Amazing, amazing hotel! We absolutely loved our stay here. The location is incredible — it’s so close to all of the major sights, making it incredibly easy to explore Florence on foot. The staff were also wonderful and went above and beyond to be helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. And the breakfast was DELICIOUS! Honestly, it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. There was such a great variety, and everything we tried was so fresh and delicious. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Florence!

Fomos muito bem recepcionados pela Helena, super simpática, atenciosa, gentil e fala 5 idiomas (apelidamos gentilmente de Super Helena) ☺️ Logo que chegamos fomos surpreendidos positivamente quando ela falou que recebemos um up-grade de quarto, ficamos extremamente felizes e agradecidos. Nosso quarto foi perfeito de tão lindo e aconchegante. Quarto extremamente grande, cama confortável, daquelas que abraça, Recebemos amenitieis, incluindo espumante 🥂 frigobar recheado de bebidas (água com gás e sem, Coca-Cola, Fanta, sucos, chocolate e entre outras coisas. Café da manhã farto e inesquecível! O atendimento foi impecável do início ao fim. Agradecemos a todos do hotel por ter tornado nossa viajem tão especial! Já estamos ansiosos por uma segunda vez. A presto é grazie mille!!

The location is great but also distanced enough to not have it be very noisy. The staff were incredible and overall the property was excellent and charming.

TODO. Este hotel ha sido la joya de nuestro viaje por Europa. El mundo tiene que conocerlo es una belleza y leyendo encontramos que es un edificio remodelado del Siglo XV. Cada detalle de cada rincón es perfectamente puesto. La limpieza, impecable. La decoración, las camas, las ventanas, las cortinas, los baños. La ubicación Excelente. El personal amable, cálido, colaborador. Los amé, no queríamos irnos. Volvería siempre a II Guelfo Bianco. HERMOSO. Nos prepararon y alistaron el desayuno para llevar porque salíamos a las 5 am, nos hicieron sentir como en casa cuando mamá nos envía la comida para cuidarnos. Los amamos total!

Vraiment tout L'hôtel est super bien placé. Le personnel à la réception est vraiment gentil et à l'écoute. Super professionnel. Les chambres sont belles et propres. Le petit déjeuner est parfait. Terrasse en extérieur magnifique. Apéritif et café gratuit. Je mets la note de 10000 sur 10. Si je reviens a florence. Je reviens sans hésiter. Encore merci 🫶🫶🫶🫶🫶

Purtroppo ho abbassato il punteggio che ho assegnato a questo hotel a causa dell’ascensore che emette un bip fortissimo a qualsiasi ora del giorno e della notte, ogni volta che viene chiamato e utilizzato. É mai possibile essere in vacanza e pagare un hotel ed essere svegliati ripetutamente nel cuore della notte o all’alba? Capisco che sia una misura per non vedenti ma é la prima volta che mi capita qualcosa del genere, come fanno nel resto degli hotel del mondo?

Nossa experiência foi excelente! O hotel é muito bem localizado, pertinho do Duomo, o que facilita bastante para conhecer Florença a pé. Os quartos são muito confortáveis e aconchegantes, e toda a equipe foi extremamente educada e atenciosa. Também adoramos os pequenos cuidados oferecidos pelo hotel, como água, biscoitinhos e até champanhe, que fazem toda a diferença na experiência. No geral, foi uma estadia muito agradável e com certeza ficaríamos novamente

Como único ponto de atenção, nosso quarto ficava ao lado do elevador e o barulho de abertura e fechamento era um pouco alto e perceptível. Não chegou a atrapalhar nossa estadia, mas para quem tem o sono mais leve talvez seja interessante solicitar um quarto um pouco mais distante do elevador

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The location, the quiet, the decor, the treats, the buffet breakfast on the patio.. They let me leave my luggage when I arrived before check in, and just made me feel welcomed the whole stay !!

Recebemos um upgrade de quarto sem custo extra, o que foi bastante gentil. O quarto, apesar de demandar alguma modernização, era espaçoso. A localização é muito boa. A equipe é gentil; fomos bem atendidos no check in e no checkout. O funcionário da manutenção foi muito solícito e simpático.

Uma integrante da equipe que às vezes ficava na recepção era pouco gentil e mal respondia quando a cumprimentávamos. Não tivemos ajuda com nossa bagagem. Apesar de o hotel ter elevador, era necessário subir um lance de escadas para acessar nosso quarto, o que foi complicado por estarmos com uma pessoa idosa e com malas pesadas.

Accueil sympathique (et en Français), petite chambre mais beaucoup de charme, salle de bain propre, petit dejeuner fabuleux, a quelques minutes de San Lorenzo et de la cathédrale.

Lage sensationell ( ca 7 min vom Dom entfernt) und mit der Straßenbahn T2 direkt vom Flughafen zur Endstation San Marco und von da ca 4 min zu Fuß zum Hotel , das Frühstück war sehr gut und auch abwechslungsreich mit Ei Speck Käse Schinken Lachs Obst Müsli und viele gute süße Leckereien , kleiner Innenhof wo man auch frühstücken im Freien konnte Es gab auch einen Aufzug im Hotel , ob es eine Garage / Parkplatz gab, kann ich nicht sagen , wir waren nicht mit dem Auto da Zimmer 228 war ein sehr großes Zimmer , optisch ein Highlight , Bett sehr groß und gute Matratze , gute Klima Anlage, dafür ist auch der Preis gegenüber einem normalen Doppelzimmer um ca 100 Euro teurer, aber wir haben es auch absichtlich so gebucht. Badezimmer ausreichend Platz. Rezeption immer besetzt und es gab in der Lobby einen kleinen Bereich wo man sich immer Wasser, Prosecco und Süßigkeiten nehmen konnte

Zimmer 228 im Badezimmer keine eigene Dusche , nur Badewanne , könnte für ältere Menschen etwas schwierig werden Es gab keine richtige Hotelbar, allerdings viele Lokale gleich neben dem Hotel , daher ist eine Hotel bar eigentlich nicht notwendig

Location was perfect. It was also nice to have breakfast downstairs in the courtyard. Front desk was very helpful and organized a taxi the next morning.

Sadly we had a few critters in our room however the front desk was able to move us to a different room.

I could spend a month finding new features every day. Every nook and cranny had a lovely piece of art. staff were really knowledgeable and chilled, personal and attentive.

Сначала меня поселили в номер без солнечного света, без душевой кабины, где-то в углу, с постоянным гулом. Я была разочарованна, номер сильно отличался от фото на сайте.

Das Bad war eher klein. Eine Eckbadewanne ungeeignet und der Einstieg schwierig. Um das Ausrutschen beim Duschen zu verhindern, musste ein Handtuch hinein gelegt werden.

The Air Conditioning did not work in our first room. Extremely hot to sleep at night. They switched our rooms the next day and the second room was slightly better but still very hot to sleep at night.

Personale cordiale e disponibile. La camera si affacciava sull'interno quindi di notte si dormiva bene. Buona la posizione dell'hotel che permetteva di raggiungere a piedi e in breve tempo vari luoghi. Buona la colazione, in particolare l'uovo e la verdura, suggerisco di fare delle torte, durante il soggiorno non ne ho trovate.

L'illuminazione della camera era un po' scarsa, suggerisco di inserire almeno una luce in più sulle pareti se non è possibile avere un'illuminazione sul soffitto.

Highly recommend! Absolutely stunning hotel, I was in the junior suite and it was absolutely gorgeous and spacious-beautifully decorated and elegant-keeping with the history of the building with being modern and clean. I asked for a room with a desk so I could get some work done and the room was absolutely perfect. It was really quiet despite being right in the centre of the old town. Fantastic massive and comfortable bed and an incredible carved wooden ceiling-excellent quality of sleep! I could walk everywhere I wanted to go-it’s in the middle of all the sights but when you’re in the hotel it’s so peaceful. The staff were super friendly and kind, really accommodating and helpful-they made me feel very welcome. I was a solo female traveller and felt very safe and taken care of. Great breakfast in a lovely courtyard with an olive tree. Accommodation in florence is expensive and it’s very busy, but this was definitely more than worth it-five stars all round! I would definitely go back!

The hotel was exceptionally clean. The location was close to sights but quiet. Staff were wonderful! Very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The included breakfast is lovely and presented in a beautiful dining area with adjoining courtyard.

La posizione è centralissima, a due minuti dalla fermata del tram e cinque dal Duomo. Lo staff si è sempre dimostrato molto cordiale e attento (un plus per il check-in 24h senza costi aggiuntivi). La struttura è in un palazzo storico ben valorizzato, la colazione buona!

La pulizia non era all' altezza della struttura. Le lenzuola e la camera erano pulite ma abbastanza in vista c'erano dei capelli in bagno e una zanzara morta (mai tolti anche dopo due giorni diversi di pulizia stanza).

The room was generous size, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable. The outside terrace for breakfast was very nice. The location was great, everything was just a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The staff were very responsive, friendly and helpful.

Being an old building, there are multiple levels, or half levels. Our room could not be accessed without climbing some stairs.

Staff, especially the gentleman in the breakfast area, was helpful and friendly. I wish I could remember that gentleman's name. We were sitting in the courtyard waiting for our taxi and he just brought out a flask of water without even asking. That's what I call going the extra mile for someone. The other thing we liked is the hotel has water and some snacks there in the lobby. I know it's a small thing but it's something that goes a long way to feel welcomed.

The hotel is located right at the heart of Florence's historic centre but offers a calm and beautiful space to unwind and recharge at the end of the day. Our room was a generous size and attractively furnished. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent and served in a lovely courtyard. I'm so pleased we found Il Guelfo Bianco and would highly recommend it for a stay in Florence.

The bathroom was clean and totally functional but a little dated in appearance.
