Villa Kenza piscine et jacuzzi chauffée

We had a truly wonderful stay, and it's easy to give this one a full 10/10. The villa itself is beautiful. The design and aesthetics are genuinely special, everything feels considered rather than thrown together. The rooms are generously sized, the bathrooms too, and the lighting throughout is gorgeous. It's the kind of place that feels warm and welcoming the moment you walk in. The property was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. Rizlan looked after everything so well, and she deserves a special mention, always helpful, always cheerful, and genuinely willing to go out of her way for us. She made a real difference to our stay. Farid is an exceptional host. He replied to every message quickly, kept us updated throughout, and was thoughtful and generous with us right up to the end of our stay. That kind of care is rare and it doesn't go unnoticed. If you're deciding where to stay, don't hesitate. Beautiful property, brilliant hosting, and lovely people looking after you. We'd come back in a heartbeat.

Nothing

The lovely lady was there to welcome us with huge bunch of roses and a big smile , how welcoming they made us feel , bare in mind yhey only speak french or arabic , the villa is so quiet and secluded but not by itself so its so safe with security on both ends , we loved out stay nothing was too much for them

The location but as i said Cafe del mar just 5 mns away and also Ourika was not yoo far but the town was 30 mns

Good proximity to city centre, good security and privacy, good pool & jaccuzi. Very good size, spacious for 8 people.

Great villa itself, take the breakfast awesome to wake up too! Beds were really nice. Jacuzzi and pool were definitely nice

The road leading up to the villa is a bit bumpy so mind your speed (city problem)

Everything about the property exceeded my expectations and more the property is so beautiful and modern with lovely natural lightening in all rooms. Very spacious house all rooms and beautifully decorated. As if the place being exceptionally beautiful the host and staff went above and beyond to make sure that my birthday was special. Was even gifted some beautiful roses I wish I could take them home with me. Riz was the best staff anyone could ever ask for honestly wish I could have taken her home with me she’s such a beautiful soul and may God bless Farid and his family and Riz. We miss you the place so much already

Absolutely loved the aesthetic and spaciousness of the villa.. From the second we walked in, we were wowed, loved the open plan setting and high ceilings. The pool and outdoors setting with multiple sitting areas was excellent, really spent a lot of time there, loved loved the outdoors setting especially for breakfast.

Not much to dislike really. The only thing that felt odd being in a different country was when we first arrived at the villa, with it being in a isolated estate, felt odd that no one was there surrounding us around the villa however once we got our bearings right, we tried it was about 20-25 mins all round to airport and to the malls/ medina area

Beautiful property

Area wasn’t the greatest

I’ve stayed in several places in Marrakech, but this villa truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like a welcomed guest than just a booking. The staff were incredibly professional, always available when needed, yet respectful and discreet. The villa itself is spotless, stylish, and comfortable. The heated jacuzzi was perfect after long days exploring the city, and the private pool was clean, perfectly maintained, and prepared every morning. You can tell this place is managed with care and attention to detail. Some highlights worth mentioning: • Outstanding cleanliness (daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and amenities) • Very comfortable beds, slept better than at home • Strong Wi-Fi throughout the property • Beautiful architecture and tasteful interior design • Breakfast and services were flexible and delivered on time The location is ideal: peaceful and private, yet close enough to attractions, restaurants, and the Medina so everything is easy to reach. I travel often, both for work and leisure, and it’s rare to find a place where quality, service, comfort, and atmosphere align so perfectly. If you’re looking for a private, relaxing, and luxurious stay in Marrakech, this villa is an excellent choice. We will definitely return.

The villa my friends and I stayed in was truly world-class—from the rooms to the facilities, and especially the incredible chef. Everything exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and both the host and the chef were incredibly welcoming and kind. Their hospitality made our stay even more special. A huge thank you to Farid—you were an absolutely wonderful host. We really appreciated all your help and support throughout our stay. I would 100% visit this place again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable experience.

The property was very clean, everything was in perfect condition. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The villa was very spacious, every room had its own toilet which made things super easy for our group. It had everything we needed from great views, exceptional decor for holiday pictures, jacuzzi, great sized pool and sun beds. Special thanks to the girls for preparing tasty traditional breakfast every morning, then making sure our beds were made up and stocking up with clean towels every day, they were very kind and ensured we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive since booking and throughout our stay. Can’t wait to be back !!!!

Villa Kenza exceeded all our expectations. The property is absolutely stunning, offering a perfect mix of comfort, luxury, and authentic charm. Every corner of the villa is thoughtfully designed, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully decorated, providing a true sense of relaxation. The pool and garden area are simply breathtaking, perfect for enjoying the sunshine and unwinding in peace.
