Spacious and fabulous location. I have to mention Aaron at the reception and Smriti at the restaurant, they were so wonderful and welcoming, always had a smile on their face. Incredible people, food and hospitality. Thank you so much for making the stay so special for us.

The overall quality of the property is good. The bar area by the pool was very nice. Chill place to spend some time with families and friends. As far as the room was concerned, we liked the washroom. Extremely neat and clean.

This property shouldn't advertise itself as a 5star property. Atmost it is a 3star property. Several basic amenities were not there which are available in a basic 3star hotel. For example, there were no slippers in the room, there was no coffee kept in the room. We got that only after asking. The door stopper was busted. Car parking is a hassle, they keep the car somewhere else under full blast of sunlight. Plus, today when we were inquiring about the delay regarding getting our car, the security told us that the valet was bringing our car, unfortunately he didn't notice that I saw my car keys in his hand. Not sure why lying was necessary for such a amall thing. Breakfast is very basic. The live egg counter needs lot more training. We ordered scrambled and sunny side up eggs, we ended up getting full fried eggs. Also, whenever any issues were pointed out there was always some excuse to cover it up.

It was a perfect location, the hotel was amazing and the staff were lovely. Especially Vivek who worked behind the bar who was very good and made sure we were looked after. They also all went the extra mile with breakfast taking requests for the next day and acting on it .

Nothing really, GOA in general is not the easiest for getting taxis so if the hotel could arrange taxis for guests that would be useful. Goa miles were work and quote us 200 rupees but then the local ones would quote the same journey for over a thousand rupees. Goa miles is good but not the easiest to work as a non Indian tourist.

Breakfast was great. It had a lot of variety. They provided baby food from live the counters as well. Complimentary baby meal (dal khichadi) and milk was an ad-on, our baby loved it! Play area and baby cot also kept the baby enternained.

Room had a bit of musty smell when we checked-in. It subdued over the next few days, but our room change request was not fulfilled.

The location of the property was very central.

The food at the property and in room dining service was overall a disappointment.

Upon check-in, I was informed that dinner, if included in the package, would be an additional Rs. 1500 per room. However, at checkout, I was informed that the dinner package had not been selected, and the charge would now be Rs. 1500 per person. Had I known this, I would not have opted for dinner at your establishment, especially given its unsatisfactory quality. Furthermore, the staff (Mr. vaibhav) stated they were unable to resolve the discrepancy, which I find highly improbable. While a 20% discount was eventually offered, it falls significantly short of the initial promise. This entire experience has left me questioning the standards of your customer service.

Breakfast is fantastic, the spread is awesome and there is good mix of buffet and live counter items. Rooms and surroundings are extremely well maintained. And location of the hotel is just perfect, beach is 5 mins walk off the hotel and there tons of restaurants in vicinity. The rooms are specious and have very nice balcony which either have view of the garden or the pool

The property is kind of built like a boutique corporate hotel, in cookie cutter way. The pool is very small and the hotel has very less grass areas. The lobby itself is quite unimpressive, you don't get the feel that its Hayatt and then walkway to the area from where all the rooms can be accessed looks like an alleyway The natural organic aesthetics is just not there. If you are looking for a nice hotel to stay, it's great. But if you want a place for a staycation when you like to spend a lot of time in hotel itself, its not for you

The location was prime. We enjoyed most of our time in the swimming pool and the rooms are very clean and hygienic. It was a comfortable and peaceful stay. The staff was welcoming.

We loved the breakfast - there was a fantastic variety of both North and South Indian options. Every member of the dining team was warm, friendly, and attentive. A special thanks to Hemanta, the security guard, who was incredibly welcoming and gave us great recommendations for nearby food, shopping, and spas!

Walking from reception to the rooms is not good if the weather is not good. Like during rainy days, summer days, humid days,etc.. Telephone was not working.

Zing Club, Excellent Food, Great Service, Very hospitable staff. The hall setting, the colors, the food spread, multi cuisine and friendliness. Very good. Keshav, Shubham, Wasim, Purnima, Smriti, Abisheka, Monu and all others very good. Mr Manoj Rawat the Head Chef was very attentive and the floor manager, Mr. Keshav all very efficient. The reception staff including Rakshith very kind and helpful.

Absence of SPA / Massage Parlor and Location! Preferred it to be on the beach instead of 10 mins away. A bit more green space to walk around.

Beautiful hotel and staff is exceptional. Aman was very helpful throughout check in. Wasim and one another lady at restaurant was always there and helpful. Food was lovely.

The property was located within a 10min walk to the beach. In close proximity to many restaurants, but not too crowded.

The staff went beyond our expectations to make this trip a memorable one. Our little joy’a first birthday. Starting from the amazing F and B department. Chef lucky, smriti, Vishal, shubham, chef Haze, chef manoj. Everyone helped us with whatever was needed. From the housekeeping, it was a wonderful gesture by Ajitesh and Gopa for their special surprise towel art in our room. Thanks So much :)

The location is good. But there is nothing that is ultra special. It is not even a 3 stat hotel.

It is nothing like Hyatt property and it should make that clear that it is not a star hotel. Then one can look for better places. Everything is average. Nothing exceptional about the food. Housekeeping is not too good. I had to ask for additional small towels everyday. They were miserly. Car park is too small. It should be made clear it is nothing like a Hyatt hotel so that we look for a better place.

Staff behavior, service very poor, when we came some AC water fell on the reception and wet all paper, they didn’t even ask how our stay was

The food quality was disappointing. We ordered two bowls of plain rice, but the rice was not cooked properly and the quantity was inconsistent. Despite being charged a higher amount, the issue was not resolved even after we raised a complaint with the concerned staff. We also faced a serious issue with the air conditioning. All three rooms were filled with mist due to the AC malfunction, which left the floors wet and slippery. We reported this problem multiple times, but no action was taken. As a result of these conditions, our children developed a fever during the stay. We had originally traveled in two vehicles, but due to our children's health issues, we had to cancel our plans and book flight tickets at short notice. This caused us an additional financial burden of approximately ₹50,000.
