Établissement bien situé, aux portes de la vieille ville. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, grande piscine, avec plein de bouées. Service de laundry bien pratique.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt im The Warehouse sehr genossen. Besonders gut hat mir der coole Industriestyle gefallen. Der Pool war perfekt für eine erfrischende Abkühlung, die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist hervorragend – von hier aus ist vieles schnell und unkompliziert zu erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich top. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten und kann das Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen!

Pool did not seem very clean

Our room was a great size with plenty of space for unpacking what we needed and storing our suitcases. We had a family room with bunk beds (the phrase doesn't really do it justice - essentially two queen/king size beds stacked on top of each other) and the kids loved that. Everything felt very modern and the bathroom was massive. The swimming pool is a decent size and we were happy to let the kids splash around for a couple of hours each day to cool off. Location-wise this was a great base for exploring the local night markets, temples and taking day trips. It's also right next to a number of small cafes / coffee shops, and as a result we didn't opt to have breakfast in the hotel and decided to explore instead. Shout out to the coffee at STAY & STI.L around the corner. Like many hotels in Thailand were were each provided with a bottle of water every day, which is a nice touch.

A real nit-pick, but could have done with a towel holder next to the basin.

The rooms are huge, real rustic style. Easy walk to most places.

The pool is shared with another backpackers and they allow people to come pay a fee to use the pool. Very little flexibility with early check in, I asked prior and was told I can check in early if room is ready then when I arrived was strongly informed that check in is 2pm. Not the place to stay if you want to get into your room early.

A great wee complex with vintage shops, nice restaurants and lots to see and explore in the vicinity. Chiang Mai has so many little gems of areas like this - and the pool area is great. Plenty sunbathing and dipping to be had, perfect to sweat off the previous night's beer and cocktail fest at the local Soi Dog (jazzy) blues bar! 😄

Lokalizacja perfekt. Łóżko wygodne. Wyposażenie łazienki super. Klima, czajnik wszystko okej. Duży pokój, nawet bardzo. Jest gdzie się rozłoży. Ładnie złożone ręczniki :) Bardzo czysto jak na Azję.

Trochę głośno. Pokój przy pokoju i słaba dźwiękoszczelność, więc mocno słychać to, co dzieje się na zewnątrz. To jest dość imprezowa okolica, więc jak trafią się głośni sąsiedzi, to będzie głośno całą noc. Dla ludzi ze słabym snem to może być problem.

The Warehouse is in a really funky area of Chiang Mai, so it’s a good base to head out and explore lots of local bars, shops and restaurants. The rooms are a good size, beds comfy, and it was convenient to do laundry, too.

We had a room that opened directly onto the pool and it was SO noisy with children splashing and screaming (there were over 12 kids rubber rings in the pool), especially as the door didn’t seal closed. After asking a few times we were able to move rooms which was better - but if you’re a couple or group of friends looking for a chilled place to relax with a pool, this is not it!

Ran out of gin and tonics for a few days - and not replenished whilst we stayed. One member of staff was not so friendly.

The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the dogs are very cute and gentle. The hotel is located in a quiet place close to the old city, so it's easy to experience more liveliness when you feel like it or just relax if you want to. It was my second time staying here, and I enjoyed it both times. I will probably stay here again the next time I visit Chiang Mai.

Sometimes bottled water was placed outside my room when I was not there. I think it would be better to leave a note for the guest or have the option to pick it up later because it would be left in the sun all day otherwise.

The saltwater pool was not clean, and there was no shower in the poolarea, so people just jumped in sweaty with sun lotion. I do not recommend to put your head under. Some of the afternoons quite noisy kids in the poolarea, but that is what it is. We rented bikes which was great for getting around. Free coffee in the lobby, and nice staff.

Det var fuldstændig som forventet ud fra billeder og beskrivelse. Fint værelse med en dejlig sofa og et godt køleskab. Beliggenheden er helt perfekt i gåafstand til den gamle bydel, men ikke alt for turistet. Poolen er rigtig fin og der er en hyggelig, rustik atmosfære på stedet. Alt i alt fint til prisen.

Deres wifi fungerede nærmest ikke i den ene ende af værelset. Det værste var, at man skulle logge på igen hver gang ens device havde været slukket. Kloakken på badeværelset lugtede frygteligt og den eneste løsning, personalet havde var, at vi skulle lade udsugningen køre konstant - det fjernede ikke al lugten, men til gengæld larmede det. Vinduerne er meget tynde, så der er helt utroligt lydt ift. støj udefra. Den ene morgen vågnede vi fordi der blev fejet med en kost udenfor! Sengene er temmelig hårde og der er kun én fælles dyne til hver dobbeltseng.

I didn't expect that the pool is also used by the hostel connected to the hotel and people can also pay to use it. This makes it busier than we expected but everyone was friendly with people of all ages. No smoking policy at the pool area wasn't enforced l. All that said we would use again.

Comfy bed, very clean room. great balcony with full Sun. A bonus if you didn't want to lay by the pool. Tea & coffee & water is free in the rooms. The hotel is quite quirky in setting. Staff are lovely. The surrounding alleyway is quaint. Little shops & coffee bars. Great little restaurant at the bottom of the alleyway. We enjoyed our stay.

My shower wasn't great. Hot water was lovely, though. But the shower hose kept twisting, so the water went in the direction where it shouldn't be. Nearly flooded the bedroom at one point. So I had to take the hose off the wall & just stand & shower 🚿 near to the drain. It's not a big deal, really.

Good room size. Bonus interconnecting rooms which suited us as a family of 4. Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Excellent location.

Příjemný a milý personál a celkový servis hotelu / laundry servis, půjčení motorky, možnost snídaně bez časového omezení v přilehlém bistru /café a možnost odložení zavazadel! Skvělý bazén, který přišel vhod😉 Recepce otevřena od 7 ráno do půlnoci.

Der lugtede af hash fordi folk røg selvom man ikke måtte ryge ved pool området. Altanen var lukket til af brædder. Underligt og meget ærgerligt. Spurgte om vi ku bytte værelse hvis et blev ledigt mod betaling selvfølgelig. Men personslet sagde der var fuldt booket men vi så flere flytte ud og ind. Iskold pool.

Double room was large with a fridge, kettle and hairdryer. Air conditioning was effective. Also large bathroom with an effective shower and hot water. The pool was great with enough loungers for everyone who wanted one. Near enough to walk to all the sites. Great local restaurants around the corner. Tour operators will pick you up from here although it is outside the walls. Taxis sorted out to and from the airport for us. Really good value for money. There is a hostel attached but there was no noise or problems at all from the young people staying there
