I liked the room temperature

No separate area for toilet and shower

Pretty spacious room and nice location in general close to the main attractions. The staff is nice and helpful.

The street outside is quite noisy even at night so it might be tricky to fall asleep. The AC in the room is loud and not easy to adjust the temperature.

I like the linen, and the staff are wonderful (FO, waiter, and HK. very accomodating and promptness.

Very less amenities, but it’s fine because of the reasonal price.

The floor was wet and became foggy/slippery even though no water had been spilled or anyone had walked there with wet feet. It was quite concerning and made the room feel uncomfortable. I hope the hotel can check the flooring and ventilation to prevent this from happening again. Please also provide slipper. Also, the kettle was broken, and I nearly had an accident because of it. This is a serious safety concern and should have been checked before the room was given to a guest. I hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves their maintenance and safety checks. The chair also is dirty. I need to put cloth so I can sit comfortably.

The hotel located at the heart of Manila is awesome. Thus, the price is great👍

We arrived 5 hours earlier than the check-in time so we paid 1200 pesos extra. At first we were given a room that has no front view but I needed a room where I can see outside since I have anxiety so they upgraded us to deluxe with no extra fee.

The property was clean and well maintained. Except when you step outside the hotel building, it is quite dirty.

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback regarding our stay. We noticed that reminders were sent 2 hours before checkout, even though the checkout time had already been clearly communicated during the briefing. It felt a bit unnecessary and slightly disruptive. Additionally, the rates posted online did not match what was actually applied on-site, which was quite disappointing. We hope this can be reviewed to ensure better consistency and a smoother guest experience moving forward. Thank you.

Just that they don't have hairdryer and no toiletries or maybe because if the room I booked were not that expensive.

Room is too small for the value of the money.

First and foremost, I liked that they provided free water as an initiative to help the world become a better place. The staff were approachable too. The location was great, it was near my appointments so it was easy to get around. The place feels safe. I loved their baked bangus too. It's nice that they have a café. The smell of the lounge area was just perfect. CJ from the reception was kind and accommodating, I didn't have a breakfast voucher for a couple of days and I was just showing my receipt. She offered to give me the voucher for the last two days of my stay. Also, Kass or Kassey also from the reception she made the voucher for me on the first day. I appreciated their kindness.

Note: Not that I didn't like but it can be improved. The facilities were great but it would've been better if the stains from the chair were cleaned and floor titles in the bathroom were scrubbed. It's just me though because I like things clean. I don't like requesting because it can be too much for the staff. If there were cleaning materials, I would be happy to clean it myself. Overall, it's a great hotel.

1.早餐非常美味，虽然不是自助餐，但是我点的这个milk fish非常好吃。 2.位置位于马尼拉市中心，去robinson和黎刹公园都是步行距离。

1.卫生间的脸盆有点小，好几次刷牙吐在外面了。

La camera era abbastanza pulita, e abbastanza moderna, accettabile. Posizione abbastanza vicina a intramuros

Il bagno abbastanza allucinante, doccia senza tenda né vetro, mentre ti lavi bagni completamente tutto il wc. Assenza del bidet, male. Mancanza di asciugamano per le mani, e mancanza del sapone per le mani. Condizioni del bagno abbastanza sporche e trasandato. Fuori dall’hotel i senzatetto che dormono a terra, zona non molto sicura. Per la colazione bisogna uscire passare in mezzo ai senza tetto, e andare in un bar ristorante a 5 min a piedi. Colazione solo salata e filippina, zero opzioni dolci. Per il prezzo che ha mi aspettavo di meglio.

The shower wasn’t getting warm enough. Also the tv didn’t work for watching Netflix.

Location was convenient for our needs.

No TV signal. Asked at front desk many times. Window view for deluxe room is a joke!

It is very outdated. Looks creepy with how the hallway looks. The washroom is too tight. Not enough toiletries even though we stayed there for quite some time. The location is very secluded. The bed is awful and so does the pillow.

Power went off (tripped) in 2 rooms after we checked in. There were maintenance, loud drillings across our rooms on our second day. Street side parking.

When I arrived on a 6PM flight, I received an email from this hotel telling me, "unless we hear from you by 6PM your booking will be cancelled'. I range several times but no answer. I booked another hotel and, as I was checking in, Airo hotel emailed me to ask where I was?

Did not like the heavy doona over the bed. Far too hot. They say they have coffee - except for when I would have liked it in the morning.

The lights! Its not giving good ambiance, i must prefer with many options. Like the white light, dim and more. Cause like im having my make up in the dim or yellow lights and its not giving nice! Gumamit pa ako Ng flashlight ko to see if my makeup is nice or okay. Also there is no whole mirror just in case to check the outfit we wear. So stress! Pumunta pang ground floor kasi don lng may whole mirror.

Had to wait to checkin several hours. Room seems a little expensive for the standard of hotel and location.

The customer service of the staff is really professional and welcoming. Active listening and paying attention to your concern and request. The room was cozy.

A bit noisy in the morning if you’re not an early morning person. The shower needs a bit of improvement.

The front desk employee didn't greet me, didn't ask for anything, and instead I had to check myself in by offering up a greeting, my name, my credit card after a long flight and being very tired. I wasn't being paid to be hospitable, yet it was my responsibility to do so. The agent booked me in a very noisy room next to the janitor closet, where maid staff loudly talked, laughed, and loudly clanked cleaning supplies and tools. The staff's manager, a lady, at the front desk asked me five times for payment for a couple of small items from behind the front desk like a beverage and a dessert. I provided a credit card each time that she asked, and each time she'd ignore me and tell me to go to my room instead of allowing me to pay for it right then. Then she'd do something else like talk with another employee behind her and ignore me when I tried to pay. It was frankly rude and it felt like she didn't want to deal with me since I was a foreigner. The original front desk employee told me to go to their restaurant around the block for dinner, and when I arrived during the evening, nightfall already but within the dinner time period, there was a private birthday party going on for the owner. A polite man from the private party came outside and gave me directions to another restaurant, yet when I followed those directions, there was no restaurant. I walked through poverty stricken streets and eventually made my way to a hotel I had previously stayed at, blocks away. The next morning, I booked the other hotel that had a functioning restaurant, a functioning front desk and a quiet housekeeping department. Don't stay here, especially if you're a foreigner.

we booked another room and first room they gave us was different where washing machine was working and we can’t sleep, so staff said that it was that room which we booked earlier but then they changed the room but it was also horrible, when you are going outside of the hotel there are homeless people everywhere and its not a quite place where tourist want to stay.

La fréquentation des alentours n’est pas idéale pour des touristes.

Das Fernsehprogramm war super. Der TV hatte eine große Auswahl an kostenfreien (Kino-)Filmen. Man hat sich sicher gefühlt und das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Im Bad war Schimmel. Klopapier wurde nicht aufgefüllt und das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Außerdem war es sehr warm und die Luft sehr stickig und feucht im Raum.
