Winj Management at Imago Loft Residence

BIG SPACE

Kitchen & cooking spoon not there

location

quite old units with odd smell on beds

Parking was near

Im not sure, maybe im wrong but when we came, can see several red stains on the wall, was thinking it might be paint or worst case blood. Hope its not, nonetheless we manage to clean it up and all is well.

Host is very pleasant to talk to. Easy check-in & check-out process. Comfortable large beds, however 1 of the bed's spring may have been worn out

Moldy toilet. Really needs a makeover in the bathroom. Feels really uncomfortable to use the bathroom. Please consider installing vents & ensure bathroom window is opened wide when there are no tenants, for proper ventilation to prevent worsening of mold growths. Consider a proper makeover including changing the sink cabinet that looks very worn out with mold

The location is great.

Nothing.

Pginapan yg best..!! -heater berfungsi -aircond sejuk -Mall dekat, security system bagus -tempat tinggal luas, utilities cukup Overall, mmg best la.. X sia2 stay sini😁worth every penny, recommended!!

The host is friendly and reached out to me. The space is clean and comfortable

Thank you for the excellent service. The house was very comfortable and clean, all the facilities and appliances were functioning perfectly, and the security was well maintained. I was very happy with my stay and truly enjoyed the experience. Highly recommended, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

All provided. Easy access to mall

Noting

I appreciate the early check in at 1pm and the location is a residential unit right next to the Imago Shopping Mall It's so spacious and has everything you need for a family gathering, like a washing machine, water filter, refrigerator, Tv with Netflix , wifi provided, 2 units of car park.

But when we first walked in, it was so hot! So we turned on the two air conditioners in the living room, and honestly, it's still warm even after hours of running. 2nd: hygiene seems to be neglected. We came with toddlers, and honestly, it was a bit disappointing when the basic things of paid accommodation were ignored. The kitchen and everything are really dusty . it seems like it hasn't been used in quite some time. The plate shelf has turned black, and the cupboards are broken. There were also cigarette buds on the balcony.

Clean

Nice clean space and superb location which is very convenient in access many places 👍 Unit easy to find with their very simple and clear information.

Easy check in, easy to find parking, good location with everything u need downstairs ✅

4 rooms is their winning point.

Good bigger space 👍

Location ..helpful owner ..can access to 2 big pool and big garden with kids playground...comfortable room

Lobby where you need to take the key from mailbox...need to park at the road side in the middle of traffic..until I get honked

Location actually nice with beautiful view. All facilities were complete and place was clean Spacious. Tq

Experienced blackout (no electricity for almost 4 hours There was no emergency number to contact. Exit door was locked and unable to open, and there was no emergency number to contact. There was also problem with parking card. Tq

Air cond not cool and smelly bathroom

It is located within Imago. Spacious apt.

We had to figure out the location of the apt.

The property is spacious and perfect for large groups with 4 bedrooms. The host also amazing and really helpful. They even allowed us to check in early, which made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Strategic location

Dirty

we had a pleasant stay, the unit itself was comfy and well-prepared with everything we needed. facilities were all good, except for the hairdryer which wasnt working, but the host immediately took note of it. the host was very patient especially since this was our first stay at the loft and he gave clear guidance. the location is super convenient being right above imago mall. overall, everything was good and i'd definitely repeat the stay again

the bathroom had a slight smell, maybe due to nearby construction im not entirely sure, but i did read similar comments in other reviews— so it was tolerable

Location

Nothing

The place is huge that can fit 8-10 person. The place is above shopping mall that ease everything for the stay. The host is very responsive & helpful. The place was clean, spacious & neat.

Maybe can add hook in the bathroom to hang clothes or towel

Owner friendly

The place is big (can 9adult), clean & facility is nice. All communication is through wassap but overall all is well.

For improvement, please provide floor mat at entrance & extra garbage plastic at kitchen

Good Aircon, WiFi, location

Needs a major upgrade. The entire apartment needs a paint, dirty scuffmarks over all the walls. The bathroom was not in good shape, we chose not to shower there, rust everywhere, soap scum, leaky toilet, swollen vanity. It would have been nice once, but zero maintenance or deep cleaning has been done probably since being built. Cockroaches in bathroom aswell. Whole place felt grubby

location

toilet not very clean

Specious for 10 - 12 pax, easy access to the Mall. Can request 1 extra free parking. Got water cooler no need to buy bottled drinking water. The owner is nice, and the instructions to the apartment are easy to understand. This apartment is highly recommended for big families.

The apartment floor needs more mopping.

Good customer service but Strong smell of clorox, slippery floors, dusty fan, dusty kitchen utensils made our stay not fun. My kids and husband had cough after our stay.

Strategic location

Cleanliness, parking location

This apartment is a fantastic find! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Imago shopping center, making it super convenient to access everything. I highly recommend it.

Very big and comfortable for us
