Das Gebäude verfügt über eine Garage und die Rezeptionistin war freundlich, verständnisvoll und kooperativ.

Das Grand Royal Luxury Appartment ist weder groß noch luxuriös, vor allem aber abgenutzt und schmutzig. Wir haben uns nach fünf Minuten Aufenthalt entschlossen zu stornieren. Später wurde ich vom Eigentümer via WhatsApp beschimpft, dass wir die Seife benutzt haben (natürlich wuschen wir uns nach Ankunft die Hände, stellten im weiteren Verlauf aber den Zustand des Appartements fest). Hierbei verunglimpfte er auch seine Landsleute aus Sri Lanka, die er als weniger zivilisiert betrachtet. Uns wurde ein alternatives Appartement im selben Gebäudekomplex angeboten. Das Gebäude umfasst wohl 54 Appartement von 54 verschiedenen Eigentümern. Das alternative Appartement war weniger abgenutzt, aber auch hier waren Haare auf dem Bett und die Handtücher mit einem bräunlichem Schleier verschmutzt. Wir haben schließlich ein schönes, sauberes und familiengeführtes Hotel in einem anderen Stadtteil gefunden.

The apartment is dirty throughout, cracked glass on patio door, broken patio chairs, filthy worn furniture, broken shower head, dirty pillows, even the cleaning products were dirty, an absolute disgrace. This apartment is far from luxury, avoid at all costs

the host accept only cash while he mentioned that he accept visa in payment method , old furniture and bed sheet , bath rooms need maintenance .

Overall, it is a good place with no major issues. The balcony door requires a lock, and one of the bathroom door handles and one of the hand shower heads need repairs.

Comfortable furniture, very convenient location

We enjoyed the stay from the beginning, the aprtment itself was easy to find, clean and well organized. Rooms were clean, and comfortable. All kitchen equipment were available in the kitchen (Pots, pans, water heaters, dusbins, working stoves etc.)

Perfect for families with kids! The property offers convenient access to the town, making outings simple and stress-free. The staff are incredibly friendly and go above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommended!

There was mold everywhere, we were a family of 4 so two of us had to sleep on the couch because the other room was covered in mold and the bedding was wet.

The kitchen does need a tidy up with extra things put away. Also, there were a lot of mosquitoes. I was eaten alive one night. I contacted the owner who said that he would provide spray. Windows and doors need screens.

An ample dining table and chairs were there. Enough lighting. Cosy beds were there. Two attached bathrooms were also there. A microwave and a kettle were available. Cable TV and good WIFI were available. A lift was available. Parking was also available. A clothes rack was available. The floor was clean. Shampoo and body lotion were available. Kitchen cleaning liquid was available.

No heating system. No toilet soap. An ancient non-stick pan was there. Two burners were not working properly. The freezer door of the fridge was missing. No garbage cleaning in our absence. Hand shower holders were missing. Dirty sofa. Very small rooms and the TV lounge. One corner of the lounge was used as the kitchen. TVs in the rooms had no proper connection. One balcony door cannot be closed. Two kitchen cupboards had been locked. Some pantry cupboards were full of different items which we could not use. The lids of the garbage cans have to be lifted by hand. Only two blankets were available. Only two towels for five people for three nights. The view from the room was disheartening. The coconut scraper could not be fixed easily.

The flat was really charming, the beds cozy, the sofa and the rest of facilities were really what we were looking for. Lying on the sofa with the rain outside of our window made of the flat a perfect shelter for us. We loved it here.

We didn't use more than one room but we noticed that in the other the hand shower was not working properly, and sometimes the shower didn't provide hot water. Also some tools in the kitchen didn't work at all like the toaster. However, they are minor details.

The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Any small issues were quickly resolved by the onsite caretaker. We walked to and from the property from the bus station with full rucksacks and baggage. It is an easy walk from town. The owner was quick to communicate and helpful. We would stay again if returning.

The view is good, hospitality is good. can able to cook and all the stuff available. Internet is provided and no interruption and speed were fantastic. I like the apartment.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. We didn't cook but the kitchen seemed well equipped and had a blender if you would like to make smoothies. There was a washing machine. The caretaker Clarence was kind and helpful. He allowed us to store our bags in the reception area before check-in. The owner was responsive on messenger.

I wished there had been a drying rack.

Great apartment in calm environment with lot of green around and fresh air , easy access to all facilities in the city center with walking distance. No power issues as apartment is quipped with generator and Wi-fi is also good. Fully equiped kitchen with two full bedrooms, hall and clean attached toilets with hotwater is great. At our arrival Clarance and another care taker was really help full. We came there after long traval but check in process was quick and hazel free thanks to Clarance who understood our needs through out during our stay.
