Superb location and beautiful accommodation and gardens 👌 Helen and her team were amazing as well as friendly and will go out of their way to help you. My teenage daughter and me stayed there for just over 2 weeks and would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend 😎

Très belle expérience de Winhouse Villa …. Le logement est au top et donne sur une très jolie piscine avec transats dans l’eau. Les repas ont pu être pris autour de la piscine et c’était top … le plus, le prêt de vélos utilisés chaque jour pendant notre séjour pour aller à la plage en passant par les rizières.

Nous avons choisi cet établissement car il est un peu éloigné du centre de la vieille ville de Hoi An (35min à pied) Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet établissement qui est calme et paisible, l’équipe est adorable je recommande !

Helen is a welcoming host and very helpful. The place is nice and cozy. Lication is perfect only 10 min cycling to the Ancient Town.

I genuinely cannot rate Helen and her team here highly enough. I've just come home from staying 6 nights and I already want to be back. This is an ideal villa - back from the main street so not so noisy, little distance from ancient town so traffic is not so bad, pool is easy to access and great temperature, rooms are comfortable and airconned, staff are so friendly and welcoming from arrival to departure. It is suitable for both short term and long term stay. It is about a 30-40min walk to ancient town so recommend a bike or grab if you're not a fan of walking. I needed to get my phone fixed and Helen helped me order grabs and get around which would have been a bit tricky otherwise. I cannot wait to come back, I will probably be staying here again.

We booked the delux bunglow for our friends to stay as a gift for their birthday. We didn't stay in their rooms but we spent the whole day in their pool hanging out with our friends. We did take a look inside the room and its big and spacious and very comfortable. The staff are super nice and friendly. They are pet friendly and took good care of our dog.

There is no complaint from our our end.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce merveilleux endroit. Logement propre, beaucoup de verdure, la piscine est parfaite et le personnel est exceptionnel. La nourriture est bonne. Nous avons apprécié que ça soit un peu éloigné du bruit du centre ville et nous avons fait un massage à 5mn à pieds. Je recommande.

Le meilleur hôtel de notre séjour au Vietnam ! On devait y rester 3 nuits et nous sommes restés 2 nuits de plus :)

Winhouse Villa gave us a great place to rest. We really much liked the fact that they helped us with providing us a rental scooter, booking our tours and doing our laundry for a small fee was so kind!

המלון מרוחק ממרכז העיר כ3 קמ, זה מטרד לקחת גראב בכל קפיצה לעיר. בדיעבד היינו הולכים מלון קרוב יותר. חדר משפחה עם מדרגות תלולות, לא נוח לעלות ולרדת בכל פעם. הקומה השניה קטנה מאד, תקרה נמוכה. מקלחת צפופה, משפריץ הטוש לשירותים והמים בכיור נשפכים לרצפה. הכלים במטבח הצוות שבארון לא נקיים.

Everything! The bungalows are clean and comfortable. The pool is beautiful. The tropical gardens are lush. The food is good. We used the free bikes to cycle through rice paddies to the old town. The village has plenty of restaurant options. We stayed 5 nights and would have stayed 2 weeks!

Le meilleur logement que j’ai pu avoir de tout le vietnam ! Personnels très accueillants et serviables La chambre est super grande et très bien équipée. Juste à côté des rizières et à 5/10min à vélo ou en scooter de la vieille ville !!

L’accueil, lits et literie très confortable, le déjeuner du matin: beaucoup de choix. La piscine, le jardin est magnifique, le prêt de vélo. La localisation parfaite… juste à l’extérieur de la ville, mais assez près pour marcher. Tout est disponible à moins de 600 mètres. Nous avons adoré cet endroit.

Pour le prix c’était exceptionnel. Nous avions de l’eau tous les jours et des vélos à disposition gratuitement. La piscine est propre et très agréable. La chambre est faite tous les jours ! Salle de bain spacieuse avec du savon et tout le nécessaire.

Un peu excentre mais c’est calme et avec les vélos c’est accessible.

Tout était parfait le lieu le personnel un vrai havre de paix a cote des rizieres. Helen a ete une fabuleuse hote vraiment un enorme coup de coeur.

Parfait juste il y a des escaliers dans les grands logements donc attention aux enfants en bas age.

Super schöne, idyllische Unterkunft. Die Häuschen haben eine gute Größe. Die Besitzer oder Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Ist sehr gut und ruhig gelegen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Helena dba o gości, zapewnia rowery i jest z nią stały kontakt. Ma śliczny ogród i wspaniały basen. Ręczniki na basen są udostępniane na bierząco. Domki sprzątane również w ciągu dnia.

Quiet location a few minutes away from town and beach by Grab. Nice pool. Helpful owner. Bicycle and scooter hire on site. Good breakfast. Stayed for 6 nights. Would recommend.

No seating on balcony. Table and chairs inside would be nice. Shower very hit and miss. Difficult to get steady temperature.

Nice bungalows around a beautiful swimming pool. We felt well at this place and wished we could have stayed longer.

I couldn’t find fault with my stay. The location and setting was idyllic, just what I needed after a busy first half of the trip. It felt like paradise! I didn’t have plans for my third night in Da Nang and as soon as I arrived, I asked if I could extend my stay by one more night as I knew I loved the vibe so much. This was no problem for the staff and Helen allowed me to stay in the same room. The pool was so relaxing and quiet. The location was perfect, not too far from the old quarter or the beach.

Perfekte traumhafte Unterkunft (die beste unserer ganzen Vietnamreise)! Die kleinen neuen Bungalows sind so liebevoll und toll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, sehr sauber und sehr modern. Die Gesamte kleine Anlage ist wie eine Oase und könnte ebenfalls nicht schöner sein - ein absoluter Traum! Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb von Hoi An und dafür schön ruhig. Roller können sehr günstig gemietet werden und so ist man in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Dazu sind die Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich und helfen einem mit allem weiter! Alles in allem hätte unser Aufenthalt nicht besser sein können!

We loved everything. From the minute we arrived we felt at home. Helen and her team are so welcoming, helpful and lovely throighout the stay. We stayed in the family bungalow whicb was lovely and had everyrhing we needed. Pool was great. Food from sister rrstaurant which can be ordered was brilliant.plenty of space to work / school from they were very kind to let my son do svhooling video cqlls from.big table in kitchen area. Location great plenty of local shops / restaurant and about 30 mins walk into old town and an hours walk to beach, or very easy to get a grab. We stayed a week and eould have happilly stayed more.

Amazing, quiet setting. Pool was lovely and beds were really comfy. How was really helpful with local tours and where to eat nearby. Easy to get into central Hoi A but far enough away that you feel out of the way. Free bike hire was a delight also- just wish we could have stayed a week rather than a couple of days.

The owner was incredibly helpful, the rooms were beautiful, and pool and bike use were great. Hoi An is a great town to explore and doing so from Winhouse Villa was really convenient.

Es war ein ruhiger Platz, sehr idyllisch und abseits vom Treiben. Fahrräder immer verfügbar. Ich war krank und wurde unterstützt. Auch bei Buchungen war immer Hilfe da. Helen ist warmherzig aber nicht aufdringlich. Frühstück war super. Täglich wurde gereinigt.

Wahnsinnig schöne Unterkunft, gutes Frühstück und eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt!

These villas are in excellent condition and beautifully designed. The grounds are stunning, and the whole atmosphere feels peaceful and well cared for. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating — I stayed here with my dog, and they were so welcoming and kind to him. They even went above and beyond to help me with a business invoice, which I truly appreciated. I loved it so much that I actually came back for a second stay. They also have everything you need on-site: scooter rentals, laundry service, breakfast, and great coffee. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Highly recommended!

There isn't a desk in the room, but I was able to use a small table in a pinch for online meetings.

I loved it so much that I ended up staying for three weeks! The room is big and beautiful, the location is so peaceful, the team go above and beyond to be helpful and ensure your stay is comfortable. The room is spotless and cleaned daily. I loved the high ceilings and with big floor space I could do yoga. Helen was so kind to me and nothing was too much trouble. Unfortunately the floods in Hoi An meant I had to leave Winhouse but even during this stressful situation the staff prioritised my safety and wellbeing. Thank you so much Winhouse it was a beautiful stay.

These are minor things, more suggestions for improvement than complaint... I found the mattress very hard, it would be good to have the option of a foam topper. The lighting in the room is quite dark which strained my eyes when using my laptop. It would be good if the light outside the room stayed on even when the electric card is not in as it is very dark at night and can be hard to see to unlock the door.

This has been one of the most beautiful stays we've been to. The bungalows had everything that we needed, from a cozy bed, over a clean bathroom with a hot shower to a beautiful pool. The pool table was a lovely detail and we also rented a scooter, which was just perfect. Our host was also very kind and caring and made our stay all the better for it.

Such an amazing garden to relax in for a peaceful and tranquil time. The villas are well equipped and the staff were all amazing. Would love to stay here again one day

Een leuk schoon onderkomen in een mooi aangelegde tuin . Personeel zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Op de fietsen die je daar mag gebruiken kun je prima de omgeving verkennen.

Very clean and good facility, stable hot water, room is cleaned and towels are refreshed everyday. Staff are obviously enjoying working there and willing to go extra mile to make guests’ stay comfortable. Good recommendations on things to do and places to eat out. I did enjoy talking and greeting the staff working there. Special thanks to Helene who’s been so kind on using her own time to help get my nutritional supplements on time!

Cutest villa, affordable price.

The yard is perfect, and the pool is very refreshing. The staff is welcoming and friendly, and they speak English, which can be scarce in the area. They were always available via WhatsApp. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. We had a health issue during our stay, and they handled it effectively, recommending doctors and a hospital (thank you, Helen!). Their constant availability was a great relief. This is the perfect place to stay in Hoi An, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit!

Everything was perfect

It was a little piece of paradise away from the kaos. It's about a 5 min drive from old town. But very easy to get a Grab cab. Great for our grown up family to have their own room around the pool. There are only 8 cabins. It's peaceful. We loved it.

Nice hotel with beautiful green territory. I would like to mention the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. The pool was very clean and the room was cleaned while we were away.

Compared to many hotels in Vietnam that I visited during this trip, this one was relatively quiet. During my time there, I was able to get a good night's sleep!

Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa is in my opinion the best place to stay in Hoi An. The room, facilities (awesome swimming pool!!!), the surroundings and the location, everything is simply perfect. They also have bikes for rent for free, that we used a lot. The staff is impeccable, honestly I've never seen such good quality of care and dedication anywhere during my travels. If you're going to Hoi An, stay here if you can. We also had their breakfasts and they were really good.

I liked everything.

The space was relaxing and quiet, the pool always refreshing, and the gardens are well looked after and really pleasant to spend time in. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and Hellen was always willing to organise trips for us or help show us where to find the things we needed. The free use of bikes was an added bonus. I really recommended staying here.

We booked Phoenix villa after our original accommodation fell through, and we were looking for another large family style villa to replace it, so we were very happy when we found and managed to book one here. However there was a misunderstanding about this, and on arrival we were given different, seperate rooms as an ‘upgrade’, which was not what we had reserved. Despite this, once the original villa we booked became vacant after two nights, we were able to move into it together. It was not a deal breaker by any means, it was just disappointing that after spending so long looking for what we wanted and then finding it, we were then given something else without first being consulted.

If you wanted to walk into the old town, it was a good 30 minute walk.

The villa was beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and always clean, the pool was lovely for a swim or rest, and the staff were always so kind and attentive. The location was perfect for us. It was far enough from the centre of town that it was relaxing but still easily walking distance to the ancient town and many other cafes and restaurants. We had a wonderful stay at the Phoenix Hotel Pool Villa!

I had a great stay at this booking. The pool is amazing, and the staff are attentive to our needs. However, the room was quite humid, making our clothes consistently wet. Adding a fan could improve this. Nevertheless, the lush green surroundings created an oasis-like atmosphere, making it an overall enjoyable experience.

We came in rainy season so the humidity is high, maybe a fan can help. The payment method was unclear as we thought we could pay by card but in the end only by cash or local bank transfer.

We really enjoyed the location just outside of the busy town centre. Especially if you are renting a scooter, this lication is perfect, in-between town and the beach. The bungalows are very comfortable for 2 people, clean and tidy, good bathroom and AC. Very good value for money here. Nice gardens and swimming pool. We were so lucky we had this place to ourselves! I like a firm bed so I was happy.

We liked that they offered a good excursion; a cooking class with local people from Hanoi, very nice and interactive. The room was amazing, spacious and clean. The swimming pool is next to the room which is super nice and is open from the early morning until late night. (6:30-22:00)

My partner and I had a fantastic stay at Winhouse Villa. The hosting was wonderful - so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room, pool and garden were all beautiful. The breakfast was excellent and had lots of options. Winhouse is located in a quiet area which is perfect for a good nights sleep whilst Hoi An old town and the beach are very accessible. I couldn’t recommend this place more!
