Clean, modern, fully provided, nice amenities nicely furnished.

The only thing is the bed could have had a better mattress, but it was comfortable enough.

We had a wonderful 2-day stay and truly felt right at home! A special shout-out to Annabelle for hosting us so well. Lorna and the security team were also incredibly helpful and made sure we were comfortable throughout our entire visit. Highly recommended!

Overall, the apartment is clean. It is also huge and enough for 4 adults. There are 2 rooms enough to accommodate 4 pax. 1 person will have to sleep on the couch or on the floor of room 1. Anyway, there's an extra bedding in the cabinet for that purpose. I love the lighting and the interior design. And it is a plus that we can cook and bake at the apartment. I love the pools. Although we didn't swim, we visited the pool areas and we can say that they were clean. I love the design of the Palm Residences itself. Looks like we are in Thailand by looking at the photos that we took in the swimming pool areas. The check-in process was very smooth. The location is very accessible. There is also a SaveMore supermarket nearby so if you need something, you can go to SaveMore for all your needs.

Some kitchen cooking utensils (e.g. frying fan) is already old. We were not able to use the microwave oven because of its bad burnt smell. I saw some tiny cockcroaches in the cabinet at the kitchen area. You won't notice them because they are hiding inside the cabinet. It might be forgivable for some clients but a cockcroach represents dirt, trash, so it messes up the overall presentation of the whole apartment which might be an issue to some clients. What we did is just let the cabinet remains closed so they won't be able to get out while we were there.

It was spacious.

I informed the owner ahead of time that we were all 4 instead of 3, and she asked me to pay additional 1k pesos for the 4th guest and I paid. The second bedroom has a single bed, however, when we arrived, there was a very thin and small foam inside the closet where the 4th person slept and there was no extra blanket and no sheet for the foam. Also, the owner said that somebody will prepare for the mattress but no one arrived. I sent a message to the owner and the care taker but there was no response.

Liked everything. Easy to talk to the owner and the caretaker, they are approachable. Close to the grocery store. It's safe and the people there and the workers are friendly. It's good to walk or jog. The place is beautiful, clean and fresh. All I can say is that I am satisfied. The unit is fully equipped.

It had two bathrooms, was clean and tidy, however this place only sleeps three and we had booked for four! There was a very thin uncomfortable matttess from the cupboard as the 4th bed, I consider this as false advertising and a report submitted to booking.com

Care-taker Lorna was very helpful and attentive! The apartment was beautiful and very practical. Location was also excellent. We would very much like to recommend this place. We will definitely book this apartment again for our next trip.

The property is very cosy and comfor. It is clean and you feel safe at all times. The host and staff were good and helpful. The host responds very quick and tries to help with your queries. I highly recommend the property

Few light bulbs are not working in both bedrooms,exhaust fan in masters bedroom is not working.try to check it out by maintenance before accepting guests.

The location was perfect for us, because our friends live in the same area. The apartment was spacious enough, the bed is great! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

I had to visit Swedish embassy so it was perfect.

in one of the shower the heater didn't work, but all in all it was good.

Long way to go to find a restaurant

It's nice quite and clean

Only one coffee shop inside selling French fries and pork I wish if 7 eleven would open instead of that coffee shop also I wish they'll be more information about the unit so they'll be no problem with security guards in the future

Location . Flat where we stayed overall is cozy, feels at home and things provided are all accessible.

TV. Local channels are not accessible to watch due to signal is awful.

the apartment is really excellent. large, spacious, comfortable, well equipped and clean. you will find everything you need. wifi is a huge bonus. security on site, access to the pool, but also a playground for children. Overall, we had peace and great comfort during our stay. Shops are a short walk away. we didn't have a problem with the taxi service either. the owner and careteekar were perfect, helpful. thank you for a pleasant vacation and maybe see you again in a year ☺️ K.

Clean comfortable everything you need is there.. very accommodating owner and caretaker

The host is very responsive and very helpful. I booked this for my family (parents and brother) in the Philippines for their New Year staycation. They enjoyed the place too much and everything was perfect.

I cannot think about any as the host and the place my family stayed exceeded my expectations and I got more than what I paid for.

The place is very near to most places where you will need to buy food etc... very accessible to major cities.

Advised Owner of things to improve on about the accommodation service and Annabelle is very accommodating very detailed and checking us on how are we during our accommodation. My Mom loves Her place cozy and homie feels like even if We booked this for business reasons. We will definitely book this place again.
