Todo me pareció increíble: las instalaciones, la limpieza, la comodidad, el ambiente y, sobre todo, la atención del personal. Desde que llegamos nos hicieron sentir muy bien atendidos y todo estuvo cuidado hasta el último detalle. La habitación fue muy cómoda, las áreas del hotel están hermosas y el entorno hace que realmente te desconectes y disfrutes. 💕🌿

Transportation between hotel and restaurant and pools is unreliable in terms of not knowing what is the status of your ride. Can wait for an hour just to get home from breakfast!

The suites themselves were very nice, clean and well proportioned. Was great to have the kitchen and facilities to make our own breakfast and a few evening meals.

It is incredible. The scale and ambition is mind blowing! Top quality facilities - the main pool, the beach club, golf course, water park, etc. All very high quality Restaurants - good selection of food, both local and western. Spot on. Cirque du Soleil - adjacent to the resort. Fantastic. Service - the concierge was incredible. Just text on the app and they sort it. Brilliant. Golf cart transport - I know some reviews found this a problem, but we loved it! Very slick service, minimal waiting, and fun! Plus walking around was a joy too.

Very little. The restaurants are expensive but we used the shop and kitchenette in our room for breakfast. Personally I think the portions could be smaller (and prices cheaper) Arrival process (at central lobby) felt a little cold. Not luxury like the rest. Once got to the hotel it was great though.

We visited Jungala to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and when I informed the concierge, Fernanda Negrete, she arranged the sweetest birthday surprise — something my daughter will remember fondly. Thank you, Fernanda, and the entire Jungala team. Jungala is a newer section within the large Vidanta complex, beautifully decorated, very clean, and spacious enough to enjoy for an extended stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to help, which made our stay feel even more special. The shuttle service was excellent — drivers were attentive, and whenever they saw us waiting, they immediately reported it so a shuttle arrived right away. The resort has a 24‑hour app where you can organize and request anything you need, and it made everything super easy. The entire complex felt very secure, surrounded by lush greenery that created a peaceful atmosphere. The waterpark is conveniently located inside the complex, and you can purchase a discounted access package directly from the Jungala lobby. It wasn’t crowded, everything was clean, and the lines for the rides were short. There are restaurants and cafés inside, plus a main shop that sells essentials like rice, canned tuna, pasta, salami, drinks, and more — perfect if you want to cook something simple in your suite’s fully equipped kitchen. Our favorite part of the entire property was the Sanctuary pools — absolutely beautiful.

Prepare yourself to stay mostly within the Vidanta complex, as getting around outside can be challenging. The property is quite far from Cancun, and there are no shuttles or Uber pickups allowed from the resort. You’ll need to use the hotel’s taxi service, which is priced higher than regular transportation, and then take Uber only for your return trips. Also, make sure to carry cash for tipping, as it’s expected throughout the resort. We ended up traveling to Cancun to enjoy the clear turquoise ocean water, since the beach near the complex is rocky. Another thing to keep in mind is the early morning noise — music in the area starts around 7 AM, and there’s someone using a leaf blower to clean, which became pretty annoying for our family.

The employees were amazing! Very accommodating and helpful. Fabiola was incredible.

מקום מהמם מהמם. גן עדן! הדירות מרווחות מאוד ומעוצבות להפליא, עם מרפסות לגונגל, והכל מאוד מוקפד עד הפרטים הכי הקטנים, כמו סידורי פרחים בחדר, שוקולדים, מטבח מאובזר במלואו מגוון כריות ומוצרי טיפוח. השירות מעל ומעבר, הכל בחיוך, מתיחסים לאורחים כמו מלכים, הסעות מאורגנות לכל מקום, כל הריזורטים שהם חלק מהמתחם, השבילים, הבריכות, מסעדות, הכל באווירה אקזוטית מטריפה באמצע הגונגל היתה לנו חוויה בלתי נשכחת בריזורט הזה. אחד הריזורטים הכי טובים שהיינו בהם, וכמובן פארק המים! ואאוו הפארק הכי כיפי שיצא לנו לבקר בו כל כך נקי מטופח והכל מתוקתק ובלי תורים. נהנינו בו מאוד!

יש בעיה באסלות לעיתים קרובות יש בהם סתימות והצוות הגיע אלינו די הרבה כדי לפתוח סתימות בשירותים. לא נעים. בלילה יש פחות עובדי הסעות ומצאנו את עצמנו מחכים 7 דק בלובי המרכזי להסעה. זה לא המון זמן המתנה אבל בלילה כשעייפים ורוצים כבר להגיע לחדר זה מעצבן שצריך לחכות הרבה. האוכל במסעדות, בבתי הקפה, בסופר- הכל מאוד יקר! יקר ברמה של מסעדות שף בתל אביב. האוכל אומנם טעים אבל תתכוננו להוציא הרבה כסף על אוכל, עדיף להצטייד מראש עם אוכל מהסופר. אנחנו שילבנו

Restaurants are super expensive. Rooms may be affordable but be ready to shell out a lot all day long. It’s NOT a hotel where everything is around the building. This is a huge resort with plenty of buildings scattered across. You’re always on a golf cart to go from A to B. This is like a time sharing resort.

I liked the idea of going to a highly rated five star hotel. Unfortunately that’s where the liking ended.

It was horrific. From long check in queues to long waits for golf buggy’s around the resort. Vastly overpriced once there as they are well aware you’re miles from a taxi never mind store. Place had potential but missed it up big time with all the silly charges fur everything and distances between attractions. Staff had the lowest of abilities to communicate too. I’ve stayed in 20 hotels in Mexico that charge a fraction of this one and provide a much better service.

The walkthrough the jungle between the facilities of the resort was an exceptional experience. You can always take the cart with availability at all times, but we like to walk everywhere. It was so much fun. The pools are amazing, each with its own features and design. We loved the infinity pool. Breakfast was great with plenty of healthy options like variety of fresh fruit and small salad area. We stayed in another place in Cancun for twice the price and regret it. Value for money is unreal in this place. It’s far from the center and you won’t be able to take taxi every day to the center, but that’s not what we were looking for. The beach is just no go anywhere due to the sea weeds anyway. You probably enjoy much more in Jungala style resort. We were there for a week in June. Absolutely loved it

Everything is fine in the hotel and the room and the service and the staff. At first, I was surprised by the concept that you can't drive to the hotel by your own car, but only by golf cart. But then you realise that the instant transfer service and clean air are great. All movements around the hotel by golf cart. Nice room. Great pools and a water park. It's convenient that all additional expenses are charged to the room and you don't have to carry anything with you. The concierge service works perfectly. Especially the first shift in our hotel. Thank you. I recommend it.

The etiquette and service of the entire staff. Everyone and I mean every category of employees were some of the best I have ever experienced. Simply amazing! My family was also amazed at the comfort and luxuriousness of our room. It made us felt that our money was well spent and that us more willing to spend more money on other things. Thirdly we were impressed with the entire resort including the areas we weren't staying in. The walking paths that could lead you anywhere at the resort were quick and wonderous. Every location felt grand and unique, such as the lobbies, the pools, the restaurants and so much more.

There wasn't anything I can say that I didn't like. Maybe at times the transportation from place to place felt a bit delayed.

The 1,500 deposit that they ask for for any possible damages to property and I don’t have a credit card so technically that amount was going to be charged from my VISA DEBIT card.

The only thing about this 5 diamond hotel was that it had modern furniture and look .

The 5 minute wait to be transported to restaurants or the water park . The waterpark has a separate cost per person . They also have a security checkpoint when entering the hotel or exiting and k9 dogs when ur doing ur checking . Washers & dryers are at the end of hallways instead of inside ur room . Washer are a separate cost which they give you a money card loaded with 2 service for $10 . As far as location , this hotel is about 30 mins away from Playa del Carmen where is more of a good vibe area . Hotel is isolated from everything.

Cet hôtel est dingue par sa grandeur et sa perfection. L’accueil est incroyable. Les personnes serviables et très disponible. Au petit soin vraiment! La chambre est très confortable et équipée comme dans peu d’hôtel. Rien ne manque. Nous avions une suite une chambre, deux salles de bain une cuisine hyper équipée et une salle à manger. L’hôtel se situe dans un très grand complexe et vous pouvez être conduit partout très rapidement (plage piscine restaurant …) Dans ce complexe il y a aussi joya le spectacle du cirque du soleil qui réalisent des représentations il ne faut surtout par le manquer c’est incroyable et tellement beau. L’hôtel dispose un room service 24h/24h d’une grande qualité. Cet Hôtel est loin d’être un hôtel boutique de qq chambres mais ce n’est pas ce qu’on lui demande. Je félicite la personne qui a pensé ce projet osé car il est d’un niveau incroyable. Bravo!

Nos quedamos en el Hotel Jungala, bellas las habitaciones estilo departamento. Todo limpio y con excelente atención a los detalles, podrías vivir en esas suites. El resort es enorme, no te aburres ni un minuto pues hay mucho por hacer y por comer. El parque Jungala es de primer nivel y muy divertido si vas con pareja o con familia.

Aunque invita a que vayas con niños pequeños, fue algo incómodo estar en espera de los transportes para trasladarse. El servicio es excelente y todos muy atentos pero eso no quita que puedas llegar a esperar 10 minutos en el calor con dos bebés para ir a otro lugar, si te trasladas 3-4 veces por día pueden ser 30 mins. Además, aunque la comida es de buena calidad, los precios son altos.

L'expérience à jungala hôtel dans le parc de vidanta est incroyable. Nous avons eu l'impression d'être un peu comme dans Jurassic Park ( sans les dinosaures) mais avec une faune incroyable qui vit autour de vous. Le parc est juste magnifique. Le personnel est toujours au petit soin et toutes les attentions sont de mise. Les piscines sont géantes et propres. La chambre appartement est super bien équipée et raffinée.

La distance des activités. Ce n est pas grave cat il y a des navettes électriques qui vous amène de l hôtel aux différentes activités ou restaurants. ATTENTION avec des enfants en bas âges. Il n y a rien a faire au niveau de votre chambre d hôtel. Il faut obligatoirement bouger dans le parc a pied ou avec la navette électrique.

We had an amazing time

Loved the spacious room, great layout; it was a game-changer; specially with 3 younger kids. The trams to get to restaurants and pools were always available, loved having all the different restaurant options for meals within Vidanta World. Easy to get to the waterpark. We brought our strollers and didn't need them!

Wish the room had a mini bar, with a small selection of snacks or drinks available so we didn't have to order and wait for room service or go to the shop.

Usted ha añadido un grupo cuando nos mudamos en 1,5 horas, no hay ninguna inylrmatsii donde se puede comer, ni un mapa de las piscinas, ni información sobre el parque acuático, que resulta que es de pago y como los niños son pequeños tal vez un montón de toboganes para nosotros y NP adecuado. Y no tiene sentido ir al parque acuático. En el Restaurante ayer pagamos la factura, pero el plato con supuestamente carne Wagyu es un engaño, no es Wagyu, los rollos son una imitación casi no hay pescado, esto es una desgracia, así que le pido que devuelva el dinero del Restaurante de ayer. Hoy es mi cumpleaños y mi comida una decepción. Hoy, comer en Largo causó malestar intestinal en dos de cada 5 personas. Por lo tanto, también le pido que nos devuelva el dinero de la factura del Desayuno. ¡Así que devuélvanos todo el dinero que escribiste! ¡Simplemente destruiré el hotel en todas las redes de vpsh y lo inundaré con comentarios negativos, todo YouTube instagramm, facebook! ¡Son estafadores!!! ¡Robaron nuestro dinero por servicios no prestados!

Красивые просторные номера. Чисто. Доброжелательный персонал. Красиво. Большой бассейн, много лежаков свободных.

Любое перемещение только на электромобилях. Их ждать до 20 минут. Это очень не удобно и иногда прям долго. В ресторан- жди авто, в бассейн- жди авто, обратно - тоже жди. и т.д. Аквапарк не в отеле, только рядом за доп плату. Мы ехали из-за аквапарка, а по факту это как отдельный проект. Если бы знал эти минусы заранее, то не поехал был.

We loved everything at Jungala! The suite was amazing, very spacious and clean. Having a kitchen is a +. They received us with a basket of bread, cheeses and fruits which was lovely. Service all around, was impeccable; from the kids club staff, to the ones driving the golf carts to move you from one place to the other, the waitresses (specially at the Green Break restaurant), room service and front desk staff - everyone went above and beyond.

Drinks and food a bit too expensive. Wished they had a kids club (not just the activities at the pool area) and proper performance night shows. They have live music at many restaurants at night, but they could have performance shows (otherwise your only option at property is Cirque du Soleil - $$$ extra).

Beautiful landscaping, awesome customer service. Water park was a bonus!

Nothing was complementary. Even the bottled water in the room and coffee was an extra charge. They offered free coffee in the lobby and it was awful. The beach front was too rocky.

Exceptionel Le lieu est magnifique verdoyant est très bien entretenu. Le parc aquatique est dingue. Le personnel extrêmement attentif il y a des petites attentions à l’arrivée. J’ai rarement passé un séjour aussi extraordinaire, je recommande à 1000 %.
