Reviewed Sep 2, 2026La ubicació és perfecte. Molt aprop del temple Wenshu. Les instalacions son molt modernes i el bany molt ben equipat i net. La dutxa tenia molt bona pressió. L'encarregada del hotel ens va portar fruita a l'habitació tots els dies. Hi ha zona de rentadora i assecadora que van molt bé.
La moqueta estava bruta i desgastada. Cada cop que posaves la targeta a l'habitació s'obrien les cortines, s'encenien totes les llums i sonava una música en xinès. No caldria gastar tanta energia en això cada cop que entres a l'habitació.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026We zijn in dit hotel hartelijk ontvangen. Vriendelijk personeel. Emily (manager) staat altijd voor je klaar. Ze heeft een ontbijtbox voor ons geregeld toen we in de ochtend niet konden ontbijten vanwege een excursie. Kamer is groot en schoon. Veel raam met gezellig uitzicht over de straat. Elke dag vers fruit. Hotel ligt vlakbij een metrostation (50 meter).

Reviewed Dec 21, 2025It was very good location, centre of the city, very clean, amazingly helpful staff that quickly helped address any issues and help with luggage, security guard was great and very polite! The breakfast was brilliant, had everything and cooked fresh, the rooms were very clean and well maintained by the cleaning staff. Couldn’t fault this hotel really and would consider it the best hotel I’ve stayed in for a while and definitely in China! Like finding a diamond amongst in the rough! Would stay again if visiting Chengdu.
Could have had something to wear in shower for feet as slippy but did provide a mat for use. Also a fridge would have been helpful but those are items that aren’t a must but good to have!

Reviewed Nov 19, 2025De kamer was heel erg fijn, modern en genoeg faciliteiten. Daarnaast is het hotel vlak naast een metrostation en er is een kleine convenience store in de buurt, wat ideaal is. Daarnaast was het personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik heb nog nooit zo’n behulpzaam personeel meegemaakt!

We are not sure why it has got such a good rating as the hotel is far from the reality as advertised. The breakfast was awful. Guests seem to be smoking in much of the communal areas and this is carried on to one's clothes. Staff do not stop people smoking in the lobby area. Terrible place. The hotel looks big but has only one floor of rooms it seems. Has this hotel been inspected as the photos show a very different "aspect"?

The name of the hotel is Kali Jyue Hotel. It is the small building in the picture. The voice control is disturbing (at least for non Chinese guests) rather than helpful. The TV wasn’t working but we didn’t need it anyway. The carpet had stains.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Отличное расположение в паре минут от метро. Недалеко расположен небольшой исторический квартал. Номер просторный, очень удобная кровать, каждый день приносили фрукты в номер. Отличный, разнообразный завтрак.
Очень не хватало утюга в номере, пришлось ходить в постирочную для того, чтобы воспользоваться отпаривателем. Несколько раз заказывали ранний завтрак. Он очень скромный, им не наешься. Но это небольшие мелочи, которые совсем не повлияли на общее отличное впечатление.

I controlli smart sono molto fighi e ti permettono con la voce (ed un po di cinese) di controllare tutte le features della camera. Il posto super strategico (a due passi dalla metro) e anche a piedi si può visitare il monastero e parte della città antica. Il soggiorno è stato estremamente gradevole e anche la colazione aveva sia piatti cinesi che pietanze europee entrambe buone
Se si potesse anche pranzare /cenare nell'hotel sarebbe fantastico visto che ha una ampia sala per la colazione!

Anche se, rispetto ad altre strutture, l'inglese lo parlavano, era comunque riservato a pochi membri dello staff. In compenso tramite WeChat è comunque possibile chiedere qualsiasi informazione in inglese senza problemi

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Хороший отель. Проживание было комфортным. Сначала нас заселили в номер, пропахший табаком. На следующий день, по нашей просьбе, нас переселили в другой номер без запаха табака. Отель приспособлен для длительного проживания, чайник в номере, каждый день приносили фрукты. Есть прачечная самообслуживания, тренажерный зал для любителей спорта. На завтрак был шведский стол. Достаточно разнообразный набор блюд и вкусно готовили. Особенно хочется сказать добрые слова про персонал отеля и администратора Эмили. Много раз нам помогала в решении разных вопросов: как доехать, где купить, что посмотреть, заказать такси и т.д. Расположение отличное. Рядом с метро. Много кафе и круглосуточный магазин в здании отеля. Рекомендую этот отель. И в свою вторую поездку опять остановлюсь в этом отеле.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2025Хороший отель, центр города, в 15 метрах от отеля вход в метро, в 1-1,5 км монастырь Wenshu. Многие достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Рядом есть удобные магазины, улочки с едой и кофе на любой вкус. Приветливый персонал, вкусные завтраки, стараются помочь если у тебя возникла какая-то проблема.
Нет холодильника и сейфа в номере. У телевизора отельная прошивка, нет приложений Youtube или любых других доступных на Android TV.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2025This was a conveniently located hotel directly on the Metro line. It was relatively close to most areas, but then, with the Metro and inexpensive Taxi and Didi rides, everything is close. It's really nice that there's a small shop within 20 meters out the back door of the hotel. I can't say enough about Emily who went out of her way to message us on WeChat offering non-stop assistance and providing a plethora of suggestions on what to see and do, not only in Chengdu, but in our next city of Chongqing. The breakfast was alway delicous and plentiful, and again, the dining room staff were so friendly and helpful to us every morning. I know it doesn't matter to everyone, but we are in our late 60s and found free admission to the Panda reserve and most other Chinese national parks and venues.
