There are multiple things that I didn't liked. Let's start: 1) Room was very small considering the pictures 2) I was told that there will be open terrace but there was no privacy as the staff was constantly staring at us when we went upstairs 3) Cleanliness was not upto the mark, the glasses were stale and smelly 4) I asked for cleanliness and staff told that housekeeping person is not available and will take some time 5) Location was showing on Mall road but the way went from some Temple area and the path was not good Overall it was just a decent stay but it's not something I can stay at for more than one night.
