Nelibilo se mi, že sme požiadali o snidanovy balíček, nakoľko ubytovaní nebolo levne a stravovaní bylo v cene. Náš odjezd na letište byl v 5 ráno a bylo nám receno, že "balíčky se už nedelají, delali se predtým". Hodiť do pytliku kus peciva, banán nebo jablko, malé maslo, maly džem, jogurt nebo pripraviť sendvič se šunkou je levná a jednoduchá záležitosť. Jen kdyby se chtelo, že ?

Pokoje czyste i przestronne. Miałam pokoj Premier z tarasem bali bed i widokiem na morze. Świetny wybór. Jedzenie dobre, codziennie "inna kuchnia". Na śniadania raczej to samo, ale spory wybór. Obsługa bardzo miła I pomocna. Mozna wypozyczyc rower za 10€/day.

Klimatyzacja w pokoju była bardzo głośna, zeby móc spac- na noc, trzeba bylo ją wylaczyc- nie szlo zmniejszyć mocy nawiewu.

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options and we enjoyed the pool. The staff was very kind and nice.

I booked a Sea View room, we received a room on the ground/first floor, so not really a view. Our room was not very clean. A proper beach is far away.

Le dîner pouvait être de meilleur qualité certains jours, les desserts n'étaient pas au top.

Die Zimmer sind praktisch und komfortabel. Die Lage des Hotels als Ausgangspunkt Spaziergang nach Palma ist optimal.

Beim Abendessen vermisse ich eine vegetarische Variante oder auch mehr Salat und Gemüseauswahl. Bei der Brotauswahl zum Frühstück wäre ein schönes Vollkornbrot (nicht nur ein bröseliges Verpacktes) sehr gut.

Das Personal ist sehr unfreundlich, die Zimmer sind nicht gründlich sauber ,die Handtücher hatten Flecken. Es gibt wenig Platz am Pool, die großen Liegen muss man extra bezahlen.

Sehr gute Standort, war alles in der Nahe. Strand 5 Minuten etfernt, sowie auch sehr gute Restaurants und Einkaufsladen. Im Hotel sehr freundliches Willkommen, sehr nettes Personal. Sauberkeit vom Zimmern und Gang sehr aufgepasst, das Essen sehr sehr lecker. Alle Empfehlungen👍🏼 Perfekte Lage👌🏼

Ca nu era plaja aproape….

Hôtel situé en bout de piste décollage des avions de l’aéroport de Palma avec toutes les minutes (chronométré) un avion en période de pointe. Vraiment pas top pour déjeuner ou dîner en terrasse ou au bord de piscine pour un prix de plus de 380 € la nuit. Personnel souvent peu avenant globalement sauf à la réception, trois interventions techniques sur équipements de la chambre(fenêtre coulissante qui ne fermait pas, poignée porte des toilettes hors service…) horaires piscine limité 9h 18h 30, buffet du soir qui est débarrassé totalement à 21h30 avec la responsable de service qui à 21h20 vient à votre table tous les soirs pour vous dire qu’il vous reste que 10 mn pour vous servir…séjour idéal dans un hôtel que je m’étonne que booking.com recommande

Wie immer rundum gelungen. Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, und wir kommen wieder. Nettes Personal, super Lage, sauber. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker und reichlich Auswahl. Rundum zufrieden.

Pool was quite small - very warm and also everyone has to “hang” around the edge as it deepens quickly.

Renovations are lovely. Favourite club roof top is very chilled but bar service up there is poor and phone doesn’t always work. Staff were lovely. Good breakfast. Luke’s massage was amazing. Favourite club is chilled. Fizz hour.

Personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en doen heel veel voor je.

We hadden last van mieren in onze kamer en het douche putje stonk ontzettend erg zodra je ging douchen. Dit was echt niet uit te houden. Ook vond ik dat ze beter mochten handhaven op bedjes claimen in de ochtend bij het zwembad. Bij elke plek hing een kaart met dat je geen lig bed mocht claimen, toch gebeurde dit elke dag weer. Heel veel lege bedjes met al een handdoek erop. Onze laatste dag hebben we dit ook maar gedaan, want we wilden verzekerd zijn van een plekje.

I have no words to explain this hotel, it was magnificent, from start to finish, we were welcomed with a lovely smile, a cold fan and a glass of water, we were shown all the extras that we had with our booking, breakfast was plenty of choice, and always warm, pool was delightful, our room with air con was a god send as it was 35/40C when we were there

There is plenty of signs asking not to reserve sun loungers, however this was over looked, plenty people had towels down as soon as sun was up, but were no where to be seen all day, Id have liked something to be done about this, wasnt fair

Heel mooi luxueus hotel met alles erop en eraan ! Super vriendelijk personeel ! Het buffet was rijkelijk en erg lekker ! Je kon er ook fietsen huren waarmee je dan langs de kust zalige ritjes kon maken !

Het hotel ligt nabij de luchthaven. Dus in de vroege ochtend veroorzaakten de opstijgende vliegtuigen wel wat lawaai

Overall, the stay was very satisfactory. The room was clean and comfortable. The bufet was good. Staff was very helpful

Even though the hotel is facing the sea, it does not have direct access to beach, the closest beach is 15 minutes walking distance away. It is a good hotel if you want to relax, but guests were mostly elderly people. So if you want to have a vacation with fun activities in the hotel, this will not be a good choice for you.

El último día sin electricidad y agua aunque no fue culpa del hotel.

Property is lovely. We have stayed there twice before.

There was an electricity outage on the Friday and Saturday of our 3 day stay. I understand these things happen and have no problem with that. However, we were not informed in any way what the status was . On the Saturday night we had to climb 4 flights to the 4th floor in darkness. It was very dangerous. We are a fit couple but my husband is 73 and I am 67. We could not use our phone torches as we were unable to charge them so did not have the use of our phones. We had planned on watching the England France World Cup match but could not do so as there was no power. We would have booked a taxi to another area if we thought the electricity would be out for a long time. We had to leave our bedroom door open during the night to create a breeze with the balcony window. When I spoke to the reception to see if there would be a compensation I was told it was nothing to do with the hotel and to contact my provider. Booking.com.

Heerlijk aan het strand, rustig gelegen en toch in de buurt van restaurants en bars

Dat wordt toegestaan dat iedere ochtend gasten de handdoeken over de (beperkte) ligbedden leggen en pas later op de dag de ligbedden daadwerkelijk gaan gebruiken. Bij een hotel als deze (adults only) past dit niet

Tout s'est tres bien déroulé pendant ce séjour. Les repas sont bons et copieux. La vue magnifique et effectivement la proximité de l'aéroport n'est absolument pas un soucis.

Attention cet hotel est strictement non fumeur. Un petit coin aménagé aux abords de l'hotel serait appréciable. (banc) Pas assez de transats car comme partout les clients de l'hotel ....irrespectueux, bloquent des le petit déjeuner les transats avec leur serviette et un livre. Et on les voit arriver à 14h apres leur balade. C'est tres désagréable.

The hotel is in a lovely location, amazing sea views. Staff were lovely, everything was clean and the beds were really comfy.

People were reserving sun beds then disappeared for hours, no monitoring of this by staff despite it saying not allowed.

Servicen i resepsjonen var fantastisk. Vi bodde kun en natt, men fikk tilgang til bagasjerom og gym /velvære for å skifte /dusje når rommet ikke var klart.

Gym/velvære burde ha separat toalett og dusj.

Good location for an overnight stay close to airport

Room assigned was not the room booked. Took too much time to resolve a solution. Great staff but should not have been “bumped” without a reasonable explanation.

We had a fantastic stay at AluaSoul Palma Hotel Adults Only in Mallorca. The hotel is in a beautiful location with stunning sea views, especially from the rooms, which were spotless and very well maintained throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always attentive. A special mention goes to Yusuf Garcia and the reception team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and looked after from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes, and it was the perfect way to start each day overlooking the sea. Overall, a wonderful adults-only hotel with great service, clean and comfortable rooms, amazing views, and a fantastic breakfast. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mallorca.

Izcila kārtība, tīrība. Personāls- ļoti laipns, smaidīgs. Izcila, veselīga ēdināšana. Ceļoju kopā ar suni, recepcijā jautāja, vai sunītim būtu nepieciešama sava guļvieta, trauki. Droši ceļojiet turp ar savu mājas mīluli!

Breakfasts still the same, small selection of lactose-free and gluten-free products. Hotel is great but very far from the beaches. High price does not match the value, my expectations were greater.

The property was actually gorgeous. The gym was really nice and my favorite thing was the breakfast. It was absolutely phenomenal!

The staff seemed to have a bit of an attitude about answering our questions. I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I asked a question.

Amazing sea view, not far from the city (15-20 min drive). Quiet area other than the planes. The breakfast was really nice.

The pool is really cold and not temperature controlled.

Early check in was not very wellcoming nor swift. Felt actually quite unwellcome with our 5 person party and 3 room reservation. Paid all upon arrival, however, the last person checking out next day had to pay tourist tax-fees and something extra again for whole party to be allowed to leave hotel. Double charge was returned later (card payment), but caused unnecessary stress, delay and irritation.
