Only minor things are would be nice to have some flannels and some lamps around the house, but for the price it’s hardly worth mentioning and wasn’t a big deal.

Location good - close to big mall and easy to get to motorway. Good off street parking. Bed was comfortable. Good size kitchen. It was clean. Heat pump worked well.

Overall it was OK but it’s tired. Carpet needs replacing. Found the infuser sticks scent very strong. Light switches in weird places. No bedside lamps so couldn’t read at night in bed. On the flight path for the airport.

The ambiance was nice. It was big enough for the 4 of us and cosy that we felt warm at all times.

Unfortunately we found 4 spiders in one of the rooms, my husband took them all outside and we tried to see where they were coming from, we assume from the windows that were left open before our check in. Otherwise everything was good.

Loved our stay at Cutie on Kaniere - a great little spot with everything nearby that you’d need. Check in was super easy, the place was really clean and the beds were so comfy. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location of this bungalow is a real strength. It’s well placed in Mount Maunganui, with easy access to local shops, cafés, the beach and other attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the area but a car is needed to get to most attractions. The hosts were excellent with good communication and very helpful, they even offered early and late checkout. The property itself is a two-bedroom bungalow that is clean, comfortable and functional. It has everything you need for a short stay and works well as a practical place to sleep and relax after a day out. The beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was good. That said, the presentation is fairly basic. While nothing is missing, it does feel more utilitarian than homely, and some guests may find it lacks the warmth or character that makes a place feel especially welcoming. Overall, it’s a solid, comfortable option in a very good location — ideal if you prioritise convenience and cleanliness over style or ambience.

The house was very cute as the name suggests. Beds comfortable, place clean.

Would have been nice to have had milk, even long life milk, tea and coffee as a staple in the pantry. Nice to have after a long drive without having to go out again. Otherwise, all good.

Everything about this place was great! The location, the outdoor area! Would definitely come back to stay

We did have an issue with the tv glitching out when trying to watch a movie a few times but other than that everything was so great 😁

Affordable, great location, every need was met, bedding, linen, kitchen fully stocked, large fridge and freezer, easy instructions for access and how to leave the property. Couldn't of asked for anything better. Will definitely return.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable well worth the cost to stay for the night and in the future we will definitely book again.

Beautiful little house. Everything you would need, and a great location

Beautifully decorated, clean, relaxing and comfortable home to stay in. Everything one needs is available. Super comfortable beds. Very close to Bayfair Mall, the beach, cafes. Excellent communication from hosts.

There was no hot water during our stay but other than that everything was excellent

Only downside was there was only 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to buy more but other than that it was a great stay!

Nothing it was perfect!

Home away from home. It is comfortable and clean with a modern, well equipped kitchen. Warm and cosy, easy to heat. Close to the beach for an evening walk. Lovely private outside area.

Its a small thing but I missed not having a bedside lamp to read by, its a drag having to get out of bed to turn the only light off using the switch by the door.

The ease of booking and speed of host to respond as we booked last minute on the day.

The sliding doors were a bit difficult and key hard to get back into keysafe.

Clean, spacious and perfect for our needs travelling with 2 young kids

Nothing negative but if I must give any feedback... Bed could have been firmer but that is just my preference. Water pressure for bath was quite slow and the bath water went down quickly once in it.

Cozy, well appointed and about ten minutes drive from Mount Maunganui. Like 2 minutes drive to the mall, too 😁

Check in time of 3pm is the only downside

We had a great stay and the host was very helpful and accommodating.

The rooms are clean and tidy. Both the bedrooms get the morning sun. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. The property location is perfect - so close to Bayfair shopping mall and not far from the Mt Maunganui, only takes 10-15 mins by driving. We had a cosy and lovely stay there.

If Booking.com or the owner could inform me the welcome message would be sent through email or phonecall, it would be more perfect.

The property had all the facilities we wanted. Amazing for spending a night, we would have loved to stay longer if we had more time.

Very clean and tidy property. Location is great! Walking distance to Baywave pools and Bayfair mall. Quiet street and overall a really nice stay.

We found the place super clean. We were glad to manage to do some washing after traveling for few days.

Some repair is needed on the armchair and on the kitchen wall.
