Staff are lovely and it’s clean and well situated.

They still haven’t given us back the bond, so I think that must be a scam?? Everything is a lot smaller than it looks. Not worth the price, in my opinion.

El desayuno era poco variado. Además, el baño de nuestra habitación emitía un ruido constante procedente de las tuberías, lo que resultaba bastante molesto. También se escuchaba a un volumen muy alto el ruido de las máquinas de aire acondicionado del edificio de enfrente.

Beautiful decor, comfy bed and lovely staff

Despite otherwise excellent communication from hotel they unfortunately failed to advise upfront / pre arrival that pool area was being renovated during my stay. The pool was open however noisy, dirty & no where to sit The sole reason I booked this hotel was for the pool area. Poor form. I would’ve gone elsewhere if I’d known. Disappointing experience overall because of this.

The service was so amazing, so helpful and polite. Did everything they could to make us comfortable. Location was spot on. We walked everywhere and just enjoyed being in the city

Every thing was great. Pool is having the deck redone while we were there. We could still swim but was just a bit of construction around the pool area. Slight inconvenience but nothing terrible.

La posizione della struttura, lo staff, la camera era abbastanza comoda e silenziosa ed era dotata di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno.

Bisogna fare un po’ più di attenzione alla pulizia: abbiamo trovato dei capelli in doccia e in un asciugamano. Una federa di un cuscino era macchiata.

Super zentral gelegen und alles ist gut in der Nähe zu Fuß oder mit Grab erreichbar.

Clean, modern hotel right in the heart of Ben Thanh. Amazing location and the staff were incredible.

Room was very noisy although we wore earplugs so still slept fine. We also had a light shining directly into our room. The pool was under maintenance and this was not advised until we arrived.

There was construction we weren't prepared for but it was ok

For someone who doesn't mind buzz and want to go around to shops, cafes and markets quickly, then it's ideal.

The hotel is advertised as 5 star on bookings.com, infact , it is 4 star. The room size is small and we felt cramped. Location is too busy and can be bit noisy. Breakfast was poor.

Location was good

There were steps up to the hotel with no handrails. There was no closet to hang clothes. There were no hooks or places to put your towels and robes when taking a shower. The tub was Extremely high and difficult to get in. The shower gel was in pottery dispensers and would shatter if dropped in tub. The phone was on the opposite side of the room from the bed. If you used the reading lights in bed you had to get out of the bed to turn them off. There were no decent charging stations in the room. All in all it looked good but it was designed by someone who didn't think of how convenient the room was for guests to live in. It was truly a stupid inconvenient setup.

Booked several months in advance. Two rooms for two adults and two children. They gave us rooms far from each other and the kids room was interconnected with another occupied room. We had to change rooms with the kids. And that room was very small. Not enough space for two persons and two suitcases. The bathroom was very small. No way this is a room of a five star hotel. At 08:30 in the morning workers were doing maintenance in the interconnected room and woke us up. Only to find out that the lobby was undergoing maintenance. Paintjobs, electrical works etc. We only knew about the pool maintenance as they had put up a notice about the pool.

The gym is fairly light touch. The walls are quite thin between rooms so if you have a bad neighbour it can be a bit noisy.

Me Saigon was a very central & well maintained hotel that made it easy for us to navigate ourselves around the city

Fantastic location, amazingly attentive and friendly staff! Service was definitely the most memorable part of the stay. The interior design was lovely and very aesthetically pleasing as well. Overall a great stay and would recommend! Breakfast is nothing to rave about but decent enough for a boutique hotel (there’s an egg station!)

Probably my only irk was that the bathroom was very small, and that is mainly because the bathtub took up half of the bathroom which was a space waster. Especially as the bathtub looked pretty old and dirty so I would not use it. The shower came with a shower curtain but there is no shower curb meaning water would leak out to the toilet bowl area which is unfortunate as I really dislike a wet bathroom :(

The staff as you entered the building, Tuan (Kevin) and our driver Hoang Vu/Vuta, always smiling and nothing was too much trouble.

Small glasses at breakfast, ice coffee was hard to make in tiny glasses.

Breakfast was lovely. Location excellent. Staff went above and beyond to help with everything.

We had a problem with the plumbing in our rooms and the hot water. However, once staff were notified, the problem was rectified as soon as they could organise.

We had a wonderful stay at Me Saigon Boutique Hotel. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a very convenient location, close to everything we wanted to visit in Ho Chi Minh City. The staff were always kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to Toan-Trang, who was incredibly helpful with our luggage every day. He was always friendly, attentive, and cheerful, and provided excellent service with a great attitude. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so pleasant. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

this is definitely falsely advertised as a 5 star hotel. More like like 3 star hotel at best. Here is why i wouldnt book again: 1. Male staff was rude and a horrible attitude and needs basic customer service training / replaced especially the guy working at the Me Ta bar staff 23/08 night. 2. Hotel is cramped, only one lift and deluxe room incredibly small with mold. We stayed at La Siesta opposite side of street was 1000% better. 3. Bathroom not accessible weird shower setup, cant get in if you have mobility issue and safety issue - at least provide a handrail to get in and out of shower?? 4. Overall feel that staff needs better training - ie. our toddler got told off by bellboy as he was trying to get onto bench saying he was making it dirty etc??? Not a 5 star hotel for sure. Booking needs to change this false advertising. I never leave bad reviews as i understand small businesses but this stay was absolutely the worst experience we had in hcmc.

The pool was nice and the room was spacious

Some guests kept leaving dirty plates outside their door and staff left them there for hours. It was annoying and we complained a couple of times because food left like that can attract ants and mice, which the city is full of btw. Saw a bunch of rats running the streets at night so that's why we were annoyed at the food left for hours on the floor.

Mooie plek in deze fantastische stad. Ligt op een goede locatie. Mooie stijl, kamers zien er goed en netjes uit. Vriendelijk personeel. Heerlijke bedden.

Zwembad was erg klein. Kamers ook redelijk klein maar dat vonden wij niet erg.
