i liked the smart lock system. no keys needed. host was responsive to our needs and queries. decent price for a nice place. super nice parking slot, though sana next time automatic na sya upon booking.

it would have been nice if at least there’s at least drinking water provided. other than that very ok ang experience ko for a 2-night stay

The place is good and comfortable. Parking lot is available and free. We enjoyed our stay there.

Comfortabel appartement met alles wat je nodig hebt. De locatie was ook top! Dichtbij Mall of Asia.

La struttura era poco distante dall’aeroporto semplice da raggiungere e pulito .

Dopo un lungo viaggio durato giorni eravamo felici di aver raggiunto finalmente le Filippine non ci sembrava vero poter finalmente farci una doccia e dormire per poi proseguire . Se non fosse che una volta fatto il Check- in e ricevuto il codice per entrare ci aspettava una stanza pulita profumata allungata ma nessuna ombra di un letto , ovvero un altra porta chiusa a chiave, a quel punto ci siamo guardate attorno e abbiamo visto un materasso a scomparsa dietro le sedie e ci siamo accampate senza cuscino né coperte. L abbiamo buttata sul ridere visto che eravamo in viaggio zaino in spalla. L‘indomani dopo check out direzione Aereoporto verso le 11 ci contatta la struttura in modo sgarbato se fossimo chiuse in camera al che spiegai che eravamo già in viaggio e che quella porta non si era mai aperta , rispose che fosse impossibile e che le servivano le chiavi per entrare , chiavi che noi non abbiamo mai avuto ma insistette non credendoci , mai più ricevuto risposta e anche assistenza Booking non ci venne incontro . Morale della favola ? Pagato un alloggio praticamente per niente e pure trattata male .

I like how you can fold up the bed because it gives you enough space when packing up.

If you need to use the closet, it's not ideal if you're short because you'll definitely need a chair. 😂

Reception knew little to no English. We were not allowed to use the pool without vouchers. Even though we ordered it we did not get any.

The space is very cozy. The furnitures and fixtures are space-saving that you can probably accomodate up to 6-8 people at once. The location is prime as it has access to a lot of establishments like restaurants and supermarket. Overall, this property is amazing! Thank you!

Great location in a secured compound near Mall of Asia and Airport. Ideal for a layover.

We enjoyed staying at this unit the past few days. This has been our home for the Pokemon Run 2025 event. Very accessible for Mall of Asia, Arena, Ikea. And a lot of food choices, minimarts and coffee shops. Body wash, shampoo, hand wash and dishwashing liquid were provided. Hassle free check-in procedure! Love the digital keypad door. No keys needed!

Also, an electric fan would be appreciated for those that easily gets cold from the aircon. We were looking for a washing machine to wash our post run clothes.

it was worth it for the price. close to mall of asia and some stores.

it has a funky smell coming from the sink and the bathroom, there was also some bugs.

We like how the space just fits right for 4 people. They have 3 semi-double beds that are soft. We were tired for the 4 straight days and the beds, aircon and the overall atmosphere contributed to the overall comfort.

Just the steamer that was dirty but was eventually cleaned.

I like the location, it is near the Ikea,moa and okada.And host is very responsive and have free parking which is plus point.

The space is small.But this is expected.Most of the condo in the Phil. Is so narrow.But for short stay it is economical

Our overall experience in the condo was very pleasant and everything seemed to work inside our room. As for our everyday needs like foods, water laundry & etc. Was all accessible in just a short walk away outside wich made living there comfortable. What's also advantageous of living in the condo was its close proximity to places that are entertaining to take a stroll to like MOA, AYALA MALLS, IKEA, MANILA BAY and many more. I would also like to thank the owner of the room for giving us something (chocolates,wine,cookies) 😍 during holidays, and the quick response of the ADMIN if there are any request needed and the OVERALL SECURITY OF THE CONDO.. THANK YOU ALL po 🥰

Communication from host on door access and WiFi connections was good. The host kindly let me check out a little later to allow me to go straight to the airport. The unit was modern, clean, and had all I needed for a 1 night stay. There was a variety of lighting, which was nice. Air con in bedroom and sitting/sofa beds area.

Nothing really all was great. The large TV was a little close to the sofa for my liking, but if you pull away from wall and angle slightly it is more comfortable to watch.

Clean, comfortable, very modern. Pagpasok mo pa lang, at home ka na agad. Complete facilities like wifi, tv, may netflix pa. May kitchen utensils and equipment din. Wala ka ng hahanapin pa. Thank you! We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I like how they are so responsive when you have some concerns and they are really going to assist you. Also the room is so clean and comfortable.

Looks like relatively new apartment, clean, cleverly designed unit, & very kind owner letting us late check out for our flight later that night. Near amenities, supermarket, malls , restaurants etc

There's washing machine but unfortunately not working during our stay. Our fault we didn't check the facilities description when making the booking. Tap @ bathroom sink dripping . Can easily fix by owner for future guests.

I like the location of the condo. It is near MOA also there is a Jollibee beside the condo. No need to cross the road to go to the Jollibee. There is alfamart downstairs too. I like their TV with YouTube and Netflix. They also have wifi. I like their beds. They have 3 beds. Two beds are foldable. I like the lightings in their unit. Very bright. Also they have a 2x ceiling fan if we don’t want to use aircon they have a fan. I like the aircon. They have two aircon, one in bedroom and one in living room. I like their cups. I like their mirror with light and on and off button. They have fridge, you can cook in their kitchen too. We got stranded in Bicol due to storm and we contacted them Saturday 11am. They were quick in applying for a permit to enter to admin. We managed to get an admin approval before the admin closes at 12noon. And they texted us the code for opening the door and they sent in booking dot com the admin approval. We arrived 1am Sunday from bicol. We just showed the guard our admin approval and they let us in without hassle.. nice!!! No need for them to meet us in the lobby at 1am. We had a very nice two nights stay in their unit after our experience of being stranded in Bicol due to storm and flood. And their price is cheap. Coz their unit is instagrammable, and they have wifi and proper kitchen fridge and smart TV. Very good value for money. I forgot to take photo of the inside unit. But we always walk to the MAll of Asia, to Jollibee, and watched movie in MOA like it’s just home. Will book again one day. Thanks po!!!

Location wise and value of money? This is the best! Located in Mall of Asia Complex. Near and very accessible to the airport.

The unit owners are very accommodating. They made sure that we’re well taken care of.

I like that the sofa can be converted into bed in front of the TV. Even though the unit is not that spacious, it’s still comfortable.

One of the best accommodation, very cute, cosy, comfortable, the furniture and cleanliness is second to none.
