Der var ploblemer med afløbene i det ene værelse og der lugtede jordslået I det and et værelse var der hul i væggen - vi blev bekymrede og modtog hjælp meget sent. Dårlig kommunikation mellem medarbejderne på telefonen og vedligeholdelsesteamet i ejendommen

Jó környék, jó közlekedés.

A konyha elrendezése nem volt túl átgondolt, a használata ügyességet és óvatosságot igényelt. Az egyébként hatalmas fürdőszobát a zuhanyfüggöny hiánya és a rossz lefolyás miatt minden zuhanyzás alkalmával sikerült elárasztani. A takarításhoz odakészített eszköz használhatatlan volt, szerencse, hogy volt sok törölköző.

Siisti, sisälsi kaiken tarvitsemani.

Ei ollut mitään valittamista.

Hyvä sijainti, toimivat tilat.

Muuten siisti, mutta pölyä ja hiuksia lattioilla.

Emplacement proche des transports en commun et des moyennes surfaces. Au calme tout en étant proche du centre ville.

Pas de prises électriques à côté des lits et évier de la salle de bain ridiculement petit et inutilisable.

Nagy tágas szoba amerikai konyhával, nagy méretű fürdőszoba.

Ubytování bylo skvělé. Pokoj byl prostorný, kuchyň byla skvěle vybavená, no prostě nám nic nechybělo. V docházkové vzdálenosti u metra, kterým je to asi 2 zastávky do úplného centra Helsinek. Hned u ubytování je Lidl a další obchody a bar.

Sijainti oli hyvä. Sänky oli mukava. Kaikki toimi moitteetta.

Huoneessa ei ollut naulakkoa tai minkäänlaisia koukkuja vaatteiden tai laukkujen ripustamiseen. Vessassa ei ollut patteria, pyyhkeet eivät ikinä kuivuneet. Keittiöstä puuttui uunipelti, joka saatiin vain erikseen pyytämällä.

Mulle sobivas asukohas, kiire ja mugav sissepääsemine, puhas ja kena sisustus

Ventilatsioonisüsteem tegi kohutavat müra ja segas magamist

Pidin huoneesta,sen varustetasosta,siisteydestä ja sijainnista kovastikin. Kaikkea tarvitsemaani löytyi ja todella siistissä kunnossa. Oli hiljaista ja rauhallista rakennuksessa,vieressä ulkopuolella mielenkiintoinen kirppis,apteekki,S-market ja Lidl. Myös bussipysäkki ja Taxi-tolppa näkösällä. Tänne tulen toistekin!

Ikkunoissa voisi olla enempi auki- mahdollisuutta ja vaatekaappi + hyllyt puuttuvat.Ohjelehtiset myös. Kuulemma maaliskuun jälkeen on ollut jo neljä palohälytystä. Oloaikananikin yksi.

L'appartement est calme, bien équipé et très propre. Nous avons apprécié, venant de loin, qu'il y ait du papier toilette, du liquide vaisselle...qui nous ont bien dépanné! La laverie aussi est très pratique ! Les lits sont très confortables.

J'ai tout apprécié mais je souhaite rajouter qu'il serait sympa d'avoir de la documentation sur les transports en communs (bus, métro). Un petit guide sur les lieux à visiter et comment s'y rendre. Se serait un plus pour les voyageurs.😉

Sijainti sopi hyvin minun tarpeisiin

Pesulavuaari olisi voinut olla hieman suurempi.

A parer mio la posizione è ottima,a 15 Min di monopattino dal centro di Helsinki,500 m dalla metropolitana,fermate del bus davanti, 3 supermercati vicino e la cosa più spettacolare il lungo mare con bosco a 2 passi dagli appartamenti.

Quest' anno camera rivolta verso la "piazza" .. un po' rumorosa,alcuni rumori di sottofondo dovuti a non so che cosa,tende coprenti che non coprivano sufficentemente la luce del sole,letti e cuscini un po' scomodi...

The place is welcoming and clean. The room is lovely, with two large windows that can be fully opened. The kitchen is well equipped. The sofa and desk area are both comfortable. The bed is perfectly fine overall (although an extra pillow would have been a nice, comfortable addition). The shower has excellent water pressure. The access to both the property and the room was easy and efficient. As a woman traveling alone, I was a little concerned about walking through the garden between the metro and room at night, but the neighborhood turned out to be very pleasant and felt safe. There are three supermarkets directly across from the property. The metro is about a 10 minute walk, and there's also an excellent bus from the city center that stops in front of the hotel and runs throughout the night.

There is honestly nothing negative to say about the room itself—it was wonderful. I do have two other comments: There was a difficulty communicating with the hosts. I tried asking whether it would be possible to use the sauna over the weekend, but I didn't receive a response (otherwise, the sauna is only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays during very specific hours). The lot next door is currently undergoing very noisy construction work (moving large rocks), which starts at 8:00 a.m. every weekday. So it's not pleasant, but it's also not a major issue if you're waking up and leaving early. However, on the mornings I needed to work from the room, the noise made it a bit difficult.

Gostei bastante da acomodação em si: o espaço é bonito, confortável e bem localizado. A chegada foi tranquila. A localização também ajudou muito nos deslocamentos durante a estadia.

Apesar de ter gostado da acomodação, achei que a limpeza poderia ter sido mais cuidadosa. Encontrei cabelos na cama, os tapetes (inclusive o do banheiro) não pareciam muito limpos, e ao separar as camas apareceu bastante poeira. Esses pontos acabaram prejudicando um pouco a experiência.

Sijainti oli tälle retkelle täydellinen. Huone oli siisti ja puhdas.

Sänky oli liian kapea. Vessassa ollut vessapaperiteline oli irti seinästä.

Mooie wijk met faciliteiten als winkels en restaurants dichtbij en veel groen.

Niet echt een tegenvaller, maar de informatie over waar je afval achter moet laten en hoe te scheiden, kan beter. Kleine tip: stel een kleine informatiemap samen met deze informatie en mogelijk andere zaken.

Πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμη τοποθεσία κοντά στο κέντρο με μέτρο. Ήσυχη γειτονια

Καθυστέρησαν να στείλουν το pin δωματίου για να ξεκινήσει το check in. Έπρεπε να επικοινωνήσουμε εμείς για να μας στείλουν το pin εισοδου

Das es gut mit den ÖPNV erreichbar ist und man die Möglichkeit hatte zu kochen und die Küche gut ausgestattet war. Das Lichtkonzept im Zimmer. Das es Helles und warmes Licht gab. Gute Isolierung. Nah gelegene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten

Das es wenigöglichkeiten gab Dinge aufzuhängen in Zimmer und zu verstauen.

Siisti viihtyisä huone, jossa oli kaikki elämiseen tarvittava.

Ilmanvaihto piti niin kovaa mekkalaa, etten meinannut saada nukutuksi.

The location was excellent with stores, restaurants and easy access to buses and metro connections to te city. The whole island is very nice and quiet and a great spot to walk around or rest ner the beach.

Bathroom could use a curtain or sliding door as the floor does get when after showering. The sink is also a bit small and cumbersome to get to.

Alles vorhanden und fair für den Preis

Das Bett war wirklich sehr klein. Sogar für ein Einzelzimmer.

Sehr sauberes Apartement und tolle Lage.

Mehr Geschirr wäre wünschenswert, das war etwas spärlich, zumal der Geschirrspüler nie voll werden konnte. Ablagefächer für Kleidung waren kaum vorhanden, wir haben die Sachen im Koffer lassen müssen.

Oli todella siisti ja viihtyisä pieni yksiö ja kaikki tarvittavat keittiötarvikkeet olemassa , hienoa ! Ei yhtään pölyä ! Jatkakaa näin 😃. Parkkipaikka ihan mahtava !

Että pienen lapsen kanssa piti mennä portaat ylös ja kantaa kärryt … olis pitänyt olla Jo siellä hissin…

Il buon funzionamento del check in in assenza di personale, la pulizia dell’appartamento e anche la posizione. Infatti la struttura è a 10 minuti dalla metro di Lauttasaari, una gradevole passeggiata in un bellissimo parco.

Purtroppo la sauna è accessibile solo il sabato e la domenica.

När vi kom så kände vi inte till buss 21 som gick ändra fram till hotellet.

Hyvä sijainti, rauhallinen ja siisti. Lähellä kaupat, apteekit, kulkuvälineet. Paljon parkkipaikkoja.

Cómodo para estancias largas para 1 persona, con todo lo imprescindible. Muy limpio y bien ubicado.

La insonorización podría ser mejor, pero pocos apartamentos en Helsinki he encontrado bien insonorizados.

Ihana rauhallinen sijainti. Tosi siisti ja kaikki pinnat hyviä. Sauna/suihkutilat ihan uusia. Tulen ehdottomasti uudelleen.

Good, clean apartment with bathroom, kitchen, small separate washing machine room and queen size bed. You can open a window. All basic stuff is there for your needs. We personally really liked the location, a small 10 minute walk from the Lauttasaari metro station. The metro train brings you quick to the city center and the Helsinki central railway station (or the other way to Westend/Tapiola). Relaxed neighborhood, close to waterfront (it actually is a small island), good supermarket across the street (S-Market). A good place to rent if you are staying a couple of days or longer, even up to a couple of months, in Helsinki.

Really not so much. Maybe some more (frying) pans, glasses and kitchen utensils would have been welcome.

Чудове розташування, близько до метро та супермаркетів, легке заселення. У помешканні тепло, дуже чисто, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування.

Die ruhige Lage und die Größe des Appartements. Es gibt die Möglichkeit Wäsche zu waschen und mittwochs und samstags kann die Sauna genutzt werden.

Leider war die Küche bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt. In der Küche könnte mehr Geschirr und Kochgest vorrätig sein. Es gab z. B. keine Schere, Besteck war sehr sparsam

Perfect location near park and 5 min walk to metro. Supermarket across the street. Quiet and super clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen. I recommend.

Lage, Ausstattung, Einrichtung alles perfekt. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen.

I liked the washing machine, and that unperfumed washing liquid was present. I liked that the room was very clean, and at the same time didn't smell of perfumed soap. This was fantastic! I also liked that it was so silent there. Both the fridge and the stove were in good condition, and the kitchen fan worked well. The possibility to open the window was higsly appreciated.

In my opinion, the bed should have been 90 cm, not only 75 cm. And I would have liked the kitchen cupboard to have some salt. Also, only two pieces of each bowl, dish and cutlery made it necessary to do the dishes with only a quarter filles machine. Not good. In the bathroom, I missed some better hooks for the towel, so that it could have hanged there to dry.

Siisti ja valoisa huone

I'm a fan of these apartments. I travel a lot for work, so I get money for the accommodation but not for feeding myself. Having a little kitchen makes such a difference. Also appreciate the washing machine a lot. Location is amazing - morning walks near the beach.

That somebody opened my door two hours before checkout. Probably a cleaner who was told to start cleaning early, but I felt a little unsafe

Metróval gyorsan a belvárosba lehetett jutni, a sziget nagyon szép és nyugodt, a szállás kényelmes, tiszta volt.

Az ott tartózkodásunk alatt szinte minden felújítottak valamit a házban, ami hangos volt napközben.
