Location was great. So close to new stadium. Was clean, beds were very comfortable and staff very helpful.
I did get locked in the recycling storage unit next to apartment and never got given padlock number. Thankfully during business hours, my kids could hand me my phone through the gate and I was able to get hold of staff right away to get unlocked and get out.
Definitely the location
It was a bit noisy at night with the live band at the bar across the road. The shower heads also need replacing.
Great location, close to everything. It was easy to walk everywhere. Nice Italian Restaurant across the road. Nicely furnished, beds are comfortable so no complaints!
Nothing.
Location, facilities and ease of checking!
Hot upstairs, windows don’t open wide enough to cool room temperature down.
Good instructions on where the lock box was and how to get the keys.
I liked everything so nothing bad to say.
We loved the location, comfortable size for a 5 person family and included so many amenities. Our fave place to stay in NZ. Loved being able to walk everywhere
Nothing
You could walk everywhere.
The construction noise is bad and starts at 7 am on weekdays. Fumes from the equipment mean you can’t open the windows on that side. Someone parked behind our spot (illegally) the entire week making it tricky to access our spot.
The apartment itself was lovely. Pretty much everything you needed. Close by the main shopping center and it was great to have your own carpark.
We didn't like that they held money on our credit card incase of damage. We travel a lot and that has never happened before. We were there over a long weekend and you could hear the loud band 2x night in a row. Ended at midnight and 11pm then Sunday afternoon. Apart from that it was quiet. There is construction next door but it wasn't too bad. I just wish we'd been informed of these things prior to the time we couldn't get a refund. Most people wouldn't mind those things, however in our situation we needed peaceful but handy to everything. I did request a quiet room so maybe that was a good time to reveal the noise situation.

Directions for parking.
Close proximity to things in town.
Not their fault but construction going on next door was not ideal.
Very spacious & comfortable & well kitted out for cooking
Building works going on just a pathway in front of. Road closures we weren’t made aware of made it difficult to locate the property. It was explained in a note inside the property but needed that info sent by email beforehand
The property was modern and new. So close to the tourist tram.
Narrow 4 corner staircase up to second floor difficult to take luggage up to bedrooms. Double bed in middle room has a large dip and was uncomfortable to sleep on. Dryer difficult to use, had to google help. Construction right next door at the moment.
Space & layout of apartment. Lots of light Beds very comfortable Storage for coats & shoes Downstairs loo. Location View across green space from living room.
Construction noise from apartments being built at moment next door. They start at 8am, but no noise in weekend. Can be hot upstairs, with not much airflow, but fans provided in each bedroom. No bench space in bathrooms.
Location
Lotsa construction noise at mo. Probably stop soon
V clean and lovely beds, spacious, new
Well located good condition apartment
There was no heat pump in the bedrooms upstairs and at 25 degrees it was like a sauna The windows only opened three inches We didn’t like having to take the rubbish out either or paying a bond on top of the booking . Com bond
Well equipped kitchen Comfortable living area Bedding etc very good Location very good, within walking distance of downtown Whilst upstairs was very hot, there were fans for each bedroom which helped
Very warm upstairs
Clean and convenient location
Work going on outside. Party goers outside, their liveliness @4.00 am
Very central. Easy walk to city Centre and very close to restaurants. Easy parking. Very comfortable beds. Two bathrooms and three toilets were a plus.
Nothing
Really nice property in a great location.

Spacious. Very new and clean. Very useful kitchen. All kitchen equipments were there. There are two bathrooms up stairs and a toilet. Location.at middle of city center 5min walk to bus station to the airport and River side market . Smooth check in. House was warm when we checked in.
Nothing
Clear instructions for key collection and “check-in”. Property was clean and well-furnished e.g. washing powder provided for washing machine, comprehensive kitchenware.
Deposit policy. Two layers of delay to obtaining refund - property manager, followed by the bank. Pre-authorised amount only released 30 days after date of transaction. Suggest providing a user manual (simple operating instructions would suffice) for the washer-dryer. This issue has previously been raised in other reviews. The machine is not exactly intuitive to use, especially for overseas guests who are not familiar with the brand/model.
Location to downtown Christchurch was excellent. We were just far enough away from downtown to have peace but close enough that we could walk everywhere we wanted to. Having the extra bedrooms and bathrooms made all the difference. Would definitely stay here again.
The lockbock was a bit tricky to open. It took a couple of tries (and a few different people) to get it open.
Location and facilities as a whole. Would definately recommend. Super property.
Check in process wanting photos of credit card.
Location. Apartment on the whole
Central location v close to tram station, good supermarket nearby. Very quiet with pleasant open grass walkway outside. Very clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds.
A little more expensive than our usual bookings, but we needed three bedrooms and there was not much choice. Well worth the extra cost.
Superb central location, fabulous new apartment, plenty of room for four people, free parking, close to bus routes, easy walk to Cathedral Square, Riverside Market, supermarket and shopping arcades.
It would have been 100% perfect - but there was no air conditioning upstairs. The temperature was very high the whole time we were there, and there wasn't even a desk or pedestal fan to cool ourselves at night - and of course, the hot air rises. This meant the adults found it difficult to sleep. Also the dryer function on the combined washer-dryer was faulty; no instructions for use, it took several hours of online searching to find and download a manual, and even then it took four attempts to get clothes dry rather than washed again.
Great location, well equipped and comfortable.
Home away from home feel Very comfortable with all those luxuries that we have in our own homes. The location to the city centre was fantastic and so convenient to pick up the everyday groceries. Plus, plus, plus on all levels and experience.
Fabulous location Close enough to walk to great shops and cafes Beautiful and clean
