Malate Bayview Mansion city view

Lovely room with all the facilities I wanted, view over the city from the 30th floor is spectacular.Shower was a delight.

Only one seat out on the balcony, one of had yo stand when we were both out there that's about the worst.

Proximity to the Baywalk, beach, drug store, convenience store, and fruits market was super nice. 4th stay at this place. I was also informed of planned maintenance in the building during my stay.

The WiFi situation could definitely be improved (still on WiFi 4, while we are currently living with WiFi 6/7), maybe switch to a better ISP and router. 3 times during my stay, the internet went down which were looked into within 24h-48h after informing the host, so other travellers needs to manage expectations who plan short stays here.

臭い、スタッフの対応が、特にレセプションの女性の対応がクソ、Wi-Fiがつながらず、苦情を言うと2時には治る、翌日には、夜までに治る。嘘ばかり。結局三日間治らなかった。

Big room

Very noisy room,with bugs and not so clean especially the toilet.

預かり金1500ペソの返金がなかった 海が見える部屋ではなかったので残念でした

A few roaches were present during my stay, but the bug spray helped to remedy this problem.

i am written this for awareness. when you walk out from the hotel there's a lot of beggars and scammer there are 2 times that my husband meet the scammer at the mall robinson place and the lads introduced himself as a security and telling his story that its his son birthday and asking my husband for a money to buy a cake cost 3.500 pesos but actually his not a part of security team in the malate bayview mansion so I'm writing this to make everyone aware that there's a scammer eyeing the guest or targeting the guest so be aware of this while you walking outside.

Great place to stay is more an apartment than a hotel, so don't get confused. But you get all the benefits of having a full apartment to yourself that includes having a kitchen and washing machine, some of this apartments come even with balcony if your are lucky enough to get one with it. Staff is friendly and you get to do early check in at no cost.

Some times staff can be a bit overwhelming and maybe too friendly if you get catch my drift. Other than that all good.

Great location, close to Robinson Mall. Spacious room with everything you need from a fridge to a washer/dryer machine, including a kitchenette and microwave. All the staff is always ready to help, especially the housekeepers Jinky and Vonn.

The only negative note was the presence of cockroaches, which I remedied by using insect spray. I strongly recommend a thorough disinfestation of the entire building.

The bed, & the shower,

The AC was so weak, and I was just one day without Netflix, cause something was wrong with the connection or Network

Not my first time in Malate Bayview and as always it was quite good. Room, a large one, has everything you need. Staff (Jinky and Vohn) so kind, friendly and always ready to help you.

Only problem is the presence of tiny cockroaches, but you can use a good spray to solve the problem

The whole place was nice, cute balcony and spacious.

Excellent spacious room. Good aircon. Like a 5 star hotel room with self catering facilities. Great pool.

Some tiny cockroaches in the bathroom. Elevators slow to respond. Mens room at the pool not very clean & not adequate for changing.

I like the place because it's spacious, tv and ac is great too.

What I didn't like is the unit had no mats and it has a lot of cockroaches! I couldn't sleep properly because I saw small cockroaches crawling around the unit. I was scared what if it enters my ear? Hello staff! Please spray insecticides everytime you clean especially under the bed. And also, please put mats in the unit. Thank you!

it’s a big building and many floors very busy take time to get a elevator to your floor but not really a complaint just observation

Bathroom smell

Location excellent, everything nearby , 10 min. Walk to Robinson Place .. the only one negative thing.. you are waiting an eternity for elevator.

I like that it’s clean and staff were friendly. access to bars and restaurants were great. Wi-Fi worked very well.

i had to wait for almost an hour because the person I charge was not there. receptionist did not know how they could assist me to the room. We had to pay to use facilities such as gym and swimming pool.

Big room with large tv(they have netflix), table with two chairs and small kitchen with refrigiator. Area is korea town, we liked that.

They say there is a pool, but when we arrived they told us we have to pay per time we want to use it. Area is very local and people(including the ppl working in the building) stare a lot if you look a bit western

The place is good, only problem there are cockroaches. A problem you can simply resolve with a good spray. No safety box in the room.

30th floor has a majestic view of the city. Neat and clean. I’s like a hotel for an air bnb type accommodation. nice and recommended

Room is very clean and tidy. it's worth the money and the housekeeper is very approachable.

check out time is very strict, 12 noon sharp should be out of the room
