The apartment could use a Lil more space, be more open with a bigger bathroom or rather an additional mirror one can use in the bedroom while the bathroom is occupied or cooling off after a shower.

The facilities were in critical condition, especially the kitchen units. It didn't make for a comfortable say, cause we were scared something would break even from just being there like a normal guest.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Absolutely nothing. It was extremely dirty on arrival. The carpet was filled with orange crumbs. Dirt on the walls and doors. Couch has the wood planks almost exposed. The curtains had holes in them, mould in the bathroom. Broken cupboard doors. There is zero human interaction and everything is done through an AI platform called Hostaway. So after complaining about the state of the place, the AI insisted that the place had been cleaned and inspected the day before. (It's only doing what it was programmed to) After a back and forth and sending pictures only then was someone sent to clean. Even she was shocked at the state of the place. When she lifted up the carpet the floor was black from all the accumulated dirt.
Not as advertised. Everything is broken, old and damaged. Like there are cracks in the wall. Those pictures must either have been taken a long time ago or AI was used to edit them.

The property's strict no guest policy wasn't clearly stated in the description, and was only mentioned briefly under the legal tab, which caused some inconvenience. I only became aware of our after booking and paying. For full transparency I sherbet that this is clearly highlighted in the description of the property, as it is a relevant consideration to most guests. There is also a strict rule about not allowing check inbefoe 15:00 unless you have paid for the previous day. This also wasn't transparent in the description. The mattress had a noticeable dip in the middle, making it uncomfortable. Despite previous comments about this under the ratings section it hasn't been addressed, even with the host's quality check claims. The night security guard was very rude. This was also previously reported by other guests, but apparently, it didn't get resolved No full length mirror in the apartment. And there are certain windows without blinds or a curtain, which really hinders privacy on the ground floor as everyone can look in. This again was also mentioned by previous guest, but had not been addressed.

Well if you ever wondered what sleeping in a lays packet feels like .. youre in for a treat .. not only is the bed sinking in the middle and and rock hard it comes along. with the roach in the duvet.. as a complimentary night service to find .. you get a warn out towel who looks like his seen some horror movie on repeat ... comfort zero.
