The arrival instructions were confusing and there was no mention of the access details in the original ad. An unmarked parking bay, bunch of 5 unmarked keys and limited instructions made the arrival stressful!

Other tenants allowing flat doors to slam shut, door closers would alleviate this on doors to each floor.

For information of cleaning staff, there was quite a big patch of black mould behind one of the lockers in the bedroom which we cleaned up Otherwise very clean.

Only one annoying feature, and that was having such inadequate towels - small and thin. Most disappointing.
