Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The location was good, and the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The surroundings were peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind. The customer service was also exceptional, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the hot water facility was somewhat limited and could be improved. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2026Very pleasant host and kind to us. Rooms are clean. Bathroom very decent. Location is great with an amazing dining option just opposite this place. Just enquire with the host and he will arrange for you. A short walk up to the main town area which is actually quite small

Reviewed Mar 10, 2026Recepční byl moc milý a nápomocný, vše vysvětlil, zařídil. Pohodlné postele (jedna ale strašně vrzala). Příjemné přikrývky. Velký pokoj i koupelna, ticho a klid na spaní.
Skříň na pokoji byla strašně zatuchlá, takže jsme ji ani nevyužili. Pokoj byl absolutně ok, ale v koupelně by to chtělo utřít prach. A hodila by se tam nějaká polička, ale vzhledem k vysoké vlhkosti je asi problém najít vhodné zařízení.

Reviewed Mar 4, 2026L'accueil, la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Deshan, qui a été patient et a répondu à toutes nos questions. L'hôtel était très propre, bien placé (proche centre, gare, tea factory et chemins de balades). Très calme. Literie confortable et eau bien chaude. Seuls clients à l'hôtel, on a pu profiter de la cuisine qui est bien équipée.

Tea making facilities are not available in the room. No drinking water arranged. We need to go to kitchen to make tea. Most of the electrical equipment’s are not working.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025The hotel was clean, newly renovated. The room was spacious, with enough beds for our family of five. The staff was pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast in the next accommodation, varied and on request. Haputhale turned out to be an ideal starting point for our trips to World's End, Lipton's seat with tea plantations and a tea factory, to the surrounding waterfalls, and by train to Ella. The train ride was probably the only negative experience, but the ceremonial procession of dancing groups with elephants in Ella made up for it all...

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Die Unterkunft hat eine schöne Lage, Frühstück gibt es nebenan und wird auf Wunsch gebucht. Der Angestellte war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns wirklich zu jederzeit in der Lobby empfangen und hat uns auch morgens um 5 Uhr das Tor aufgeschlossen, als wir zum Wandern los sind (die Anlage wird abends zugeschlossen).
Das Bad war etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Fugen waren bei der Duschwand sehr schwarz. Im Bad waren einige wenige Ameisen und ein Frosch.

Le petit déjeuner temporairement indisponible n’a pas été un problème : on nous a conseillé de le prendre juste en face et c’était excellent. La chambre familiale était énorme !

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025Bardzo ładny pokój i mega wygodne łóżko i komfort pobytu. Hotel położony blisko stacji kolejowej i sklepów. Dookoła cisza. Cudownie się śpi. Na powitanie kawa i herbata. Bardzo pomocny gospodarz i recepcjonista, którzy udzielili nam wszelkiej pomocy w transporcie podczas ulewnego deszczu oraz w znalezieniu wspaniałego przewodnika z tuk-tukiem, aby zwiedzić wodospad i plantacje herbaty Lipton's Seat i fabrykę herbaty. . Przewodnik zawiózł nas też do Elli, a także wskazał wspaniały posiłek blisko wodospadu. Udzielił nam ciekawych informacji o Haputale. Gorąco polecam przyjazd do Haputale i nocleg w tym hotelu.

Из всех семи отелей в стране, этот был лучшим...причем на голову. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Предлагает чай по утрам. Кстати, да. Завтрака нет, но в данных условиях об этом даже не думаешь.
