Property was good and clean,but we find bedbugs in bed. Room services was not available,not even coffee served in the morning. Packed Breakfast provided was too cold. Property located at cool and calm place,swimming pool was under repair.

It was one of the best hotel we've ever stayed.. totally recommend... Friendly staff ..friendly surrounding... Only problem is parking like very rare situation but otherwise would toooooots recommend...breakfast was amazing... Very smooth check in and check out..bathroom is amazing... We were 7 guests and all of enjoyed...

The bathroom wash basin tap is not working. The bathroom window is open and opening to the next bathroom. So it was noicy in our room when other room was occupied.This 105 room. 106 is ok. Breakfast timings 9 am is too late. No coffee or tea served.

The stay and room everything was ok in bathroom from ventilator peigon are their feathers are falling in bathroom and more over I had paid the amount before going to room only in cash but they were asking me till I checked out I had paid in cash to a house keeping staff I don't understand how will they keep on asking while checked out also the lady is coming and asking did u pay or not I don't understand and no front desk manager except this everything ok

There was not even a wash basin in the bathroom. No drinking water, no clean towels and shower kit or dental kit. There were no staff at night. We booked a stay for 3 nights and after the first night, we were asked to shift to another room. This change of room was not communicated during the booking time and we waited around half an hour to get the newly allotted room cleaned.

Bathroom was not cleaned . Previous person tooth brush was found . Soap was missed and later given local brand soap which was too bad . Internet speed is horrible.

Unprofessional, Filthy, and Fraudulent – Avoid This Place! Our stay here was an absolute disaster and completely ruined our trip. Despite paying the full amount in advance through Booking.com, the staff claimed they were overbooked, blamed the platform, and only "arranged" a room after we pleaded with them. Instead of the private double bedroom with a hall and kitchen that we paid for, they forced us into a 3-bedroom apartment shared with a completely random family. The property itself is just a basic residential building with zero hospitality: the swimming pool was filthy, the bedsheets were covered in stains, and neither the bedroom nor the bathroom doors could be locked or even closed properly, completely compromising our privacy. Additionally, the location is down an incredibly narrow road that is nearly impossible for car access, and they don't serve breakfast until 10:00 AM, which is completely unreasonable when traveling with kids under 10 who cannot wait that long to eat. This place is total garbage, completely misrepresented on this site, and Booking.com needs to investigate their fraudulent room allocation.

1. The man in charge was unresponsive to calls... 2 There was hardly anyone at the reception, whenever we needed something... 3. There was no provision to hang clothes in the room... (No place to keep used clothes...) 4. Breakfast was delivered too late (0930 am)... Totally unsuitable for tourists who want an early start to the day... 5. Did not provide basic tea / coffee facilities in the room / flat...

The rooms shown online is different, very small rooms basic and I believe it can't be considered as an hotel. I would avoid this place

Room booked was deluxe. But thef revised an ordinary room. There is no proper response from gate facility and no refund given due to their mistake. Facility was very average.

Property was really good for the price we paid. The manager and staff were very polite and helpful. One of the best places to stay for a middle-class budget. The apartment was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average, but overall everything else was excellent. A very comfortable stay in Pondicherry.

The manager was not responsive. Refused to provide receipts or bills for payments made. Argued that it's booking.com's responsibility and not his.

It could not called as Hotel/Lodge. It is a service apartment. Packed breakfast given. No kitchen. No tea or coffee. No shops nearby also.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Zimmer komfortabel und sehr sauber. Angenehm auch der Vorraum mit Sitzmöglichkeit und die Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Lage ist leider nicht optimal. Hotel liegt zwar in einer Seitenstrasse, aber 200 m weiter ist eine sehr befahrene Strasse. In der Küche leider keine Kochplatten.

Staff was rude, lacked basic amenities like kettle and hot water. Had to ask several times for soap and toiletries which I eventually bought all by myself. No phone inside room, have to come out to call the reception. They don't have a kitchen also, forget restaurant. Upon asking for things, the staff people started fighting. At one point I was even concerned for our safety. Had to cut short my trip because of the stupid hotel. Even raised issue with Booking.com but no response from the team.

3BHK was neatly maintained and rooms were spacious. All 3 bedrooms were equipped with AC and bathrooms. Car parking and lift service was helpful.

Everything was great!

Rajesh and his team were extremely friendly and hospitable during the entirety of our stay. Despite Rajesh not being there when we arrived and the language difficultly we were taken care of so well by the lovely ladies that were at the front desk. Such a beautiful staff that were generous and attentive to us. The room was amazing and clean and suited our travels perfectly. For the price, this hotel is fantastic value. Thank you!

There was no breakfast. We need to pre-order them. It is a flat with 3 bedroom, hall and kitchen. Excellent choice for family/friends travelling in large groups. House was clean and new. Location is close to main road.

The checkout time was not mentioned while checking in and charged extra 700 for one hour delay.

Well maintenance homes and gently handling staff

First of all, I didn't expect the rooms to look exactly like they did in the pictures — but they truly did! Their maintenance is absolutely commendable. The complimentary breakfast they provided was also very good. When I first saw the property on Booking.com, I really liked it and went ahead with the booking. After that, I called the manager, and he informed me that I needed to pay half the amount (₹7,000) in advance via UPI. He also mentioned that if the payment wasn’t made within 24 hours, the booking would be canceled. I hesitated a bit since we didn’t receive any formal proof of payment. But something about the process felt trustworthy, so I decided to take a chance — and I’m so glad I did. The experience exceeded my expectations in every way, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable stay.

I would like to bring to your attention that the bathroom had an unpleasant smell during my stay. I kindly request you to look into the matter and ensure appropriate cleaning or ventilation is carried out.

The apartments are very clean. The staff are great. Special shout out to Robin. The cleaning staff are available during the day and are very prompt when called. They provide a reasonable south Indian breakfast that is delivered to the room. Reasonable amount of parking - didn't have problems except for one day when I had to park on the street after arriving back after 11pm. Check in is at 12noon which is pretty good. The property is very close to the main road. We were about 24 and everyone enjoyed the convenience of staying together - one wouldn't have this comfort for family get together staying in a hotel.

Suggestions for improvement: The scheduled breakfast time of 9 to 930am is LATE. It was delayed beyond 930am for one of they days when I was there. If they can deliver the breakfast along with the coffee they give at around 8am, it will be very good. The kitchen is nice, but no cooktop provided possibly due to safety reasons. But, if they could provide a microwave and a kettle without having to ask it would be great. The bathroom quality is in line with what the property charges (don't expect a five star level bathroom - it is non-ac but with a hot water heater available to provide hot water 24/7). There are some stray dogs around so although I was at the very top, I did wake up a couple of times due to their incessant barking. Although the address was clear, google maps wouldn't take you from the main road if you are coming from certain directions - it forces you through very small roads.

Comfortable with ample space for our family group of 8. Good welcoming and helpful staff, (when you find them).

*Extra bed mattress provided, but no cot. Expected for us to sleep on floor. *Coffee/tea available only after 0800 am and breakfast after 0900. A kettle with coffee/tea/sugar will be great in room. *staffing at reception needs to be relooked at. Most of the time found a mobile number left on the desk. *Location- is a away from all local attractions
