My room was beautiful and clean. The balcony was amazing. The bathroom was clean, the Wi-Fi was very fast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the pool was great, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, I couldn’t use the balcony after dark because spiders and lizards would come onto the balcony in the evening. Two large spiders and one lizard even got into my room. I’m not sure where the hotel gets the water in the glass bottles or how they refill them, so I would not recommend drinking that water. The canned drinks and bottled water in the minibar were charged separately. I wasn’t aware that the bottled water was not complimentary. When I checked out, I was charged 6,000 riel per bottle for water that normally costs around 1,000 riel. The stairs leading to the rooms were also very steep, so I would not recommend this room that i stayed for guests over 40.

The staff were amazing! incredibly friendly and always happy to help us organize activities. The rooms were great, and both the food and the pool were really good. We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this place!

The only small downside was that the bathroom towels had a slightly damp smell, but other than that, everything was great.

clean, peaceful, and centrally located near Wat Damnak, and near Pub Streets just walking 5 minutes making it very convenient to explore Siem Reap. The staff provided excellent, welcoming service throughout the stay, and the pool area offered a lovely setting to relax after a day out. And i love all the staff there, good service and good hospitality.

Nothing major—overall it was a very comfortable and pleasant stay.

Localisation parfaite pour visiter la ville et les temples d’Angkor, nous avons apprécié la piscine, l’accueil du personnel, sa grande flexibilité et la qualité du petit déjeuner. Dara a été d’une grande aide durant tout notre séjour : réservation du pickup depuis l’aéroport puis d’une journée au Tonle Sap. Il nous a aussi préparé des boxes petit dej à emporter pour le lever du soleil.

Il y a eu un léger changement de programme pour notre première nuit qui nous a surpris : on nous a donné une chambre de standard plus bas que notre réservation à cause d’un problème d’air conditionné. Nous avons passer les nuits suivantes dans la bonne chambre.

The loacation is second to none. Very short walk to pub street and tourist hotspot, but in a quiet leafy neigborhood. I love it. The staff make this place exceptional.

The second pool is very green. I feel the breakfast is a little uninspiring, but it is delivered with such a beautiful smile every day.

Nous avons été installés dans un hotel à coté de celui de la photo du site booking. Hotel moins bien: lit très dur avec matelas déformé, douche cassée et tiède, sol de la piscine avec nombreux carreaux cassés. Bien loin du décor des images du site. Pas de personnel dans ces locaux. On s est senti abandonné dans une annexe. Par contre à l accueil et au petit dejeuner le personnel est tŕès agréable. Location de scooters moins chère juste à la sortie de la rue.

The location is good and the design is nice, even though there was not much space. The staff were very responsive, but they could not respond immediately to our request as they need to get approval from their manager.

As it was summer, the weather was really hot and the AC was not cold enough. We had to sleep in sweat. The breakfast was not much of choice.

My room was a bit dark. Some people would love that but I just like the brightness in the room but didn’t want to open the windows because I wanted the ac instead!!

I think this wonderful place has only gotten better. An incredible staff, spacious rooms, a great pool, and impeccably decorated. It's in a perfect spot to get around Siem Reap, it's quiet, and always relaxing. I highly recommend Residence Wat Damnak

Staff was polite and friendly. Location is good, about 10-12 minutes walk from old market/pub street.

Hugely disappointed. This property claims that they train staff on this site, I think only being polite is not enough. The room given to me had bathroom drain choked, no fridge, bathroom does not have door, have panels closing half of the area. Window blinds were fixed, operating rod/string were missing. No slippers. Later they told me that I was given wrong type of room. They moved me to another building but on second floor with very steep stairs. This room has nearly everything in description but instead of ground floor it was on 2/F. When checking out they asked me to pay for breakfast. I booked double room with breakfast for 2 but I was solo. I had to prove and argue that b/fast is included. What sort of training is given here? This is the only property I see without a door for Toilet/bathroom. Stairs are VERY STEEP. Children noise from swimming pool.

Great stay. This is a training school, and the standards amongst staff is brilliant! Everyone was so helpful. Our room was lovely, breakfast was good, pool was clean. I would stay again!

This is my second time here. I always feel comfortable and friends with all the staff here. Amazing and friendly staff. They have some students who come to training here. They are very kind and always help me every time. Very highly recommend this place 😍. I will come back next year with my family. ❤️

We had such a great experience at Residence Wat Damnak. The room was lovely, with a balcony and beautiful décor. Although we had a simpler room for the first night, they moved us to a nicer room afterwards. Just be prepared to climb the stairs, as there is no lift. The breakfast was nice, with fruit, steamed or fried vegetables, noodles or rice, and an egg station. There are also two pools available, they provide drinking water, and the hotel is very well located in the centre. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time — thank you!

I stayed here for 2 weeks! The staff are amazing, so friendly and they will help with everything. I loved my room by the pool and the bar / restaurant did great cocktails and food at very reasonable prices. The location is perfect, close to the river and night markets. I would definitely return.

What a lovely place. Great room, lovely pool and perfect location. 10 minutes walk from all the noisy fun stuff and a fabulous cafe next door for breakfast (Source Cafe).

I paid in advance. But when I got to the hotel, booking.com had not paid the hotel. I had to pay twice. The hotel was good, but not worth paying twice. Booking.com ripped me off and I want a refund.

宿のスタッフさんがとても親切で、特に受付のところで担当いただいた女性の方と、調理場の男性の方がすごくフレンドリーで、質問や依頼にも丁寧に対応いただけて助かりました。 ランドリーサービスを利用したのですがお値段も適正で綺麗に仕上がっていましたし、その場で作ってくれるモーニングの卵料理も美味しかったです。 お部屋もすごく広くて綺麗でシャワーもお湯がすぐに出て、冷房の効きも良くて快適に過ごせました。 場所も中心地に近く、飲食店なども側に沢山あって便利でした。

特になしですが、お部屋の階によっては階段が少し急なので、夜は手すりに掴まった方が良いかも

Everything about this place is so amazing and unique. The staff was really kind and caring. The rooms, the lobby, the restaurant and pool were immaculate. It really is a 5 star resort. We also took the cooking class and were astonished at everything we learned and love the trip to the market with the chef. I would really recommend this place to even the pickiest of guests.

We stayed at Residence wat Damnak for a nights and had a wonderful time at their place. The hotel feels more like a home with the staff going out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Most of the staff seem to know your name, room number and the plan you have for the day. The rooms are very tastefully done and the bed linen and toiletries are top notch. The breakfast is great with a small buffet spread and’s largish menu that is prepared to order. You can order as many items as you like. The restaurant serves great food for other meals too. I also used their spa and the quality of the therapist was great. Keep it up team Residence Wat Damnak team

The staff were lovely. Location is great, nearby many restaurant and attractions but still feels very quiet and the walk to the hotel is beautiful. Great, comfortable room. Access to 2 pools. Varied breakfast. Highly recommend and would definitely come back.

Not a complaint, just a fact - the hotel consists of 3 separate buildings, we were given a room at the one named Golden Banana Residence on Google Maps. It was just a 50 meter walk from reception and the building and everything was great. Breakfast is served in the 3rd building just across the street where the reception is. This was completely not a problem for us at all, but we can understand if others feel a bit confused about the set up if not informed about this when booking.

The staff were all super friendly and super sweet… they went out of their way to please me.

For the price you pay I don’t think you could get any better..

Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist Genial und man kann sich beim Hotel Roller mieten. Zimmergröße ist ausreichend und der Balkon ist sehr schön. Auch der Pool ist eine angenehme Erfrischung. Wlan war in Ordnung, sowie die Dusche.

Das Bett war eine reine Katastrophe. Die Federn spüre ich heute noch. Die Stufen nach oben sind auch unzumutbar. Frühstück war sehr dürftig, auch wenn man satt wurde, war nichts besonderes dabei (außer die Eierstation).

When I arrived here, I got a warm welcome from all the staff here. I'm very surprised because this hotel is a good place for the students to learn and trend very years. When you come to this hotel, don't respect it higher. Because mostly the staff are just the students. But they will make you feel like family and friends. But you can talk sharing and help go and back. Especially Sreynet, Him, and Phanha they will give you feel like you are the family and Best friend.

Poor family and hotel. Need to improve more. But I really like it here. I will come back with my family and friends for the next trip

Very centrally located. We loved that we could walk to so many restaurants and of course the famous Pub street. Mr Dara and Him (management) and all the staff members made our stay unforgettable. We arrived as strangers and left feeling like we were part of the family. Will definitely be back again.

Unica e solo pecca le scale ripide

Moc hezký a čistý bazén s lehátky. Pohodlné a tiché ubytování v boční ulici kousek od centra, asi 5 - 10 min. pěšky od Pub street.

Měla jsem pokoj v přízemí, v oknech nebylo sklo, ale jen síťka proti komárům a okenice, takže bylo slyšet ruch na ulici (ale dalo se to vydržet, není to hned u silnice, ale ráno mi pod oknem postávali řidiči tuk tuku). Nebylo kde usušit mokrý ručník a plavky.

The staff at the property were extremely welcoming and helpful. The main building were the hotel served food was relaxing and the food was good.

I booked a double superior/deluxe with pool view. The pictures advertised were of the main building. However, this hotel is actually now made up of 3 hotels, it has bought 2 nearby properties therefore the rooms that are advertised are only for the original property. I was disappointed when we were led down a side road to a building a couple of minutes away to a room that looked nothing like the one I booked on booking.com. At night there were no lights leading the way as well. The photos attached are definitely not what is advertised. I’m sure if you’re lucky enough to get put in the main building then it will be lovely.

The hotel is set off the main street in a beautiful little alley way that reminds us of Paris. This makes for a very quiet and respectful stay. We loved our double room with a large balcony overlooking the pool! The staff are lovely and so very kind. We will stay again.

Я уехала а мальчик со стойки все еще помогает и отвечает мне Спасибо Отель расположен в 2 минутах от баров и улиц Рядом там же есть аутлет дюти фри маленький магазинчик с оригиналами и камбоджийский аутлет с хорошими копиями ( на одной фабрике шьют) Можно купить футболки найк адидас ола лакоста босс по 25 баксов -дюти фри Ищите на оживленной улице Еда в минимаркетах -200 гр пармезан 7,5 долларов и все есть что хочется Мотики убитые по 8 баксов Хорошие 13 Ангкор ват за день на мотике посмотреть по верхушкам и не стоит брать за 62 на три дня 6 чел мини бусик -180 баксов до сиануквиля И 25 в две стороны человек на пароме до ко ронга Еда в ресторане отеля не дорогая Камешки острожно берите тк сертификаты их фигня даже в больших магазинах Рубины можно купить а белые спрфиры это фианиты если дешево Рубин можно взять за 100 баксов Басик холодный Персонал ! Еще раз вам спасибо , только благодаря вам не пишу недочеты 👋

Muy buena ubicación, la atención del personal, la ambientación de la habitación, el balcón con vista a la pileta y la pileta principal del complejo.

A la pileta secundaria no le daba el sol y el agua estaba fría, el baño era un poco angosto (en la segunda habitación que nos dieron) y tiene escaleras empinadas.
