A személyzet nagyon készséges, és segítőkész. A reggeli választéka bőséges, A szoba kicsit kicsi, és a falak sem a legvastagabbak. Az ágy kényelmes volt. A környéken sok éttermet tudtunk találni és a tömegközlekedés is sétatávolságra volt.

Sajnos egy dohányfüstös szobát kaptunk, amit a mellette lévő másik dohányfüstösre cseréltek, de egy alapos és egész napos szellőztetés segített. Okos WC helyett egy wc kefének jobban örültünk volna.

breakfast options for us seems limited (loads of local chinese options though! but really not what we'd eat for breakfast). My 9 yrs old son struggles to find anything to eat.

Lovely location! Room were big, modern, comfortable and with ample space.

Aircon system is not stable… when i wanted to turn on (or by voice control) to heat mode, cool mode came instead .. had to call for technician to fix it and I didn’t turned it off again throughout my stay.. and seemed that someone smoked in room, even though it’s non-smoking room (understanding it’s quite common in China) and luckily window in room can be opened ..

Da una struttura del genere mi sarei aspettata un livello più alto di pulizia e almeno parte dello staff che parlasse inglese. Ma nel complesso è stato tutto piacevole

Завтрак в весьма скудный и только китайская кухня. Ограниченное количество фруктов. Мало мест для расположения вдвоём, а также достаточно сильный запах от приготавливаемых блюд.

В номерах отсутствуют полки для хранения вещей, мало пространства для размещения телефона, планшета, компьютера. Вентиляция направлена так, что всё время дует на тебя. Вид из окна, подаваемый как красивый выходит во двор жилых кварталов.....

Breakfast. Poor choice of western food and no fresh juice. The breakfast room had a strong smell of food.

As we walked into reception it wreaked of cigarette. Our room was on level 3 , the windows didn’t shut properly and all you can hear was extremely loud traffic noise , it felt like we were sleeping on the street. They offer ONE pair of earplugs? Bathroom was rusted , grout was extremely dirty and floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned and bathroom amenities were half used (example half used toilet paper roll). The staff were helpful in giving me a refund although I still got charged a half day room rate. Stay at the grand hyatt it is much better than this by hyatt.

Everything feels brand new. Could be a bit hard to get to but nice area in general. Staff are really nice and there’s an amazing patio connected to the lobby.

There could be a backlog of laundry. People hog up the machines very quickly. Shower room is a bit gimmicky and prone to flooding.

Clean, comfortable room and very helpful, English speaking staff.

The breakfast choice is not too diver se (but still ok) and I found that there weren't enough seats for all guests.

We enjoyed our stay at Urcove for our first time in Chengdu! Our room was modern, super spacious and provides lots of room to place our luggage and move around. Insane value for money. They offer free top-ups for things like bottled water, towels and slippers which you can order at anytime using a smart tablet and have them delivered by a cute ROBOT which really took us by surprise. The design of the hotel feels warm and tasteful. It made us feel nice and cozy. Breakfast offers a good selection of Asian and Western style foods. We enjoyed the noodle station. The seating area was spacious and we liked the outdoor area too. I'm sure if we came at the start of breakfast it would have been even better. Special shoutout to Cici who greatly assisted us with recovering the pair of shoes we accidentally left in the hotel room! Thanks to your help, we were able to get our shoes back very quickly (they were also shoes that we bought for a friend so we were so glad that you were able to help us deliver them in time). Another shoutout to Jason at the front desk who assisted us with check-in. He was very personable, friendly and kind. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and will recommend Urcove to our friends and family!

The only feedback I had with breakfast was organisation. There was no one standing in front of the restaurant to take our room number or greet us which we find strange. We kind of just walked in and talked to a lady who was topping up yogurt to ask if we can sit down and got a lukewarm confirmation. There was little to no cleaning up of the food crumbs left by customers around the buffet station so it seemed a bit messy. They ran out of cups at the tea & coffee station and there was no one to top them up. Another small thing was that we arrived at 7am on our first day to drop our luggage. The two young men at the reception saw us walk in but did not acknowledge us or say hi to us which made it really awkward. I thought I walked into the wrong floor for a few seconds. I had to approach them to say hi and asked for help. They eventually did help us store our luggage but the whole interaction was awkward and not what I expected. But the staff we met after that were all warm and nice. So we just assume those young men were new or just tired from working an overnight shift.

Excellent room, gym is fine, staff very good. Bear in mind 1. if you don't speak Mandarin you may need google translate 2. The same room will be charged more if occupied by two people rather than one, so select carefully. It's a very short walk to the central area/metro and plenty of little shops nearby. There is a car entrance and a person entrance, reception is unusually on floor 4!
