We experienced a double booking of our reservation, which caused unnecessary expenses for Grab fare and wasted our time and effort. To date, no refund has been issued, and we were informed it may take 7 to 12 business days. Given the inconvenience and additional costs incurred, I believe compensation should also cover the Grab fare and the disruption caused. Otherwise, I will be compelled to leave a negative review. On top of this, no accommodation was provided, leaving us without a place to stay.

The unit has a good view, especially being located on the 44th floor. The cityscape from above is just nice especially on roof deck and was something I was really looking forward to enjoying.

However, my stay was significantly affected by the presence of crawling insects, particularly cockroaches. They were frequently seen on the walls, floors, table tops, kitchen area, inside cabinets, and even in the toilet and shower area. I am not that sensitive (or maarte) to insects. It really challenged my patience. While they are not aggressive, it is very concerning that they do crawl on personal belongings, utensils, and food if left unattended even briefly, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the stay. I was thankful that none were found on the bed. I appreciate the host for providing an insect spray when I requested one, especially since there were previous comments about insects. Unfortunately, the issue seemed more serious than expected, and I had to request a stronger spray as the insects appeared tolerant to ordinary bug spray. I personally had to spray more than ten during my stay (if only I could send videos and more photos). I also noticed insects in the hallway, which may indicate a broader sanitation concern within the building. They come in to the rooms or they were from the rooms of that floor. I believe that even if a place or its furnishings are older, as long as cleanliness and proper sanitation are prioritized, the overall experience can still be very positive. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as addressing pest control and sanitation would greatly improve guest comfort and allow future visitors to truly enjoy the beautiful view this unit offers.

The worst is cockroaches, there are a lot of them and the remedies don't help. You're sitting at work at your computer, and a cockroach is quietly crawling around your desk. The worst thing was when a cockroach got on my face while I was sleeping

Location is great

When I stayed in the unit, the A/C was leaking water on the floor which made it slippery. The shower did not have any curtains and the floor got wet and slippery with no anti slip mats provided. The iron in the room had a damaged chord which sparked when I plugged the iron into the outlet. I almost got shocked when I plugged the iron into the power outlet.

Where do I even start. As soon as we got there, we realized the bed frame was broken. I notified the team and they apologized, said they weren't aware and offered me a change of apartment. I said ok, but while we waited for further information, we realized the bed had a makeshift beam holding it in place (poorly), which meant they were perfectly aware of it being broken anf had decided not to do anything about it and then proceeded to lie to me. When I confronted them about it there was no further explanation, no apology, nothing. I asked for pictures of the alternative room as I was obviously now suspicious about its state and they accused me of being distrusting and said I should just cancel and they would just reimburse the money. By then, it was almost 9pm and we only had one day in Manila, so finding another place wasn't an option. We decided to stay, and had to place the mattress on the floor to be safe. Later we also discovered there were cockroaches in the apartment. The shower door is broken. Worst place I have ever stayed and worst customer service.

I liked the location and the view is amazing. The bed is comfortable.

There were a lot of cockroaches in the house. They were everywhere—on the bed, on the toilet, on the walls—and the owner was unreachable by phone when needed, which made emergencies difficult.

Close to the airport and easy to arrive with a Grab. Lovely clean room and great views. Nice pool, too! Felt safe and comfortable.

There's nothing not to like.

Good location, aircon is working properly, and the host is very cooperative.

The host tried their best to stay in touch and connected. However ground staff and security are extremely rude and ignorant of how to behave with guests and have no manners in customer dealing. The filipino man sitting their at the counter needs to take some customer service courses maybe. I hope the management of Amorsolo Tower will look into this as this causes bad experience in checking in..

The location was accessible to all the prime locations and just a 20-minute ride to the Manila city. The access to the apartment was hassle free. The city view was awesome especially during the dawn and at night. Overall, it was a comfortable stay!

Easy place to find and the location is great. The property is well maintained and has everything you need for a short stay.

Nice views, good location near shops and supermarket, nice pool.

Last floor and elevator is too slow and full people, also some of them are not working. So everytime you go back and up takes minimum 10 mins.

Easy to find from the airport, securities and front desk were helpful yet strict following protocols. Apart that it near the top building, it is also near the airport intl and malls like greenbelt, glorietta makati! The room is clean and sheets. For a toddler that is not hyper, the place is not a problem.

When the elevator available is full, it takes awhile to reached the floor.

We did a great stay to this unit 4420, i highly recommend this unit, its clean with free water and the view is stunning. What you see is what you get and the owner/caretaker is friendly and very accommodating.

The only thing that I don't like is the other sliding door of the shower room is missing.

Nice one but the only thing i hope they have a look on at is the quality is the bed, everything is weak and low quality on the bed, i have got a neck pain because of the awful cushions and mattress.

It is in a really cool and safe location, like 20n8n away from airport It is near a shopping mall where you can get your sim card, withdraw money and eat something. The place is on the 44th floor, so great views You do the check in and check out for yourself, nothing to add there. It is a small apartment but nothing wrong with it

A little confused about what tower was the apartment, plus didn't quite understand at first how to get the key, and the people at the reception don't really help you (quite understandably though given the number of flats)

The place was good, best at most. May fridge and microwave na apaka bongga! May smart tv and wifi din na apaka bilis. I love it. The view is also stunning pag gabi. Super love!

The staff sa front desk. Wag nalang kayo mag rely sa kanila. Much better if you reach out to the owner. Plus ang bait ni owner. Plus points 🫶

Rooftop was exciting. Garden and swimmingpool areas were very nice. Lockerrooms,showers,toilets,sauna also available near pools. Poolarea is very nice also eveningtime and easy to access(6th floor ),no wristband and registration hassle like in some other places. Our room was in 44th floor(top floor in the building ) so thats an other experience too. LOTS of restaurants,small shops etc. around the "Beacon towers" . Showerbooth,fridge,microwave oven,big closet,big tv and in correct place,3rd guest bed is an actual bed,not a foam like i have met in some other places. Water kettle,cooking ware,plates,cups etc. available if needed. Floor fan and good silent aircon are also worth mentioning. Internet connection,free wifi works well in the room. A big bodymirror is something which women can appreciate and few decorative flowers and plants and bedlight make place more homelike. Extension powercord,iron,hairblower easily available and found. A well equipped place in all.

Our door locks require oiling or checkup,had a bit difficulties to open and lock the doors. The bed is a little squeeky but much.

I love the view. So relaxing. I wish I could stay longer. The owner responds quickly too. Location is near Makati food hubs. Peaceful too. Easy to go to.

No bidet. I think the lock on the door needs to be replaced. But overall I loved the place.

The view is really stunning. If you need a place to relax with an amazing view, This place is a go to. I really recommend this place. It is not just for couples. It is also perfect for family and friends.

It was an amazing place to relax and unwind. My grandmother and I really enjoyed our stay. We will come back for sure. Amenities/Facilities are all great.
