Reviewed Jul 15, 2026Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Rabat. Un grand merci à Monsieur Hassan pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son accueil très chaleureux. L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, parfaitement équipé, il ne manque absolument rien. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la magnifique vue, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hébergement sans hésitation. Merci encore, Monsieur Hassan, pour votre hospitalité. Au plaisir de revenir !

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad. Op loopafstand vind je de medina, restaurants, cafés, wat erg handig is. Wat ik persoonlijk het belangrijkst vond, was de hygiëne. Het appartement was superschoon en alles zag er goed verzorgd uit. De bedden voelden heerlijk fris en schoon aan en we hebben er uitstekend geslapen. Hassan is een vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Wij zouden dit appartement zeker aanbevelen.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026It's a good apartment, suitable for families, and its location is excellent, allowing you to get around Rabat without needing a car. Mr. Hassan, the owner, was also very helpful. I recommend everyone book it. انها شقة جيدة ومناسبة للعائلة وموقعها جد ممتاز مما يجعلك تتنقل داخل مدينة الرباط بدون الحاجة للسيارة وكذلك تعامل السيد حسن صاحبها كان في المستوى المطلوب أنصح الجميع بحجزها

It was kinda cold especially the floors. They can really use a carpet floor runner all the way down the big hall.

Reviewed Mar 9, 2026Nous avons passé un séjour de 5 nuits à 4 personnes dans cette appartement situé sur l'avenue Mohamed V (les champs Elysées de la capitale) à 5 minutes à pied de la gare de Rabat Ville et 10 minutes à pieds de la médina ainsi que toutes commodités. Le tram est à quelques pas et donne accès de partout. (Pas besoin de taxi). C'est un emplacement de premier choix pour découvrir la ville ou simplement en profiter. Je ne peux que vous le conseiller. Cadre très joli, securisé, appartement très fonctionnel tout y est. Quelques mots pour l'hôte qui se prénomme Hasaan, c'est une personne adorable et au petit soin 😊, à découvrir car d'autant plus intéressant. Merci encore 🙏🏼

كل شيء في الشقة متوفر ومعد جيدا ومرتب وعلى أحسن مايرام..

Apartament bardzo stylowo urządzony, widać że jest to mieszkanie w którym ktoś mieszkał, a nie zwyczajny pokój hotelowy jakich wiele. Super widok z balkonu, bardzo bogato urządzone mieszkanie, sporo udogodnień. Czystość na najwyższym poziomie. Do tego świetna lokalizacja w pobliżu dworca kolejowego. Nieopodal bogato wyposażony i czynny do późnych godzin sklep
Mimo posiadania pralki nie było jednak proszku do prania co jednak nie okazało się kłopotem bo w pobliżu funkcjonował sklep (o czym poinformował nas natychmiast właściciel gdy zgłosiliśmy mu problem :)

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025The location of the apartment is very central which is easy to walk in the city. it's next to art museum, there is small park next to the apartment building. the apartment is big. you can find anything you need. street parking is easy.
the home is old and smell not so good. there are many personal items in the home, you feel someone is living there, not really like rental home. there is only one AC in one bed room. no AC in living room. some update is needed

L’emplacement est idéal : proche des commerces, restaurants et sites incontournables de la ville, tout en offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur la capitale. L’appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très bien équipé et parfaitement propre, ce qui nous a permis de nous sentir comme chez nous. Mention spéciale pour l’accueil : l’hôte est très réactif, disponible et soucieux du confort de ses voyageurs. C’est une adresse que nous recommandons vivement et où nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain séjour à Rabat !

The house was very clean and comfortable and we loved that is like a little museum!! Hassan is an excellent host!! He even booked us a taxi to go to the airport at 3 am and he woke up at 2 am to help us. Wonderful men, one of our best stays in Morocco ☺️
