Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'appartement : quartier, commerces, métro. La propreté et la fonctionnalité des lieux : appartement très propre, bien équipé. La générosité et la disponibilité de la propriétaire : attentionnée, proactive et mise à disposition de beaucoup de produits.

很贴心的老板，消息回复很及时，位置就在建大入口站附近，吃的东西很多，离圣水洞也很近，逛街很方便，交通也很方便，房子空间很大，特别舒适，下次还会选这里！

아늑하고 섬세하게 정리해 놓은 센스. 호스트님의 손길마다 정교했어요. 깨끗하고 모든것이 청결해서 편히 잘 쉬었어요. 감사했던 3박이였어요.

Nothing - it was perfect

It is very clean and has everything you could need. Having a kitchen and washing machine was great. The host was extremely helpful and friendly with quick responses. Even though it’s a small apartment, it felt very spacious to us.

The location is the best!! It is located between Seongsu-dong and Konkuk University Entrance Station It takes 5 minutes to walk to Seongsu-dong Shopping Street and it takes 15 minutes to walk to Seongsu Station. Konkuk University Entrance Station is only 6-7 minutes on foot I went shopping in Seongsu with my daughters, ate, rested at the accommodation, and went out again at night. I had a good trip to Euljiro Cheonggyecheon and Dongdaemun on Line 2. And the accommodation is so cozy and pretty Everything was perfect in the clean accommodation Next time my daughters go to see the KSPO DOME concert in Seoul, I will rebook this accommodation

とにかくインテリアが素敵。 設備も十分で、清潔。 様々な観光地に徒歩で行ける。 周りにコンビニ、スーパー、飲食店がたくさんある。 留学中の娘に会いに行きました。 色々な問い合わせに丁寧に対応していただき、心が温まるお出迎えと、滞在中の心地よさに感動しました。 本当におすすめです。

大体なんでも揃っていて、家族での滞在でしたが家のようにくつろげました。外は寒い時期でしたが床暖房で快適です。洗濯機、乾燥機もデカくて助かりました。帰る日に汚れ物がない状態で荷造りできました。聖水のショッピングエリアのすぐそばで、遅くまでショッピングしてもすぐ帰れるし、近くのコンビニ店員さんがとっても優しくて本当に良い思い出になりました。

チェックインの予定時間までにチェックインの仕方がお知らせされなかったので、電話してメールで送っていただきました。少しだけ焦りましたが、これも海外旅行の醍醐味かなと！

床很大，房子很溫暖，有洗衣機跟烘衣機很方便，該有的電器都有，梳妝台都有電源轉接器，基本上可以不用帶（台灣人來可以不用帶），垃圾桶分類也很清楚，如果太多垃圾回收，也有集中可以丟掉到地方，很方便，走去地鐵站大概5-10分鐘，反正都很方便，訂房細項也寫得很清楚。

とても清潔で、物も不自由なく揃っていて、とても快適に過ごせました。 宿泊半ばには、ホストさんから困ったことはないかとお気遣いのメールもあり、心配りが嬉しかったです。

テーブルの足がグラグラしていた。 お風呂内の扉が濡れると、開けた時に外までびちょびちょになる。 トイレ用ゴミ箱の交換袋があれば助かる。

이 숙소는 위생 상태에 심각한 문제가 있는 숙소입니다. 숙소는 2층에 위치해 있으며 방에 창문이 있기는 하나 햇볕이 거의 들어오지 않습니다. 특히 거실에는 창문이 전혀 없어 숙소 전체가 매우 습한 환경이었습니다. 이러한 환경 때문인지 입주 이틀 후부터 바퀴벌레가 지속적으로 발견되었습니다. 바퀴벌레 발견 사실을 호스트에게 알렸고, 호스트는 직접 숙소에 방문해 이를 확인했습니다. 이 과정에서 호스트는 “저희가 머무는 동안 발생한 문제로 보이지 않으며, 이전에 장기 숙박했던 XX나라 여행자가 주방을 지저분하게 사용해 발생한 것 같다”고 설명하며 사과했습니다. 해당 내용은 북킹닷컴 앱을 통해 주고받은 메시지이며, 추후 분쟁에 대비해 모두 사진으로 촬영하여 보관하고 있습니다. 또한 발견된 바퀴벌레 사진을 ChatGPT에 분석 요청한 결과, 대부분 작은 크기의 새끼 바퀴벌레가 대량으로 발견된 점으로 보아 외부 유입이 아닌 숙소 내부에서 이미 서식·번식하고 있었을 가능성이 높다는 답변을 받았습니다. 숙박 기간 중 호스트는 두 차례 방역을 실시했으나, 이후에도 바퀴벌레는 계속해서 발견되었습니다. 특히 마지막에는 침실에 걸어두었던 옷을 입으려다 바퀴벌레가 떨어지는 상황까지 발생하여, 더 이상 숙박을 지속하는 것이 불가능하다고 판단했고, 그 결과 예약된 일정보다 약 일주일 정도 일찍 퇴실할 수밖에 없었습니다. 퇴실 과정에서도 문제가 이어졌습니다. 북킹닷컴에 등록된 전화번호와 메시지를 통해 호스트에게 여러 차례 연락을 시도했으나, 호스트는 전화를 받지 않았고 메시지에도 응답하지 않아 직접적인 소통이 불가능했습니다. 결국 북킹닷컴 고객센터에 연락하여 퇴실 절차를 진행했습니다. 이후 호스트는 북킹닷컴에 등록된 번호가 아닌 다른 번호로 단 한 차례 전화를 했으나, 통화가 연결되지 않았음에도 음성 메시지나 문자 메시지를 남기지 않았습니다. 퇴실 후에도 북킹닷컴은 호스트에게 이메일과 전화로 지속적으로 연락을 시도했으나, 호스트는 “북킹닷컴으로부터 어떠한 연락도 받은 적이 없다”고 주장했습니다. 환불 문제와 관련해서도 호스트는 “주말에는 북킹닷컴 콜센터가 근무하지 않으므로 월요일까지 기다리자”고 했고, 출국 전날인 월요일 정오 무렵에야 “이러한 사유로는 취소가 불가능하다는 답변을 북킹닷컴으로부터 받았다”는 메시지를 남겼습니다. 그러나 북킹닷컴 측 확인 결과, 주말에도 콜센터는 정상적으로 운영되고 있었으며, 본 사안은 보상이 충분히 가능한 사유에 해당하고, 호스트에게 서면 동의서를 제출하라는 안내를 이미 전달한 상태였다고 합니다. 또한 북킹닷컴은 해당 기간 동안 호스트에게 여러 차례 이메일과 전화로 연락했으나 아무런 응답을 받지 못했다고 밝혔습니다. 이로 보아 북킹닷컴과 호스트 중 최소 한쪽은 사실과 다른 설명을 하고 있는 것으로 판단됩니다. 최종적으로 북킹닷컴은 해당 사안에 대한 조사를 거친 후, 직권으로 보상을 결정했다는 공식 안내를 저에게 전달했습니다.

We liked our location, it’s close to many great food places and is also within a walking distance to the station. We thought the beds were comfortable and we slept very well. The toiletries provided are in generous quantities. The facilities such as the washing machine and dryer were very helpful. The place is decorated with antique furniture and is cute and cosy.. the building is quiet and clean. We felt safe.

We wished the unit was bigger and had a window in the living room, it would have made the apartment brighter and more comfortable. We barely opened the windows in the bedrooms to maintain privacy, thus a bit of an enclosure. The bathroom was not super clean and had a couple of strands of hair still lying around. The shower had no curtain thus every time we showered, the bathroom became very wet. Finally we couldn’t flush toilet paper and had to use the bin - it was ok but we needed to get used to it and with kids, it was a bit challenging.

清潔で、インテリアも可愛く、またベッドルームも2部屋あり快適に過ごせました！ オーナーさんもとても穏やかで親切でした(^^) 今回は家族で来ましたが、立地も良いので次回は女性旅でお邪魔したいなとも思いました。

Son emplacement proche du métro Konkuk University nous a permis d explorer facilement l’Est le sud de Séoul, quartier universitaire animé mais pas non plus excessif! Appart pas très grand mais suffisant pour nous 5. Nous n avons pas mangé dans l’appart, car beaucoup de restau à côté, mais nous avons fait machine et sèche linge sans problème! L’hôte nous a permi d arriver un peu plus tôt et même de partir plus tard! Nous recommandons!

今まで泊まった中で最高の気遣いと家主の心の温かさとセンスの良さを感じました。細かいところまでここまで行き届いたサービスは初めてでした。ベットも快適すぎて腰の痛いのが治り記憶を無くすほど寝てしまいました。お茶もお菓子も置いてあり、洗濯機が大活躍でした。娘との初めての旅行でいい思い出が出来ました。ありがとうございます(((o(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)o)))また泊まりたいです。

ドアを開ける暗証番号が分かり辛かったところです。タクシーの方が連絡してくれてわかって良かったです。

Very Clean, with good space in the rooms. The information provided were clear to get to the apartment. Air conditioning working perfectly all machines working perfectly the access to the subway is 7min walking.

The house was really good location not in centre of city but very close so not noisy and easy access to city. The house was so easy to locate and had all the amenities that was needed for the stay. Owner was super responsive and answered all questions politely and as needed.

Honestly only the fact that needed stairs to go up because our bags were heavy but it was only the second floor so just struggle abit. Everything else was perfect I dont have a single bad thing to say about the house and the service from the owner.

Location, washing machine and dryer, enough drinking water

It was very comfortable and clean. The location was also really good. There was no need to walk up many stairs.

At first we hesitated to book this accommodation as others tend to suggest to book for accommodations in other areas, but thankfully we chose the right one. The location of the accommodation is strategic as it is close to convenience stores, eateries, public transportation, and most importantly near the hyped Seongsu area. The accommodation is comfortable, clean and tidy. Basic amenities were provided including the unit's main heater, washing machine, & dryer. The host even provided an additional mini heater which really helped us throughout the cold weather. The rooms are not very spacious, but had enough space to move around and accommodate medium-sized suitcases for four people. Suitcases can be placed under mattresses. The host also was very responsive and helpful before and during our stay.

Downside of the accommodation is that no lifts were provided in the building, thus we had to hand carry our luggage to the accommodation located on the 2nd floor of the building.

The house is clean, complete and comfortable. the location is not too far from the shopping center and from the MRT station
