En handig dat we de huurauto achter het hek onder het hotel konden parkeren! Voortreffelijk ontbijt! Lekkere bedden en goede douche. Wat wil een mens nog meer?

Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. * Auf "Sonderwünsche" und Fragen wird - sofern irgend möglich - zeitnah eingegangen. * Das Frühstück sticht besonders hervor: Man kann aus 5 oder 6 Varianten wählen (auch Vegan). Das Frühstück wird dann für jeden Gast separat in der Küche zubereitet und am Tisch serviert. * Das Hotel liegt zentral; die Atmosphäre im Haus und der kleinen Seitenstraße ist entspannt und ruhig.
Es gibt einfach nichts, das ich bemängeln könnte. Daher nochmals ein riesiges Kompliment an das Management und die gesamte Belegschaft.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Eigenlijk alles. We hadden twee kamers met ons gezin van 4. (Kids 5 en 8) en dat beviel prima. Heel lief personeel, schoon, en fantastisch personeel . Locatie is top. Sunday market op loopafstand, hippe koffiezaak op de hoek.
Het enige kleine minpuntje was de harde straal in de douche. En er was wat schimmel op de badkamer, maar alsnog brandschoon !

La carte du petit-déjeuner pourrait être un peu plus étoffée. Car ce n’est pas un buffet et il faut choisir un menu et une seule boisson sinon il faut payer en plus.

My room was a complete letdown, resembled a prison cell and had the comfort of one. The bed was as hard as stone, then noise from the air conditioning, and the unit outside my room made it hard to sleep, along with where it was positioned, right next to the stairs, where the kids at 7: 30 going for breakfast made a racket, if you stay there, ask them not to put you in room 1103

Achei o ar condicionado do quarto um pouco fraco. Se precisa trabalhar durante a viagem, o quarto possui apenas uma mesa pequena e um sofá baixo, o que não facilita em questão de conforto.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026L’hôtel est juste à côté du centre de Chiang Mai et à 15 minutes à pied du night bazaar. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, il est à la carte. La chambre était grande et propre avec 2 salles de bain. La piscine est très agréable après la journée de balades/excursions. L’eau fraîche à disposition, c’est très appréciable. Le personnel est très disponible pour organiser les excursions, répondre aux questions.
L’insonorisation, il faut prévoir des bouchons d’oreilles.

Pool area wasn't a great size however still ok and never busy. Given there's not too many hotels in Chiang Mai with pools, this offered more than most.

The Breakfast was amazing, I was absolutely surprised by the banana pancakes and Matcha Latte, the best I've ever had! I hope I will still be able to find a room here when I come back, this place should always be fully booked!

Location was the perfect spot with a gorgeous view, perfect for coming from the busy streets of bangkok as u can walk through the quiet backroads of chiang mai. Wij hadden een drie-en tweepersoonskamer. De twee was wat gedateerd, douche miste voegen op de vloer en wat aanslag. Drie persoons was gehorig aan de weg gelegen. Zwembad is wat klein, maar prima om af te koelen. Blonde haren van onze zoon kleurden groenig door koper in water. Al met al kleine minpuntjes en snel te verhelpen.

OVERAL bordjes met waarschuwingen voor boetes / penalty!!! Bij het zwembad, op de waszak, in de gang, in de kamer een lange lijst met waarschuwingen en boete bedragen. Dit komt absoluut niet klantvriendelijk over. Het bed had aan 1 kant geen nachtkastje met een stopcontact. De wasbak in de badkamer was heel onhandig en te groot. Er was geen enkele plek om toiletartikelen neer te zetten. Dit moest ik op de grond neerzetten. Er stond 1 bord op een tafeltje, wat is het doel? Er is geen lift aanwezig. Personeel vond ik niet behulpzaam. Er was een soort van gym met slechts 2 toestellen en een mini zwembad. Ik zou hier niet nogmaals heen gaan, geen aanrader.

I was able to use the pool and facilities even though I had checked out already! I can only recommend it on all levels!

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Really good location near the old town with much less noise. Comfortable facilites like a pool and a small gym. Nice additional detailes like drinking water, pool supplies etc.
The picture of TV was quite bad and it was an issue for us, since it was the time of Football World Cup 2026. Also, the opening hours of the pool could be from morning to evening without a "closed slot" in the middle of the day.
