Reviewed Aug 20, 2026El apartamento es amplio y esta muy bien iluminado, tiene una bonita vista a la ciudad. Esta muy cerca del aeropuerto. Todo funcionaba bien, el area es tranquila y hay restaurantes cerca. Regresar las llaves fue muy facil.
La verdad que todo muy bien. Los muebles todo bien. Mejorar pues no se me ocurre nada en realidad. Solo estuve una noche y sin ningun contratiempo.

我们很高兴在单元中发现一台智能电视,虽然它没有预先登录 Netflix 或 YouTube,所以我们不得不用自己的帐户登录。

Reviewed Oct 21, 2025Kami benar-benar menikmati penginapan kami di sini kerana lokasinya sgt ideal, hanya beberapa minit dr Pantai Tanjung Aru dan hanya memandu sebentar ke Imago Shopping Mall serta Lapangan Terbang Antarabangsa Kota Kinabalu, menjadikannya sgt mudah utk kedua-dua bersantai dan mengakses pusat bandar, dan apartmen itu sendiri bersih, selesa dan lengkap dgn mesin basuh, dapur mini, TV pintar dan katil yg selesa, selain kolam renang di bumbung mempunyai pemandangan laut yg indah semasa matahari terbenam.

The open living, dining and kitchen area felt roomy and well lit, and we particularly appreciated the infinity rooftop pool with panoramic sea and runway views. The building’s amenities like gym, rooftop deck, secure parking are solid and well maintained. It's location is excellent, within walking distance to Perdana Park, Tanjung Aru beach, and local eateries and still only less than 10 minutes by car to Imago mall and the city center.

The interiors are modern, well lit, clean, and the building amenities like rooftop pool, gym, and landscaped common areas made downtime more pleasurable. The location is a major selling point, just a short stroll to Tanjung Aru beach, local markets, and restaurants plus easy access to downtown and the airport.
We did face occasional wait times for the lift during peak evening hours.

The apartment interior was modern, clean and comfortable, and being only a short walk from Tanjung Aru Beach, Perdana Park, and local shopping made things easy.
There were occasions when the pool was closed early for maintenance which limited our swim time.

The apartment itself was clean, modern and very well maintained, with a comfy bed and a cozy living space. I particularly appreciated the full kitchen and the fact that there’s a washing machine, which came in handy during my trip. The Atkinson Clock Tower is nearby, which is a lovely piece of history, and you’re only a short walk away from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall where you can shop, eat, and relax by the waterfront.

The location is perfect for anyone looking to explore the city, and it was easy to get to popular attractions like the Kota Kinabalu City Mosque and the Kota Kinabalu Wetland Centre. And also can easily visit the Sabah State Museum to learn about the culture and history of the region, or take a boat to the Tunku Abdul Rahman Marine Park for a day of snorkeling.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025My stay was very enjoyable thanks to the modern and tastefully decorated apartment that offered a fantastic view of the ocean and islands from the balcony and the unit came fully equipped with a comfortable bed, smart TV, kitchenette, washer and fast WiFi, while the building’s rooftop infinity pool and gym were real highlights, offering panoramic views of the city skyline and sea. The location is also a big plus, being close to Tanjung Aru Beach, Imago Shopping Mall, and just 10 to 15 minutes from the airport.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2025The apartment had a clean, modern interior with minimalist decor that felt calm and relaxing. The bed was very comfortable. Facilities were impressive. Rooftop pool with ocean views and a gym with decent equipment. We walked to Tanjung Aru Beach, which was less than 10 minutes away and enjoyed seafood at nearby beachside stalls. Sembulan Night Market and Sabah State Museum were also close by.
The only minor thing missing was a rice cooker in the kitchen, which would’ve been helpful as we planned to cook a few meals. Otherwise, the stay was perfect.

Just 10 minutes away is Imago Mall where we did shopping and had dinner. We also enjoyed local roti canai at Tanjung Aru Food Court.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2025Stayed here overnight due to a connecting flight. The unit was clean, comfortable and had all the essentials, including a washer, cooking utensils and fridge. It’s also close to the Sabah State Mosque and Perdana Park, where they have evening musical fountains and food stalls.
The TV channels were not properly tuned, but we ended up streaming everything anyway.

We really enjoyed our morning coffees on the balcony while looking out at the greenery and sea in the distance. Location-wise, it's about 10 minutes by Grab to Jesselton Point if you’re planning island hopping and even closer to Tanjung Aru Beach for food stalls and coconut drinks.
The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the living room took a while to cool the space down. Once it got going, it was fine

We spent our mornings walking to Tanjung Aru Beach, about 8 minutes on foot, and our evenings enjoying seafood at Ocean Seafood Village. Grab rides to Imago Mall were quick and cheap.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2025The apartment was very clean, well lit and felt spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. Attractions worth visiting are Tanjung Aru Beach is just a short walk away for evening sunsets. Perdana Park is nearby for kids to run around. we also visited the Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village and Sabah Art Gallery, both just a short taxi ride from the property.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2025Unit was spacious and spotlessly clean. The rooftop infinity pool is a standout feature and enjoyed sunset swims with panoramic vistas. Within a 10 minutes walk to Tanjung Aru Beach and Perdana Park. Close dining options like Tanjung Aru Plaza eased meal planning. A short drive to Imago Mall and Sutera Harbour.

Reviewed May 1, 2025Booked a studio unit. It was big enough. Living room and kitchen were provided. Well equipped kitchen and we were allowed to heat up food. Front desk was nice to guide the way to collect keys at mailbox.
We stayed at low floor so able to hear some car passing by sound at night. It was ok since we did want to stay high floor.

Reviewed Mar 6, 2025Closed to the beach where we could basically walk from the building. Nice sunset from the balcony without blockage. We booked a studio but it was big enough for 2 of us. Well equipped kitchen with simple cooking. Awesome swimming pool and gym facility.

host is not response to whatsapp message. all the sliding door is broken, can't be lock which cause me not able to sleep the whole night. wall is dirty. got mold near the toilet. overall is very bad. some of the lights are not functioning.
