The pool was a lot smaller than it looked in photos and wasn’t very clean. The shower sometimes just didn’t get hot but when it worked was good. The cleaners left the doors open so when I arrived there was a cockroach and a wasp in the room. The room was quite small, it wouldn’t have been big enough for 2 people. There was a lot of noise coming from a generator or something in the bathroom. It made it difficult to sleep.

It’s my second time at this property. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to go back again.

L'emplacement au calme, la chambre typée bungalow très mignonne. Le propriétaire très agréable et très arrangeant pour les renseignements et le service. Sa maman qui s'occupe de nous avec grand plaisir et gentillesse ainsi que la mamy. Nous avons beaucoup ri ensemble,elles sont vraiment mignonnes.

The rooms were large, clean comfortable. I appreciate especially the manager was very accommodating with our requests.

Jolie chambre bien équipée, ascenseur, piscine mais pas testée et terrasse sur le toit sympa. Possibilité avec supplément de déjeuner, de laver son linge, louer des vélos et de demander à réserver des transports. Le propriétaire et sa famille sont très gentils. L'hôtel est au milieu des rizières, pas très loin de grottes à vélo et très bon resto juste en face, sinon à 15 min à pieds grand choix de restos au centre ville. Petit bonus, 2 chiens adorables :)

Bei einem Homestay ist es total ok, wenn es nicht wie in einem Hotel zugeht. Der Gastgeber ist hilfsbereit, aber ein bisschen verpeilt. Jedoch ist Sauberkeit ein Muss. Die Sauberkeit und der Geruch der Bettwäsche, Handtücher und des Bads ließen sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Could be cleaner. I had spider webs and weired stains on the walls. As typical in Asia, hard mattress.

I had a single room for a good price. The lady was really nice. She gave me mango and was super welcoming. Her son was also very helpful. There are sweet dogs (puppies). Location is great, outside of hustle and bustle. They rent bicycle for 50k per day

The blanket has no cover sheet. That didn’t feel hygienic. room smells humid. The older man was unfriendly and rude.

Équipement de la salle de bain un peu désuet. Mais heureusement, la douche était chaude.

The owners were extremely helpful and communication in English was the easiest I've had all trip. They rent motorcycles and bicycles at great prices and are close to the tam coc without being too close. In general they went out of their way to help and i would definitely go back

Homestay molto pulita , offre servizio di noleggio biciclette e scooter, nonché piccola cucina/bar. Servizio di lavanderia a pagamento e biglietteria bus treno taxi ed escursioni. Consigliatissimo

Juste le bus que j'ai pris est vraiment le moins bon que j'ai eu jusqu'à l'heure au Vietnam.. les sleepers sont vraiment très étroits alors que j'ai payé plus cher que le premier bus sleeper (530000) Mais ce n'est pas de la faute des propriétaires. Je le precise juste pour les prochains voyageurs

Es gibt einen Fahrradverleih und mit dem Fahrrad ist alles gut zu erreichen. Der Mann am der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und wir konnten unser Gepäck nach dem auschecken noch kostenlos dort lagern.

The hosts were excellent and couldn't do more to help us. They made brilliant dinner recommendations which made our stay extra special.

Un posto bellissimo e pacifico, si può raggiungere il centro di TamCoc in un attimo con la bicicletta. Il personale è molto cordiale e disponibile e ci sono gattini e cagnolini carinissimi con cui giocare, mi è piaciuto tanto che sono rimasto una settimana in più.

Property is very beautiful and well maintained. It is close to most of the tourist places.

We really enjoyed the location of the property as it was walking distance to Tam Coc, but still quiet and nice for morning walks. Tommy and his family were very accommodating, especially as we kept extending our stay. We had some great meals with Tommy and his friends, and appreciated the ride to the bus. They also had plenty of bikes available to hire.

The location was pleasant. It was a short 15 minute walk from the city center which made it calm and pleasant. The people that own the place are welcoming, extremely nice and helpful. The room was very clean, spacious and had everything you need! You can easily rent bicycles, scooters, do laundry... I recommend!

Everything was perfect and above my expectations Especially the location, far from the crowd and the noise. Everything was super clean and tidy, my room was at the 4th floor so I had a beautiful landscape every morning. I reckon it was the best mattress in Vietnam so far! There is even an elevator! The owner and All the family were very kind with me and helped me every time I needed. 100% recommended

C’est la quatrième fois que nous nous arrêtons dans ce homestay, c’est qu’il le mérite. Rapport qualité-prix imbattable. De plus ils ont grandement amélioré le service, désormais il est possible de se restaurer sur place, et c’est très bon. Plusieurs choix de logements, tous aussi confortables les uns que les autres. Todo! Un ambiente sumanente tranquilo, la pieza muy amplia, cómoda, muy agradecida del secador de pelo. La distancia al pueblo no son más de 10 minutos caminando, en zona muy aegura y con una vista hermosa a los arrozales. Atención muy amable, me ayudaron con un tour en bicicleta electrica muy recomendado y con taxi al aeropuerto de Hanoi a última hora. Y cuenta con ascensor!

We had a lovely stay at Mountain Flower homestay. Staff are super lovely, although do not speak a lot of English, they were very helpful with communication via Google Translate. Didn’t use the pool due to weather but was clean & warm temperature. Room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Cutest little pup called Mikah, who we enjoyed giving lots of cuddles to😍 location is 20 minute walk from the town so nice and quiet but also offer scooter / bike rental at a good price. Also offered a laundry service and they were very helpful in organising our transport to Hanoi Airport via private car. Would definitely stay here again if in the area
