dans cet appartement ! Il est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. La plage est juste à côté, la mosquée également, et il y a une petite épicerie en bas du bâtiment, ce qui est très pratique. L’endroit est calme et sécurisé, idéal pour se reposer en toute tranquillité. Mr Mohamed, est très accueillant et disponible, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement !

Sehr gute Lage, man ist schnell am Strand, in Agadir oder Thaghazout. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Extrem netter Gastgeber, der ohne weiteres auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist. Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben. Nach der Begrüßung gab es erstmal eine WhatsApp mit diversen zu unseren Interessen passendem Zielen. Eigentlich eine Kleinigkeit, aber habe ich in der Form extrem selten erlebt. Großes Lob und alles Gute!

C’était nickel y’a rien à dire tout et propre dans l’appartement,on est proches de toute les endroits la plage même pas 10 min à pieds les supermarchés,la mosquée,carrefour City,boucherie. on a passé une semaine formidable avec ma famille.je conseil fortement.

I made the reservation at 9pm and Mohammed met us at the property at 10pm. Very fast response. The apartment is very clean and has a well equipped kitchen. Mohammed recommended we visit Aourir for fresh fish. Food was amazing and affordable. The coast line of this region is stunning. Tamrhkht is a must see!

Mohammad is a very responsive and polite person. Accommodation was very good, and the location was superb and secure. The price was cheap compared to others. I'm a happy man; our family enjoyed staying in his property. Beautiful country to visit. Close to the beach, shop, restaurant, and Mosque (beautiful). 100% recommend; if we get a chance to go Agadir again, then we would love to stay in his property again. Thanks, Mohammad, for being such a good host.

Everything was exceptional and Stunning. Mohamed is very professional, helpful, available any time to help and asking if you need anything. The Appartement in the 5th floor in a modern buildings of modern type. It has sophisticated Elevator.the vie is amazing, very clean....it has all facilities for cooking...it has a very modern automatic Samsung wasxhing machine. Smart Tv with international channels. Wifi is Top...wifi code on the back of the entrance door of the flat. Room for kids. Sleeping room king size bed. Direct on the ground of the Building there is a superette..in french mini Super markt...it has all what you need...food...drinks..itesms for cleaning or whatever.... The Anza Beach is not far....only a couple of minutes walking.. the neighborhood Taddart is not far with car ride for 3 dh you can go there for shopping from locals, its cheap. About 1 km km there is a Fascinating Café Restaurant direct on the sea view..its lovely attractive and everything you can imagine you are gonna find it there...Tajines..Piizza.. pastries...ice creme , hot an cold beverages....and Peacok male and female in the cage of the garden. To sum up the flat is Top and the location is very Strategic for swimming and enjoying the Sun. It's worth it everything.

The host was nice and helpful, but I need to admit that this time I totally don’t agree with other guests’ score. The host told me that he didn’t receive the email confirmation on booking so when we arrived we couldn’t find the exact apartment and didn’t know how to get the keys. But I can understand this can happen… also because we confirmed in the late afternoon, so it can be comprehensible. Fortunately the guy of the little market below (that was nice to have it) helped us to get inside… he had the keys of the apartment inside his shop. But honestly the rest was not that good as we expected…

When we arrived there was a bad smell inside the apartment, and especially the smell of gas coming from the kitchen that gave us a first impression that the apartment was not very safe, and a bit smell of cat pee right at the main entrance. Then when we arrived we couldn’t find the toilet paper, that was finished, but I need to say that as soon as I asked to the host he immediately asked the guy of the supermarket below to bring it to us… so we appreciated this. Then the host informed me that he forgot to wash the dishes in the kitchen….and we also found a small drinking-yogurt on the night table in the bedroom, and food in the kitchen..that gave us the impression that the host was still living there before we came and everything was not ready. I think the blankets of the beds were also not clean so that we decided to sleep in the big square shaped Moroccan style sofa in the living room that seemed to be a little bit better. Then the host didn’t have the hairdresser inside the apartment, and also a trash bin where to put our garbage. Then when we had a shower we had problems with the boiler, because the hot water didn’t last for long, so one of us had to make a cold shower and without having an hairdryer was really cold!!! I have to say that the apartment is not so new as we expected, and many things were missing or not working, like the sink in one of the two bathrooms (one bathroom had a wc and sink that was leaking water and not working properly and in the other bathroom there was a shower and a sink), so we had to move from one bathroom to the other. Then when we arrived the WiFi was not working because the power supply of the router was not plugged into the socket ;)), but after that the wifi was working well… even if we still couldn’t be able to use the big TV in the living room. Maybe we were too tired that day, but honestly I wouldn’t say that the apartment was good from our experience and I am sorry to say that I would not recommend it.

It is a new apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. The host was very friendly and welcoming.

The tower can be loud at 7am. It is a bit of a Industrial area but easy to get a shared taxi to the marina or Tamraght.

Very good value for money, above a shop and a minutes walk from a takeaway. 3 minutes or so from a bus stop and plenty of taxis come along the route to take you into Agadir. Agree a price before you take the trip. Also at Xmas there wasn't the overbearing burden of Christmas decorations which suited me.

There is a mosque that is great to look at, but the call to prayer is 7am sharp which occasionally woke me up but that's no major issue.
