They never asked before providing breakfast in to room, very unprofessional behaviour about breakfast. We didn’t take that kind of breakfast & already told that we want breakfast pure Jain type veg but they didn’t bother about that want to eat or not.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026The property was great and at a prime location. The size of the rooms were decent and quite well maintained. The reception staff were courteous and friendly.
The biggest inconvenience was the parking. The cars were parked inside but they kept calling at odd hours to move the car. We even deposited the key as asked but early morning they called us to move the car. Furthermore, the bedsheet and towels weren't upto the mark and seemed very old, they had specs of dirt here and there.

AC was not working properly , even after informing several times they did not address it and facility has been calling after the day of check out for demanding extra money regarding cleaning for spilling transparent alcohol on floor even though they clearly checked the room before check out .

Not a downside... But it had a small parking space, can accommodate only 5 cars. But they told they have parking at near by location as well am not sure

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Room is not cleaned properly, still we could witness Hair on the bed of previous stay. Bed spread is not cleaned at all and old stains of previous people is still visible. Toilet cover not cleaned and it is broken. Bucket and Mug were full of dirty stains.
The helper who provided Idlis, is money minded and he is not monitored by Proprietor. The idlis just 6 nos we ordered, was so minimal in cost, but he got them from road side shop and our stomachs got upset from next morning. Such mentality is pathetic.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2025The location was close to white town, rock beach, restaurants and shopping centre. Rooms were big and ac was cooling well. Check-in was smooth. Overall it was ok for the price we paid. Breakfast was ok, no complaints.
Bedsheets and bath towels were worn out and stains. Tea kettle was broken and not working. Tea bags were kept open, without the sachet please refer pictures attached. Parking is inconvenient for hotel staff and the guests as well. Nearby Parking available in the late night .Few issues hotel management could fix however, hotel rates are cheaper compared to other accommodation nearby.

Breakfast-The hotel offered a standarized box of Breakfast with the limited, preset menu that remained same each day which was monotonous and the boxes were being delivered at 8AM and by the time we were eating, the food was becoming soggy and cold.
