The apartment was very well equipped and matched the description. It was close to the metro, clean, and located in a quiet and peaceful area. The bedroom could also be darkened very well, which was a big plus.

As it is a basement apartment, it felt slightly humid. There were also only a few clothes hangers. There was some renovation work going on nearby and on the upper floor, but the workers only started around 8 a.m., so it did not really disturb us.

Lokalizacja. Piekne otoczenie, bliskosc metra, cisza i spokoj do spania oraz spacerowania, jeżdżenia na rowerze.

Jedna szafa dla gości bez pólek, praktycznie same wieszaki. W przypadku czterosobowej rodziny sprawiło to, że rzeczy musieliśmy trzymać w walizkach.

Great customer service

Apartment located partially underground and the smell was not pleasant to me. Cleaning has been done a bit too quickly. Part of the mattress was no even and uncomfortable. For 150€/nigh I was expecting clearly more.

Very close to the train station, with free parking, and the room is quite charming

The bed had an issue with sagging in the middle, making it quite uncomfortable to sleep on

The location, calm neighbourhood, clean house, everything you need in the kitchen... This was a very nice pleasant stay. I literally felt like at home.

Everything was perfect.

Very convenient location very close to the metro station in Koivusaari. The room were small but cozy and quiet with everything we needed. A small but well furnished supermarket 5 minutes away by food

The foldable couch in the living room was not the most confortable.

Everything was good, the apartment is really perfectly equipped, there was even coffee available, which we really appreciated.

The hosts probably have bad experiences with guests because we were warned about the nightly quiet and other rules (under penalty of a fine) several times. And this was a bit unpleasant.

Perfect location, very close to the metro station. Beautiful part of the Town, quiet and calm. There is a small store in just a minutes walk away, perfect for quick food supply.

Everything was clean and tidy. There was everything you need to cook, a quiet pleasant area, close to the metro and a place for a car.

Humid air

The location of the apartment is perfect. On one hand, it is very close to the metro station. On the other, it is close to the park so one can walk between the islands and enjoy the nature fully. Furthermore, the price is very affordable. The apartment was also clean and the host was wonderful in helping us with directions and being there for any questions.

There weren't that many things not to like in this home, if any. The only thing that pops into my head is that the apartment we were in is located in the semi-basement, and some other guests may not like it.

Good and quiet location, nicely decorated and comfortable place to stay, for a couple or a small family (3-4 persons). Contact with the host was effortless and everything was as promised beforehand. We got clear instructions how to find the apartment. Free parking spot was great too.

It was like 5 minutes walk from the tube and just three stops away from the centre. Then, one could walk easily everywhere. The apartment was very good space for the three of us. Free parking comes with the apartment. Good value for money

I am sure there are things that I/we could say of an old building, especially being a ground floor, but for a short stay it was great.

The Location is amazing. Metro station is few minutes walk away and takes you to the city center in just a few minutes. The appartment is very nice, compact and has everything you need. Free wifi and even netflix at your disposal, should you have the time to watch it. Cool place and a very friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend this one for your Helsinki stay.

I would have given complete 10/10, but the bed made it 9/10 for me. But in all honesty, as a person with back problems, Im just way too picky when it comes to beds and even in hotels I find things to complain about the bed. My partner had no complaints.

Wonderful apartment, excellent guidance how to get there, where to park and how to get inside, very quiet location and neighborhood, free parking, excellent WiFi, dishwasher, washing machine and dry-tumbler, all new equipment, hosts very friendly and responsive

The apartment is clean calm ,and cozy i love the location is very close to the metro and the super market , few mins to city centre, i love Helsinki . I definitely recommend this apartment for anyone the service is just too Good.
