Breakfast and location were excellent.

The room lights were very subdued and not conducive to reading.

You pay for what you get. You pay more, you get quality and service. That's what we got.

The vegetarian breakfast option could have been better. My suggestion, 2 fried eggs, mushrooms, beans, tomato, 2 vegetarian sausages and 2 slices of proper bread/toast. Just saying!

Wir hatten das Hotel nur als Zwischenstation gebucht , waren aber das Hotel hat uns wirklich überzeugt . Auch das Essen in dem dazugehörigen Restaurant war ausgezeichnet.

From booking to check out, the whole experience was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable and we took advantage of the quiet sitting areas to enjoy a book and glass of wine. Our stay was very enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Lovely stay at a surprise hotel; booked 4 rooms for family traveling with us, and everyone had a different type of room, all enjoyed their stay. Surprisingly great facility, clean, modern, lovely comfortable beds and great shower, amenities and towels. Breakfast was a wonderful surprise as it was fantastic, with great staff and service. Only issue was trying to check in, the one person who was staffing the desk was so busy she was gone for about 10 minutes helping someone else while we were waiting to get our rooms.

need a backup front desk person! and a way to get in and out of the back of the hotel without depending on someone else to open the door! 90% of your parking is back there, and yet, one has to walk all the way around to the front door to get in.......

We arrived on Thursday evening 27th August to be met by a lovely lady who showed us to our room of which were so nice .We had dinner in Casey’s restaurant which was so tasty as was breakfast. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends due to location hospitality accommodation and food .

La proximité avec la ville de Kenmare en 5 minutes à pied par un chemin piéton. Les chambres très confortables, le petit déjeuner très bien, copieux. Petits salons à chaque étage pour se retrouver. Bonne isolation

Toutes les fleurs et plantes vertes sont artificielles, c’est dommage. Un petit manque d’organisation au niveau des repas, peut être par manque de personnel. Beaucoup d’attente.

We booked this hotel as we were attending a wedding. Unfortunately the room was so dark I had to put my make up on outside! Exceptionally dark which I should imagine is cosy in the winter but we were there in June. Lack of air con made the room very hot and stuffy but other than that it was a lovely hotel.

This is a boutique hotel so it offers guests a personal service eg tea in your room at no extra charge. The staff are all very geared to meeting guests special needs eg gluten free. It has a very nice restaurant if you don’t want to eat in Kenmare town. It is also very close to town if you want to eat there.

No tea or coffee making facilities in room. They did have a system where you could dial reception and they would bring you one but this was a bit hit and miss wether we got it or not

The Hotel is in a good area within easy walk of Kenmare centre. The staff are very helpful and friendly, we had a Superior King Room which was large and well equipped, it overlooked the rear carpark, which I would normally say was ot the best of location, but fo us it meant we could see our Motorbikes. Breakfast was good and the restaurant in the hotel looked good (though we ate at thier sister restaurant)

We ate at thier sister restaurant No35, it wasn't clear to me at time of booking that the restaurant was in the town centre rather than part of the hotel complex. With hindsight I would have just eaten in the Hotel restaurant. No35 was very good, and I would recomend it, if you want to eat out in the town. We were given the option of changing the booking so this isn't the Hotels fault, more to give people advanced warning of what to expect so they can think about it in advance.

The whole hotel felt spacious, relaxed and stylish. Loved the tea and coffee service and great breakfast. Short walk to a thriving town centre.

There is nothing not to like. You could not find fault with this hotel even if you tried hard.

This hotel is in a great location and has ample parking. From once you walk in the door, you feel welcome and at home. All staff that we met, from reception to housekeeping to dining staff, were amicable and very accommodating and eager to help and offer assistance where required. The room was lovely, spacious, clean and quiet. The Voya products in the bathroom are a lovely touch. The availability of tea and coffee at any time, anywhere in the hotel is welcome. The food offerings for both breakfast in the dining area and dinner in Casey’s were fresh and tasty and some nice menu choices. The homemade brown bread and little miniature scones at breakfast were divine and the traditional full Irish breakfast was a great way to start the day. Would stay here again. No facilities to make coffee. Reception lady was so unwelcoming when we arrived. Hardly greeted us or welcomed us as we were a little early. Bad service at breakfast. Didn’t get a pot of coffee at table.

Wir haben das Studio gebucht und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Für 4 Personen ist es mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 2 Badezimmern plus Wohnzimmer ausreichend gross. Die Einrichtung war sehr schön und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für unser Mietwagen gab es einen kostenlosen Parkplatz beim Hotel, das Frühstück war sehr gut (besonders der French Toast) und auch das Abendessen können wir sehr empfehlen. Zu Fuss sind es ca. 7 Minuten ins Zentrum von Kenmare.

This was truly a boutique hotel. Lovely features, rooms were very comfortable especially the beds. Lots of amenities including organic soaps etc. heated floor in the bathroom and lots of towels. Staff were wonderful, very helpful and kind. Made us feel very welcome, Lots of aromatherapy scents throughout. Great location especially for getting onto the Ring of Kerry and for a walk into the very busy town of Kenmare which is also part of the Ring. Tea and coffee delivered to your room if requested. Breakfast delicious. Lots of homemade goodies and a menu to select from as well.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, it is a 5 star plus hotel. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a wonderful experience. Luxury at its best.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted at check in and shown to our room, which was luxurious, spacious and very comfortable.. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was exceptional. The food was top class and the service was too! The server was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was superb, with plenty of choice, even the choice of bread/scones was delicious, not to mention the main event, I had French toast & my husband had the fried breakfast which was plentiful & cooked to perfection - little wonder that it has won awards!

Good location with good parking, only 10-15 mins walk to town. Staff are nice and helpful.

We stayed in studio with 2 bedrooms, there is a small section of kitchen provided but there is no hand towel. In the shower, there is no place to put shower gel, conditioner, and shampoo. We have to put them on the floor which can be awkward. Also no place to hang towels inside bedroom.
